I was so impressed that I have a lot to say so hopefully you have some time. Lol. - I've been to…read morethe best dental practices of cities like Beverly Hills, Honolulu, Boston and even places over-seas like Munich, and this one is my favorite by far. I can confidently say that this is the most advanced practice in the area with the best tools, technology, and knowledge. First let me review the actual dental office: When I walked in, I immediately felt safe and at home. It's a professional office that looks like an adorable big house on a safe, well manicured street in an easy to find area. (With plenty of parking) and inside it looks like a home really rooted in family values. The reception desk is big and relaxed next to a homey waiting room lined with windows. The dental chairs are private, and they have instant x-rays, water picks to get your teeth extra clean, and the kindest warmest staff helping their patients feel comfortable. Anything you might need, they have thought of it already. I have sensitive teeth so I was offered numbing cream for my gums before I started my cleaning. - there were even kids having a fun time at their appointments, and they had toys to pick from at the end. Dr. Elizabeth Spindel is kind, warm and positive too. Like I have known her forever. She made me feel confident about my teeth and was just so positive and fun to work with. She is so attentive to detail that she can even work preventatively. Meaning, she can catch things that other dentists or doctors may not notice... even before it's a problem or a health concern. I'm just so impressed. Dr. Victoria Spindel, Elizabeth's daughter, feels like a friend I immediately clicked with. She is laid back and incredibly intelligent. Her explanations have such care and professional detail, and yet she's easy to understand without needing her to repeat. I love that they're a mother-daughter team too! It feels wholesome and trustworthy in there. And as lame as I'm making myself look, it's cute that it seems like love is their secret ingredient. I really enjoyed my appointment and I actively had fun! 10/10 recommendation

From Tessa at the front desk, to Lisa in the finance office and all the hygienists and assistants like Emma and Steph (I've seen them all) I've always had a great experience at Generations. It was a really sad day when I had to leave them and move to Texas, but in May I was coming back to NH for a wedding and was able to get a last minute appointment with Dr. Stetsyuk for some cosmetic work on my top two front teeth. Terry was the assistant who worked on me. I wish I could post a pic here!!! My teeth look AMAZING. It wasn't an easy job because there were so many different shades and white spots on my teeth, but Dr. S made me look like a movie star and Terry was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable when I was getting the Novocaine. One last note - I needed new retainers for my new teeth and Telly was able to remake them the same day and they fit better than perfect. She even p-touched a label on my new case that said "Made with NH Love". I literally cried. I miss these guys so much. Do yourself a favor and book your first appointment and bring the whole family!!

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I just received. When I realized I missed an appointment, I called right away. I explained my extenuating circumstance to an AI receptionist. I also thought the fee was $50, but I was being billed for $100. The AI receptionist apologized for my situation, told me she hopes it gets better, and said someone would contact me regarding the fee. When a human returned my call, she had less empathy than the AI 'person' did. She told me that she received my message (which explained why I missed the appointment), and that I owed $100, not $50 (regardless of the form I signed stating otherwise). I told her that I would pay the $100 and find a new dentist. And I hung up. It's a shame. I liked working with Dr Sam and Kirstie. But I cannot in good faith continue to work with a front office who won't even consider my extraordinary situation, let alone one who further takes advantage by charging me double what they should have. The document I signed on 4/22/24 clearly states, 'I understand that if I do not show up for my visit, if I am more than 15 minutes late, or if I cancel without at least 48 hours notice, a $50 missed appointment fee will be assessed to my account and deducted from my reservation deposit.' I also acknowledged that I was entitled to 'considerate, courteous, and respectful treatment.' Thanks for kicking me while I was down. Enjoy your $100.
