Dr. Goel is amazing! Darleen has been working with her for a few years now and when they tag team my cleanings/procedures I know I am in good hands. They don't laugh at me when I bring my own eye protection. I used to have to bring headphones too and never felt judged. I have always had a fear of the dentist and Dr. Goel and her staff have made me feel so safe and well taken care of there. I was referred by a friend to check them out a few years back and I'm so thankful she pointed me in Dr. Goel's direction! The office is clean, modern and felt updated to me at my last visit. They are doing a lot of new things in house now. I needed a new crown, and Justin told me he could have it ready by the next day. Like what?! That kind of turnaround is something I'd never heard of before. I was expecting to be waiting at least two weeks for it to come back from the lab. I'd like to end my review with the fact that they saw me on a SATURDAY! Thank you, All Smiles! Do not go here!! Dentist convinced me I needed a crown and her crappy temporary crown left my tooth exposed and gave me a lot of pain. She insisted this pain was "normal" and shoved the permanent crown over my exposed nerve, pushing down on it. She talked down to me and said we will always feel some pain in our teeth, was extremely rude and did not listen to my concerns. She then took the drill and began drilling around this painful tooth with no novacaine. I told her she was hurting me and being rough and rude and she got mad and left the room. I went to see a different dentist today and they told me I'm in pain bc I NEED A ROOT CANAL due to her work on a tooth that had zero pain or issues to begin with! Now I'm looking at months to be able to schedule a root canal bc my insurance doesn't cover it. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more

I hadn't seen a dentist in 3 years, had poor dental hygiene, and knew from a visit to my last dentist that I needed my wisdom teeth out; I was apprehensive. The office is comfortable and clean, the receptionists pleasant and helpful. They are located next to a parking garage and will validate, so parking is free. They do seem to take a wide range of insurance and dental discount plans. For many people discounted and reduced care is all they can afford. Some care is better than no care, but I would not recommend this practice to those with a choice. The quality of care is more focused on quantity over quality, an unfortunate necessity for practices such as this that accept MassHealth etc. read more

I had gone there for my wisdom tooth that was hurting, Dr. Goel removed the tooth because it was pushing against other tooth, and since it was very long time I had seen a dentist she cleaned my teeth too and examined them for any cavities. Clinic staff was very professional, waiting was very reasonable considering I had not done a advance appointment. Place was clean and kids friendly. It took almost 3 months to get my root canal and crown done. My root canal treatment was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Regardless how many times she tried numbing me, I still felt every single drill deep inside the root. They had no care into taking xrays. She stuffed a huge plastic piece in my mouth and tells me to bite down while I was in pain from the procedure. I've been to other dentists before and taken xrays and they never have anything that big. Next session was getting the crown. Once the crown came in, she placed it on the tooth and tells me to bite down. Next thing you know, it broke. So I had to wait almost a month for the new one to come in. Now that the new one is in place, my tooth still hurts the same before I even had the root canal done. OMG. This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I'm still seeking to find a good dentist. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. but I'll have to do one star because I'm still in pain. DO NOT go here. If you want to experience complete HELL, you like severe uncomfortable pain, and a dentist digging your mouth PAINFULLY then go there. After the assistant flossed my teeth she said I was done. My son had chipped his front tooth, they scheduled appointments quickly, I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room for either appointment, however the patient and dr chairs were dirty/had stains. When it came time to fix the broken tooth, dr ashnu didn't file the tooth for the bond to grip correctly, nor did she shape the tooth to make the 2 front teeth symmetrical! She left a big blob on the back of his tooth too because she was struggling to see because she wasnt using the small hand mirror (to biew the back of the tooth). The doctor was all smiles herself, but I think the assistant knew better and did not smile once. Go elsewhere. read more

