They scheduled him an oral surgery that I asked them to reschedule because he was having trouble that morning and because we couldn't make it they dropped us. They referred us to another Dr who ive called at least 6 timed with no call back. I called kindred smiles back and explained the situation, they booked my son ab appointment on Friday for the following Monday at 10am. At 8 am they call and told me they refuse to see him because of his behavioral issues again. They were fine seeing my other children. My son had agreed to sit for the dentist and let them look at him because he was in pain. I thought a Dr couldn't deny a child care. Very disappointed in this practice.

They called us and informed us that they had an appointment tomorrow (today) at 9:40. Luckily I was able to accept and not be charged the cancellation fee. We were nervous, but everyone made us feel welcome and at ease. The office is brightly colored and has toys in the waiting room suitable for children of all ages. The dentist and hygienists were kind and extremely professional: they made sure all of the procedures were explained, made sure if we had questions they were answered, and gave us all options for treatment. The bonus is that they were all so exceptional in the manner that they spoke to my son and how they treated him. He was receptive to them and it made the visit go smoothly. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist. I sympathize with the person who had a negative experience, but I don't think that being upset over an insurance misunderstanding warrants giving this business a one star review and potentially turning people away from this dentistry. They do such wonderful work with children, especially ones that have some sensory challenges (like my son). I am happy to have found them and look forward to taking my children there through the years, and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

It is now my go-to lunch spot when I need a delicious sandwich or a cold smoothie for the hot days. Overall service is wonderful and for it only being one person cooking and manning the front it is impressive how quickly I get my order. I've been coming here for a while if I just need something to keep me going throughout the day or sometimes when I just want a sweet treat(their smoothies are no joke)! I will continue going here for myself and would recommend this to anyone with any dietary restrictions or those who just want some REAL food thats healthy!

I strongly debated both whether to review Groton Wellness and whether to give it one or two stars…read more In the end, I decided that my experience warranted sharing my thoughts and giving it the lowest rating. The treatments themselves were good. However, the complete lack of any form of decent spa experience more than offset it. This place clearly is a stereotypical dentist-investor money grab by the doctors who own the practice that is the primary focus of this enterprise. As an initial matter, the website states that the spa is closed on Mondays prompted my calling to ask if they might allow me to use the sauna and the soaking tub on a Monday anyway because that was the day that I would be there from out of town. I was told that the tub and the sauna are open on Mondays. I agreed to the request to pay the full amount at the time of booking even though the website stated the policy of only collecting a portion of the fee at that time. This was more than one month before my visit. On arrival, there neither was anyone at the front desk nor any means of signaling that you are there. I waited at least a genuine five minutes before approaching the VERY surly woman in the back area of the cafe portion of the spa. She looked right at me and played the game of pretending that she did not hear me the first few times that I called out hello. The woman then grumbled about working on four orders; there was no one in the cafe. She came to the counter and told me that someone from the spa would be out in a minute. She easily could have looked for someone for me. Two women then came out from the back area. The blonde woman with the glasses was friendly enough. I first used the sauna, which was the better part of experience. There at least was a bench and a place to hang my clothes. The sauna felt good and therapeutic. The robe was worn, not soft, and too small to cover me without being very careful. Having to carry my clothes into the bathroom where the tub was located was not very spa like. My running a little early excused the tub only starting to get filled after my sauna. However, the small spa staff knew when I arrived and coukd have started the tub sooner. I had to wait in the very Spartan waiting area. There were a couple of uncomfortable wicker chairs and a few odd magazines. I also had to stress about my robe staying closed. For the record, I am 5'7" and 165 pounds. The tub itself was nice. However, I could have purchased the basic epsom salts that they used at Whole Foods or my warehouse club. The bathroom was chilly, lacked any good place for my clothes, or even a bench. The sink only had basis soap and paper towels. No nice hand lotions or other amenities. I can attribute the shower not working well to my not being able to figure it out. The shower being too small for me to fully get under the head, the water being tepid, and the soap being the Doc Bronners Castile soap that people use on camping trips is on them. The check-out process merely was "you've paid" and then walking back into the office area. There was not even the customary follow-up e-mail.

