I had my appointment and was billed 1,000 dollars. I was then told they do not take my insurance at all. They refused to listen to me when I explained my son was having pain in his teeth. They drilled a chip in his front tooth and tried filling it. That came out within a week. They did it again and the same issue. I was told not to worry about it, it's fine. His tooth is now breaking down and causing a ton of pain and they refused to help. They even canceled my children's future cleanings. Awful to work with and care solely on the bill they can send you. Terrible experiences.

I had a terrible experience with this office (Nashua location) father was rudely pushed out of the…read moreroom during a sedation procedure. Nobody explained the process. They just started pushing him out the room with no regard if he had fear or an anxiety towards it I mean, you're literally watching your child be put to sleep for the first time after that Doctor has himself came and apologized I assumed everything was good. I called to reschedule an appointment for my son. months later I'm being told oh the anesthesiologist no longer wants to work with your family so now they're telling me I have to drive an hour to Concord to get work done. Mind you I had already been back to that office so why now am I all of a sudden not allowed back in the office? I called. I'm met with rude receptionist, rude people just telling me essentially just go figure it out and go find a new office it's crazy because I really in the beginning. Thought Haas was a good office but sometimes when you have the wrong people working in a good place, you don't get good service so beware of this dental office do not book with the Nashua location.

This dental office really let me down in that they tried to push a medical intervention without my…read moreINFORMED CONSENT. They were also brazen and disrespectful in doing this! Dr. Calvin raised his voice at me for not agreeing to his intervention! Such an action reveals their complete and utter lack of compassion and respect for their patients and violates the fundamental tenets of medical ethics. In addition, Dr. Calvin is not a licensed physician, and the intervention he demanded was a medical intervention! He did not discuss ANY of the possible negative side effects, did not inform me about ANY implications of pushing this on me against my will! INFORMED CONSENT IS FUNDAMENTAL TO PROTECT YOU FROM MEDICAL VIOLENCE AT THE HANDS OF THESE EDUCATED AND SKILLED PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE TRAINING AND THE KNOWLEDGE TO CAUSE IMMENSE HARM AND PAIN TO YOU IF THEY WANT. In addition the three fillings in my molars they put in JUST three years ago HAVE ALL failed and there is now substantial decay behind these! I came in for my 6-monthly cleaning and examination on schedule just two months earlier, and they mentioned NOTHING about all three fillings failing and there being decay behind them! And yet, now, just two months after my last check up with Dr. Calvin, I am looking at needing TWO ROOT CANALS DONE! HOW did the decay progress so far if I was just seen two months ago at Calvin Dental? Something is telling me, also, that fillings SHOULD last longer than 3 years... AND NOT A PEEP from them at my last check up! Yikes! I am moving to a different practice! Looking for a dentist who will respect my choices, and avoid battering me with unwanted interventions AT THE LEAST!

During the appointment the doctor explained step by step the process and how much time each step would take. She then stayed until we had no more questions. But everything from scheduling to the appointment has gone smoothly. They have a sign welcoming new patients and they write your child's name on it. I have been seeing Dr. Sousa Manuel since September 2023 for Invisalign treatment, and…read moreunfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. This year, their machine was down for an extended period, leaving me in the same liners for over six months. I am still waiting for my new liners, and there is currently no ETA in sight. There is a clear lack of urgency from both the doctor and staff regarding these setbacks, and they have not been transparent with information. A similar issue happened last year (2025), when I was told my liners were on the way and later learned they had been cancelled for reasons that were never explained. I also had waited for over six months for new liners. I paid in full upfront, so at this point I feel stuck with a treatment that has not been delivered as promised. I encourage anyone considering Invisalign at this office to do thorough research before moving forward.