If you're thinking about getting your dentures here. DON'T. Dr Anshu is incompetent. Maybe she is good with cleaning teeth but trying to get your dentures done from her is a pain. Took over 3 months and the denture was not even fitted correctly. She told my dad to bring it home, try it on and get used to it. How do you get used to something that keeps on falling off of your mouth? When I complained, she then had the nerve to blame him for not telling her that it doesn't fit when she's the one who insisted that he bring it home and wear it for a week. . She doesn't know what she is doing, I have to call her office and asked for a refund. Had to threatened to contact the Board of Dentistry, Better Business Beaureu in order for her to refund the top. She said she won't refund the bottom unless we returned to her using masshealth. She just wants your money, even if it's from Masshealth. She is rude when you voice your concerns. Prior to getting the fitting she removed his teeth and it was hurting him, she either missed the spot or she didn't wait long enough for the numbing medicine to kick in. She is incompetent, if I wasn't busy with a newborn I would have file a complaint with the board of dentistry. She doesn't even deserves one star rating. I was seeing a dentist there by the name of doctor Dan...he was great and then the lady who ownes it had to finish all the work I needed done since she fired him Becasue he was taking over and everyone liked him and not her... She did my two front teeth and screwed up my caps so bad that they fell out and she tried not to have to fix them I had to try and sue her in order to get her to fix them I had another guy there do the work.. You get text/call reminders, Easy parking out front, they always get you in quick and squeeze you in if your early or an emergency. I am here visiting from Virginia through the holidays. Last week, I lost my crown that covered one of my front teeth. It was a very old crown, but nevertheless, the old tooth was the only thing remaining there. I visited All Smiles yesterday (first time I visited a dentist in over five years). To say that I am anxious about sitting in a dental chair is an Understatement -- Truth is, I am a Coward. My body does all weird stress-related things when lying in a dental chair, including uncontrollable tremors sometimes. Dr. Goel, her assistant Ruth, and the front desk staff were professional, understanding, and even went out of their way to make me feel more comfortable (even the way Ruth x-rayed my entire mouth). Everything was explained before-hand (procedures, insurance & payment plan options). The biggest thing I love about this facility is that NOBODY JUDGED me -- I know my mouth is a mess, but feel I am actually doing dentists a favor by not going (so they don't have to put up with me). They DID NOT subject me to more important issues like cleaning and cavities, but rather concentrated on what was bothering ME. I am now wearing a pretty-darn-good temporary crown, can eat again, and all the "important" work on the tooth is done. They will call me when the Real Crown is ready.. As I told my cousin yesterday, the next time I have a serious tooth problem, I will fly from Virginia Beach to Lowell, to see these great folks again! NO HESITATION (and no, I am NOT rich). Highly recommend this facility to anyone that has not visited the dentist for fear of pain, humiliating judgment or any other negative reasons carried from the past. Top Notch! read more

Do NOT go to this place that employs nothing but morons!! First complaint, I called to schedule my 2nd cleaning appointment after getting the reminder postcard in the mail saying I was due for my next 6 month cleaning. I call and scheduled it and thought it seemed slightly under 6 months, but I did not think of asking to confirm EXACTLY when I last got my teeth cleaned. I show up and she tells me insurance will not cover because I'm 2 weeks shy of my 6 months! Whatever, I let that one slide. Turns out, I had a cavity and had to get a filling and was told AFTER the procedure that it costs $156. So I paid and checked my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance and turns out they submitted the wrong code for the wrong tooth and I should have only paid $100 instead. Every time I called to ask them for a refund of my overpayment, they would tell me they still haven't received the EOB from the insurance and that it takes time. Well, this is because they had to resubmit the claim 4 times due to submitting the WRONG code. 4 months later - I call and they give me the run around and can't even confirm my home address. I said forget it, I will pick up my refund. I never write reviews, but this really got my heart rate up. I've never had to deal with idiots like this before!!! read more

This was by far the absolute worst experience I have EVER had at a dentist. I went to the office on Middlesex St. In Lowell MA. This dentist was suppose to look at my tooth which I broke off at the root at approximately 3 A.M. that day. An assistant took X-rays, the dentist (I am not using the word doctor bc I do not believe any real doctor would or could in good conscious do what this nightmare dentist did to my mouth) she looked at the xrays and said yes we could pull the tooth right then. She numbed my mouth with injections as they typically do, she then proceeded to remove the tooth. I was visibly sweating, trembling, and tears were streaming down my face when she asked me to have patience with her "we will get this out" was what she told me right before rushing out of the room to get an assistant to join her in removing my tooth. The nightmare dentist then said to the assistant "I'm going to have to break it in there" At this point it was far too late to stop the procedure. I kept hearing things cracking and the jolting was absolutely unbearable. After they FINALLY got my tooth out the nightmare dentist was gone from the room before I could even look up to find her. The very next thing the assistant did was have me sign a waiver stating if she had broken my jaw bone she was not liable. (YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY) I told the assistant I thought there were pieces of tooth in my mouth her response was "those are just bone fragments". I literally ran out of that office crying and shaking. The tooth next to the one she pulled is completely exposed all the way up to the root bc she cut my gums so far over and up on both sides of the tooth, my face and mouth are still severly swollen a week later, it is obvious that my mouth is infected pretty bad, and continues to get worse daily. I am horrified at what this nightmare dentist did to my mouth then while I am trembling and in a state of complete panic she has me sign something to cover herself. She knew that she screwed up royally and her ONE AND ONLY CONCERN WAS HERSELF!!!! Now that I am going to have permanent damage as a direct result of her irresponsible, unprofessional, money hungry, disturbing practice. I know now that she should not have touched thos tooth, after some research, she should have sent me to an oral surgeon. Why do that though if she can make a quick dollar at my expense both physically and emotionally. She made a decision to treat a patient with no regard for my well being or welfare. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS NIGHTMARE DENTIST!!!!! SHE IS A HORRIFIC DENTIST! I also think any human being that is willing to put another human in this kind of pain, upset, and emotional turmoil is just an awful person all around!!!! do not go to this dentistry. i have 4 impacted wisdom teeth. and another that just needs to come out. i went in yesterday 4/12 i was denied a referral for a oral surgeon and was told just to get dentures and they can do it. wait what!!!??? and to keep taking penicillin it will help with pain. my head is ringing. time to head to er. i don't know why they are acting like that. i work in the community like they do. im appalled!!! read more