I really wished I had done some research and read reviews before having my young daughter endure…read moresuch a traumatic experience here. Normally I do but trusted our regular dentist's referral for pediatric care. Dr. Bassel Boulos was by far the worst dentist I've ever come in contact with and to think he's working in young kids' mouths daily is frightening. He'll be the reason kids end up having a true phobia of the dentist. My daughter has always done great with cleanings. When she went here for a cavity it was the must rushed thing I had ever seen and they knew it was her first time! There was no easing into the appointment, barely let the numbing gel sit on the gums before jabbing her and then IMMEDIATELY tried to go to work on her tooth while she was still upset and trying to take in the novocaine. I had to ask him to give her a moment to try and calm down. Her treatment didn't happen because she was in such distress due to the rush he was in. Upon getting ready to drive out of their parking lot I saw the doctor rushing along to his car, another sign he wanted to be done for the day. We will be getting a referral elsewhere that actually has the time, patience and compassion. Place was a joke.

We arrived five minutes early and were checked in promptly. We then proceeded to watch 6 other patients who arrived after us and had appointments later than ours to be taken before my first son was even take in. When I asked about this, they said the hygienist we were assigned to was running late. It had been 30 minutes and 6 patients, so apparently other hygienists were available. Why weren't we given a different hygienist so we could be seen on time, and folks with later appointments would have gotten seen on time as well? "It's because of COVID". That makes no sense since there were obviously other hygienists available. We've been here an hour now and other patients have come and gone. We're only here for a checkup and cleaning. It's a routine thing. In any case, we won't be back after this, especially given the weak excuses I was given about why 6 others who arrived after us were taken in first.

It wasn't our fault there was a ton of construction. Fine. Even though we live quite a distance away I decided to be compliant and come back another time. The next appointment there was some issue with the doctor that had to leave and they couldn't see us anyway! They said they called me, but I never got a message. So, I'm driving close to 40mins each way (my ex started them here) with my two little kids and no matter what we do we can't seem to get an appointment here!! I understand wanting to be on time, but when people are coming from a distance and need service, you must have your doctors available. And to not even let me know, the doctor wasn't there that's just not ok! I'm sorry these might be the best dentists in the world, but their office staff and professionalism stinks. I would give this practice zero stars if that were possible on Yelp! I still can hardly believe…read morewhat happened. My daughter had been receiving her dental care for her entire life at this practice. She had been getting twice yearly routine check ups, plus all the extras that go with braces, retainers, etc. My daughter is 20 now, and she had an issue come up at a routine check up, which apparently needed to be addressed by an adult dentist. They told her that she had no cavities, everything looked great, and gave us the referral. When we went to see the new dentist, he took one look in her mouth and asked us what the plan was to deal with her cavities. Turns out she had TWELVE cavities!!!!!!!! You read that right--TWELVE!!!!!! After being told just two weeks prior that she had NO cavities! Further, when the new dentist showed me the pictures, even I, who am in no way a dental professional, could tell just from looking that there were several cavities! Even worse than this, was that when I called the dentist from Children's Dental to discuss how this could have possibly happened, she took no responsibility for her very obvious and egregious mistakes, and tried to tell me that the other dentist was just "reading the x-rays differently" from her, and that she was a conservative dentist who didn't like to fill cavities too early, because the fillings would need to be replaced? What?!?!? I might buy that with one or two cavities, but twelve? If we had had this information along the way, my daughter might have been able to take some corrective action, but we had been consistently told that she had no cavities and was doing a good job! The final, horrifying piece is that when I was discussing the treatment plan for all the cavities with the new dentist, he let slip that the dentist from Children's Dental had said, when they spoke by phone (at my request) "How could I have missed these?" A very, very good question. For years, I thought that my daughter was getting appropriate dental care, and I'm gobsmacked to discover that my assumptions were not correct. This practice let me and my daughter down in a pretty unforgiveable way, and then refused to take any responsibility or ownership.
