The staff is very friendly, Dr Isayev was prompt to review my Xrays, asked questions to understand my needs and has a wonderful disposition. The highlight is Stephanie, the hygienist. She is excellent with a pleasant manner. She cleans by using the tools rather than the hydro irrigation, and I left feeling like my teeth were squeaky clean and smooth. It's been a couple of years since I have had such a thorough cleaning. The cleaning was approximately 30 minutes. The office is located in the same plaza as the 99 restaurant, with plenty of parking. It is clean inside, with a welcoming atmosphere. It was easy to make an appointment via phone, with very little lead time. I'm not sure their contact us link in the website is monitored, so recommend calling instead. The downsides, which I am confident will be addresse -The 2 hour first visit. I was not told it would be this long so would have helped with my planning to know ahead of time. -The most uncomfortable part was the over 30 minutes it took to have the Xrays taken. The tech had a really hard time positioning the film in my mouth and several views need 3 and sometimes 4 tries before she got a good shot. I'm not thrilled with the extra X-ray exposure, but don't plan to have more taken for a few years, unless needed for a specific issue. -A couple of weeks before my appointment I requested information on the various pricing packages, as I am self-pay. The link they gave me was to an EZ Smile package, which indicated $480 for one year, which included Xrays, 2 cleanings, 2 exams and a couple other services. When I got to the office, I learned it was actually $550 for these services. The office staff said they don't offer the EZ Smile. It was quite a difference in price I was not expecting. I was shown a document that said next year, assuming no price increases, the same annual plan would be $440, so they do recognize repeat customer business. Their website has forms for first time patients, so if you want to save a bit of time in checkin, you can print and complete them (and print them) to bring to your visit. I will continue to use Crosspoint Family. I really liked the doctor and hygienist, and should the next visit go smoothly, likely I'll bump up the stars to 5.

I am a dentist and have had patients in common with Dr. Kare. I have known of his high level of care and reputation within the dental community. At my initial consultation I was asked what my concerns were. Dr. Kare presented a treatment plan that was conservative. I was in need of a filling and a few crowns that were in my smile zone. My teeth are characterized and the restorations created blend seamlessly with my natural dentition. My experience with the treatment phase was comfortable throughout. All my care was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this practice. With today's trend of mega dental practices with myriad practitioners it's special to be able to see the same dentist and have continuity of care.

Clearly, I needed to find another dental clinic to continue work on my nasty pie-hole (I'm kidding, guys. My mouth's not that gross). Anyways, I happen by this place via Yelp search, naturally. And let me say...they did not disappoint. This clinic is a smaller one, which I like. Of the two times I've been here so far, it really hasn't been all that packed. While there may be some adjustments needed for their booking procedures (Seriously, I had to get rescheduled 4 times before locking in a solid time. What even IS that?!), they are very quick to check you in once you're locked in for a time. The office is very clean and COVID compliant. For the time being, you still need a mask to enter the building. The reception desk has its plastic shields in place, hand sanitizer, and so forth. But now...the real question that's probably on your mind. How gentle or rough are the dental hygienists? Take this with a grain of salt, as I am a patient whom requires more frequent cleanings as opposed to someone who does NOT have periodontal issues. The cleaning was (much to my surprise) completely painless. Yeah! It probably has to do with the fact that this was just periodontal maintenance rather than a deep cleaning, which I assumed was going to be the case. What that consists of is basically just them taking off the hard stuff more frequently than usual. A "normal" patient only needs a cleaning about every 6 months or so. I go twice as often. So, considering how painless this was, I don't think I'll mind the new schedule as much as I otherwise assumed. Pricing is fair enough. But as I tell everyone, check with the office to verify if they accept your insurance policy first. They're easy to find, located just off of the turnpike. Oh, forgot to mention...I met the head dentist of which this place is rightfully named after. The guy seems pretty chill and very knowledgeable in his craft, but definitely not in a pompous sort of way. That's always a plus for me; when dentists and their hygienists are non-judgmental towards their patients. With all that said, I think we got a keeper here, fellas! Crazy? Maybe. Lowell Tooth Docs is the right dentist. Dr. Ramos has not only built a state-of-the-art, modern practice with the latest technology, but she has assembled and retained a well-trained and caring staff. They are happy in their work. Many of them have been with the practice since the very beginning. They spend a good amount of time on the cleaning/exams. They don't rush through those as some places do. This prevents dental problems or catches them early. I have been going to them since they opened and can't imagine going anyplace else. On a scale of one to five, they are a seven.
