All of my concerns were put to rest after consulting with Dr. Rachel Madden, DMD, MD. After performing a full scan of my teeth, she identified one impacted wisdom tooth and another on the opposite side that was "crowding" my second molar. She recommended removing both bottom wisdom teeth. The procedure was handled professionally and completed within an hour of my arrival. Assisted by Meggan and Emily, Dr. Madden performed the in-office procedure with zero pain and the utmost care. I received thorough, detailed aftercare instructions, along with a "goody bag" of useful necessities, and three prescriptions that were already filled by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. I even received a follow-up call from APEX later that afternoon to check on my recovery. Recovery has been smooth and successful. Less than 36 hours later, I feel almost back to normal. APEX Oral Surgery has my highest recommendation. If they handled routine dentistry, they'd be my new primary dentist.

They walked my son through what to expect and definitely calmed his nerves. My only complaint is with the paperwork end of it. They said they don't accept our insurance even though NHOMS was listed by our insurance. They said that this particular office doesn't accept it and we would have to file the claims ourself. No big deal. Then 2 weeks later I start getting letters from my insurance company that NHOMS submitted a claim, and they were sending them a check after I paid for everything out of my own pocket. Again, the procedural part was fantastic however the headache caused by them telling me to submit a claim and them doing it anyway has left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

Incredible team well...more like my second home / family now!…read more My whole life I've had so many dental problems and have had major anxiety around going and getting work done because I was never solving issues just doing enough to band aid them. My fiancé recommended to come in because he was so HAPPY with his experience as well so I gave it a shot! I am so so so glad I did! Truly life changing for me. Every single visit became a fun experience that I was actually excited to comeback for. Walking in I didn't know what to expect my first time but being met with Maria Silva and Krystin Estabrooks at the front desk with their friendly smiles put me right at ease. Their positive, encouraging, and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home and ready to start my journey. I knew right away that this was going to be my place! I was able to create a bond with them because of how much they truly cared about my progress and called to check in on me throughout the whole process and helped me along during every step of my lengthy journey to my new smile! Meeting Dr. Eric Anthony was like a breath of fresh air and his sense of humor and incredible knowledge of his craft gave me the confidence to no longer fear the dentist. Boy does he know his stuff!!! I am SO impressed and still in awe of how personable and truly caring he is. He is someone you want in your corner! His incredible attention to detail is remarkable and he guided me through all of my issues every step of the way and fixed them all with the right decisions and leading the process flawlessly I could write so so much more but I don't think there's enough room to write it all! Going in for a tooth to be pulled and gum work, I was very nervous but Dr. Jose Oscar Colon and his team stood by me and made me feel very comfortable and calm during the entire process. And for that I am so thankful. Still imagining myself on that beach lol! Long appointments turned into simply hanging out with your closest friends because of Charlene Rivera as well! She makes you feel right at home with her fun-loving personality and extensive knowledge. I couldn't recommend this team enough!! Genuinely, thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. The amount of time, hours and months, I spent with you all, I am so happy to have finished this lengthy process but I must say, I am a bit sad that I won't be in seeing you all as often anymore lol! Only cleanings now! You all changed my life and for that I can't thank you all enough! You all have been top notch and if I could give a million stars I would. I cried happy tears just writing this so I hope this helps everyone understand how amazing this team is! From the front to the back five million stars all around

Crowns were UNMATCHED COLORS , FOODS was STUCK UNDER THE CROWN, and they DID NOT cover my teeth! I asked him to fix my crowns. Dr.anthony had to shave my teeth AGAIN to fix his first mistake. Dr had to take off more of my teeth to re-do as supposed to be done at first. Second shaving caused me an awful pain that I had to use antibiotics to calm that pain down. It helped partially. He sent me to endodontics to see if I need to remove the nerve. Yes, unfortunately for me they need to make a hole in new crown to kill the nerve. It would cost $1600. Dr.anthony refusing to take responsibility he did not even came to talk with me! I only stuck by because I had paid insurance and the new hygienist was gental and great. But then he looked at my TWO healthy teeth after her exam for 5 seconds told me to remove them. Mind you I worked at dental office I know this destroys the tooth and kills it and can lead to tooth canals and other major reprocussions during surgery. I asked him point blank so they're healthy no infection both teeth he said yes and I said how long do you think these healthy teeth have before infect he said probably over 20 years. So I said I'm good I already knew I wasn't before asking wanted to call him out on his unethical procedures and he knows I pay out of pocket myself so he gets full refund. Well I told him and staff multiple times no. Well they harassed me every month since to add this procedure I was already looking at other dentist after talking to me dentist friends out of state who said that's completely unethical and they would never. They went to Harvard and MIT so legit knew this was unethical. But last straw was they sent me a bill for services I already paid for. As most of you know, I recently moved here from the desolate, fiery sunshine from hell city of El…read morePaso, TX all the way back to my home state of NH. Clearly, I needed to find another dental clinic to continue work on my nasty pie-hole (I'm kidding, guys. My mouth's not that gross). Anyways, I happen by this place via Yelp search, naturally. And let me say...they did not disappoint. This clinic is a smaller one, which I like. Of the two times I've been here so far, it really hasn't been all that packed. While there may be some adjustments needed for their booking procedures (Seriously, I had to get rescheduled 4 times before locking in a solid time. What even IS that?!), they are very quick to check you in once you're locked in for a time. The office is very clean and COVID compliant. For the time being, you still need a mask to enter the building. The reception desk has its plastic shields in place, hand sanitizer, and so forth. But now...the real question that's probably on your mind. How gentle or rough are the dental hygienists? Take this with a grain of salt, as I am a patient whom requires more frequent cleanings as opposed to someone who does NOT have periodontal issues. The cleaning was (much to my surprise) completely painless. Yeah! It probably has to do with the fact that this was just periodontal maintenance rather than a deep cleaning, which I assumed was going to be the case. What that consists of is basically just them taking off the hard stuff more frequently than usual. A "normal" patient only needs a cleaning about every 6 months or so. I go twice as often. So, considering how painless this was, I don't think I'll mind the new schedule as much as I otherwise assumed. Pricing is fair enough. But as I tell everyone, check with the office to verify if they accept your insurance policy first. They're easy to find, located just off of the turnpike. Oh, forgot to mention...I met the head dentist of which this place is rightfully named after. The guy seems pretty chill and very knowledgeable in his craft, but definitely not in a pompous sort of way. That's always a plus for me; when dentists and their hygienists are non-judgmental towards their patients. With all that said, I think we got a keeper here, fellas!
