God forbid should you have a crisis in your life and miss an appointment. That will be $100. Zero…read moreempathy. Zero understanding. They just want their money. I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I just received. When I realized I missed an appointment, I called right away. I explained my extenuating circumstance to an AI receptionist. I also thought the fee was $50, but I was being billed for $100. The AI receptionist apologized for my situation, told me she hopes it gets better, and said someone would contact me regarding the fee. When a human returned my call, she had less empathy than the AI 'person' did. She told me that she received my message (which explained why I missed the appointment), and that I owed $100, not $50 (regardless of the form I signed stating otherwise). I told her that I would pay the $100 and find a new dentist. And I hung up. It's a shame. I liked working with Dr Sam and Kirstie. But I cannot in good faith continue to work with a front office who won't even consider my extraordinary situation, let alone one who further takes advantage by charging me double what they should have. The document I signed on 4/22/24 clearly states, 'I understand that if I do not show up for my visit, if I am more than 15 minutes late, or if I cancel without at least 48 hours notice, a $50 missed appointment fee will be assessed to my account and deducted from my reservation deposit.' I also acknowledged that I was entitled to 'considerate, courteous, and respectful treatment.' Thanks for kicking me while I was down. Enjoy your $100.

If you like a bait and switch, this is your place!!…read more Before I signed up for a procedure, they discussed my Delta insurance (Delta Dental) was accepted by this company and, with my insurance coverage, my out of pocket would be $175.00 (they provided this in writing)... I called before I came to for the procedure to confirm my procedure was still covered by my insurance provider and was told that my quote was still good... After the procedure, I am out of pocket by more than $600.00... I expected this place to be processional... They are hacks... I would stay away from this place!! I cancelled all future appointments and will seek another dentist/hygienist... No more bait and switch by hacks...

I gave 5 stars because Dr Wang seemed like a decent professional periodontist and all the dental…read moreimplants he did for me were a success except the 1st one which was likely because I wasn't following the post treatment with antibiotics and mouth rinse etc, correctly. Having said that, I want to say that his dental assistant Samantha is very rude has very little class and unprofessional. She joked that a person isn't supposed to look like a hillbilly, referring to my missing teeth. She also joked that I must be addicted to getting dental implants because I wasn't getting any crowns for them, which likely would have been a waste of money and time, as I decided that a Snap In (implant) denture on the top of my mouth, would be the better option, and I'm glad I wasnt impulsive and too eager to get crowns as I likely would've regretted getting them and it would have been a waste of time and money. One day, Dr Wang jokingly asked me to shovel his driveway after a snow storm, which I laughed, and the dental assistant Samantha replied, " yeah that's a way to lose weight" ...Which I didn't think that Dr Wang implied anything about my weight. If Samantha thinks she can disparage, humiliate and joke about any dental patients weight or dental condition she is very wrong. . What I have been through with dental problems isn't a joke to me, although people like her may think its a joke. I struggled with severe depression, and definitely could have taken better care of my teeth and didn't know I would go through the struggles of the dental problems that faced me, and my late father also lost most of his teeth at a young age, 30's and 40's, so unfortunately I think I may have genetically soft teeth. I was trying to decide for a while if I should address how I was treated by this dental assistant Samantha. I wasn't sure if I should say something about it or not, however I decided that it was completely unacceptable how I was treated specifically by this so called dental assiant Samantha. It has been a painful difficult and arduous journey dealing with my dental problems mentally emotionally physically and financially and its reprehensible that people like Samantha thought she could ridicule and joke about me like she did. Without dental patients none of you who work at dentist offices, would have a job. Dr Wang needs to think about the kinds of people he has working for him. Most of the people at Cornerstone seemed professional and decent but I can't say the same about this person Samantha.

All of his equipment is state of the art; for example, all the radiographs he takes are digital (better images with much less X-ray radiation). The chairs in his new office are better than any other I've sat in - big, comfortable chairs that massage you, making the experience more calming and pleasant. Dr. Ray and his staff are very friendly and kind - they are always helpful in scheduling appointments around school. I am a dental student myself, so I can say from experience that Dr. Ray is a fantastic dentist. All his equipment, materials, and procedures are current, and he is great at explaining what procedures need to be done and why. I could get all of my dental care provided by my school free of charge, but I still choose to drive back from Boston to NH to see Dr. Orzechowski because he does such excellent work. Highly, highly recommended.
