During this procedure they decided to pull out all 4 of his front teeth without even a SLIGHT warning or consult with myself or his dad. I called 3 times post surgery to speak with someone and they will not return my call and actually hung up on me when I just wanted to explain how upset I am, and how much this is affecting my child that already has a speech delay. This was a huge cosmetic surgery for teeth that did NOT need to be pulled. I pray that nobody else has to go through this with their children, so stay as far away from this place as possible. His tooth is now breaking down and causing a ton of pain and they refused to help. They even canceled my children's future cleanings. Awful to work with and care solely on the bill they can send you. Normally I do but trusted our regular dentist's referral for pediatric care. Dr. Bassel Boulos was by far the worst dentist I've ever come in contact with and to think he's working in young kids' mouths daily is frightening. He'll be the reason kids end up having a true phobia of the dentist. My daughter has always done great with cleanings. When she went here for a cavity it was the must rushed thing I had ever seen and they knew it was her first time! There was no easing into the appointment, barely let the numbing gel sit on the gums before jabbing her and then IMMEDIATELY tried to go to work on her tooth while she was still upset and trying to take in the novocaine. I had to ask him to give her a moment to try and calm down. Her treatment didn't happen because she was in such distress due to the rush he was in. Upon getting ready to drive out of their parking lot I saw the doctor rushing along to his car, another sign he wanted to be done for the day. We then proceeded to watch 6 other patients who arrived after us and had appointments later than ours to be taken before my first son was even take in. When I asked about this, they said the hygienist we were assigned to was running late. It had been 30 minutes and 6 patients, so apparently other hygienists were available. Why weren't we given a different hygienist so we could be seen on time, and folks with later appointments would have gotten seen on time as well? "It's because of COVID". That makes no sense since there were obviously other hygienists available. We've been here an hour now and other patients have come and gone. We're only here for a checkup and cleaning. It's a routine thing. In any case, we won't be back after this, especially given the weak excuses I was given about why 6 others who arrived after us were taken in first.

I had no pain coming from the tooth before the crown after the crown I had discomfort and pain after chewing. I went back 2 or 3 times with the problem they did an exray and some kind of adjustment that did nothing. I was told it did not have a lot of support in that area because a few missing teeth and this was the problem. This is bull because I had no pain or discomfort before his so called crown. If this is how they do business they should not be allowed to practice Dentistry in my opinion.

I showed it to her but she wanted me to hand it over for copying. She had not asked my permission but rather rudely informed me that they need to copy my DL. Why? She had no answer but another person came forward & told her that it's enough to see the ID. She continued to argue but I held my ground. My insurance company informed me later that they do NOT require this. In fact they are more concerned about the dental office charging for services not provided. So I should get itemized copy & watch out for what's being charged to me. I know four other people who are "customers" of Dr Morris. None were treated in this manner. I felt very insulted by the discrimination & rudeness by this woman. No one at that practice had been rude to me before so it was indeed a shock. Perhaps Dr Morris need to hire better trained people with public relations skill. I am a paying customer who always try to be extra polite to the staff there. I expect the same courtesy back to me.