The staff was friendly and the cleaning went fine, but they did x-rays and told me that I had a cavity and that my husband had four. We've never had cavities or other problems, so we went to a different dentist to get a second opinion; they said that our teeth are fine. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but telling people they have cavities when they don't is either because the staff are incompetent or just want to take your money, neither of which is acceptable. read more

I hadn't seen a dentist for quite some time, I was looking for a comfortable place where the dentist would inform me of all my options according to the dental work I required..A step by step plan, If you will, according to the work I needed done,not what she thought I could afford...I needed a couple fillings, possibly some extractions and maybe even a bridge or something of similar quality.. After having seen the condition of my teeth for cleaning and etc, when I returned for a second visit for further dental work, I received uncomfortable stares, staff would make hand gestures covering their mouths. It became very uncomfortable for me..As a child I was petrified of the dentist and now as an adult, I couldn't believe how unprofessional this place was.. When the dentist and I discussed a bridge,I was looking for something to replace missing teeth. She failed to fully inform me of my options as far as a bridge,partial denture, and the diff kinds of materials used etc..They took an impression of my teeth and on the next visit she had what was the permanent bridge now when we put it in without the cement, I noticed a gap in the bridge where the crown would go over my tooth.There was a tiny whole where food particles could enter. I became very concerned because my tooth that was shaved down could become destroyed overtime and would no longer be able to hold the bridge. She told me that the cement and my gums would cover it. So we put it on. A couple days later,I noticed my bite was uncomfortable and it felt as if it, it might be to big for my mouth. I knew something wasn't right. I also didn't like the color of the teeth didn't not match at all .It looked like she made the bridge from the little plastic model of a mouth with teeth she had in her office. Obviously, everyone has a diff shaped mouth and teeth..Anyways, I called an explained the situation. When I seen her again she said every thing looks normal to get used to is and so on..It started to get worse causing an under bite,I believe .. so I called again and I was told she would be on vacation so I had to wait a week to see her. So they gave me a date when she would return ..When I went to the visit, she wasn't in the office. They said she had to call out sick.. At this point I felt as if she was purposely avoiding me..Never have I ever felt so disrespected in my life..Very Unprofessional..They gave me a date to come back again... As I'm waiting in the chair for her, a different dentist walks in ..At this point I am furious ..If she wasn't able to do the extensive dental work I needed all she had to was refer me to someone who could help me..Every single visit I had, I paid cash for and didn't owe them anything so i don't understand why she would purposely avoid me....Afterwards,I felt like I needed a dentist who does extensive dental work in a specific area..I wish she would have explained this to me so I could fully understand so I could have gotten the work I really need without having to destroy two more teeth with this ill fitting,hideous bridge ..Waste of money ..This has destroyed my confidence in dentistry and within myself...I will be taking further action against All Smile Care .. this is my second visit with dr goel. my first visit was a good one, i needed a tooth out, i was sent to a surgeon. for my second, she offered to take it out. i thought great, now i dont have to make another appointment. iam now home, with a gapeing hole in my mouth, the three teeth next to it now throbe with a pain tylenol wont touch. teeth pulling is never an easy thing, but this has been by far the worst. i think i am going to also have to make my sons appt somewhere diffrent read more
