The staff was friendly, but what I expected to be a consultation felt more like a push toward having a root canal than a discussion of all available options. After the appointment, I decided to get a second opinion before proceeding with treatment. Two different dental offices requested my 3D CT scan from this office so they could properly evaluate my situation. Both offices told me they never received it. I paid for that scan, and I was trying to make an informed decision about a significant dental procedure. Instead, I found myself unable to get other specialists the information they needed to fully evaluate my case. Whether intentional or not, the result was the same: it made getting a second opinion far more difficult than it should have been. My advice to anyone considering treatment here: if they take imaging, ask for a copy before you leave the office. Do not assume it will be sent later if you decide to seek another opinion. Patients deserve access to their own diagnostic information and the ability to explore treatment options without obstacles. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Now that things are better under control I want to get my teeth back! At the time Dr. Sigua only had a panoramic X-ray of my mouth. No bitewings or anything. He suggested that I pull all my teeth and get dentures. I walked out in tears. He kept talking about how expensive other options were and wouldn't even discuss those paths. He just assumed I was poor because I was on disability. I paid for a consult of options, not a dentist trying to control my wallet. When I spoke to another dental office, they didn't agree. That's fine that they didn't professionally agree. What is not fine is Dr. Sigua and his office not releasing my complete records to the other office. They said they mailed them to me, but wouldn't release to another dentist until they spoke to the dentist. It was very shady and I still don't understand why. I signed a release at both offices, and they still won't sent my information to the other office. I would avoid this place for a myriad of reasons!

My cousin Dr. Peter Morgan was able to get me an appointment with Dr. Yuri Shamritsky ,a partner at NORTH SHORE & BROOKLINE Endodontics. From the moment I walked into their office until I left I was so impressed with everyone, their kindness, and professionalism. Dr. Yuri with the help of his assistant Toni is an artist. His deft hands with the dental tools and incredible precision made this procedure pleasurable. I felt the entire time I was in the dental chair relaxed and at peace. Fast forward to now and both of those dentists are gone. Now there's this Dr. Harvey. I got a bad feeling from her right away. I had a tooth that broke more than halfway through. I decided to call White Park Dental since I was a patient there before. The tooth broke the beginning of February and she couldn't see me until February 24. In the past dentists would recommend you to someone else who can get you in Sooner. She didn't care that I was in pain and blew me off. Ok, now it's the 24th and I was so full of anxiety I just couldn't go. The pain in the tooth got much better but I was so scared. I just had that uncaring feeling. Before they had me fill tons of paperwork, which seemed more important than my pain. So because it was my first visit, even though I was a previous patient, they said I could not reschedule with them. Yes, I know it was my fault for not going. But if you're looking for a caring dentist and office staff i high recommend going somewhere else. They don't care about your fears,past bad experiences or anxieties. only filling out a bunch of paperwork.
