Second time visit and not so happy this time. The pedi was as usual, but took much longer. It was all done and I was sitting there waiting for my nail to dry, then someone that seemed to be a newbie came over, rubbed lotion on my feet and smudged all the nail colors. So they had to redo the painting, so it took me almost 2 hours in that place. Even worse is that 2 days later the colors were smudged again! I was wearing socks so I don't think it was any kind of scratching. I had to go in for a fix and this time the same newbie kept smudging my nails again her shirt and had to redo it again and again. I was there for another 2 hours!!

Once again these ladies have gone above and beyond! I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

This nail Salon is one of the best in my 27 years of experience in getting my nails done. I always get compliments on how natural and perfect my nails look. Aside from how great they look, they also are great on getting almost any kind of nail design I ask for. Above all, the price is very reasonable compared to other nail salons I have been to. I highly recommend this place.

Great quality work for reasonable prices. I usually get gel mani and haven't had any problems with the wear. They are very fast. Do keep in mind they tend to stack customers, if that bothers you. But for the prices, I don't mind. They are also great at acrylic. The shape and thickness come out perfect.

This is a smaller salon but I love how welcoming the staff is, I've been here 2 times and always leave the salon with great results. I've always gotten a gel manicure and pedicure so far, they might have a limited array of gel nail colors if you're used to a bigger salon. But otherwise, this place has become my go-to for gel manicures. read more

My go to nail studio! I always leave happy and am so impressed with these nail technicians skill, quality and value. I have had 4 sets done here so far and plan to keep coming back. Was looking for a place to do my nails for the holidays, and I'm so happy I randomly stumbled upon this salon. Its truly a hidden gem! First, I showed a picture of the nails I wanted, and Jenny did an excellent job at following the picture to the T; from the nail shape to the color. Although they did not have the exact nail polish color as the one in the picture, she was still very patient with making sure I was happy with the color I ended up with. One side note: I booked an appointment for 12pm, but did not get seated till 12:30 because they were still working on other clients. Nevertheless, my nail technician was really nice about it, and apologized for the wait. Anyway, I absolutely adore the way my nails turned out, so it was well worth the wait. I would also highly recommend bringing cash! I tried paying with card but was told they prefer cash, so I had to run to the atm. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my nails. I frequent this nail salon for a few reasons - the ladies are all really nice, plus my acrylics usually never chip or break even after 3 weeks. Prices are pretty average for the area, a new set costs me 60-70 before tip. They take walk ins but I usually make an appointment the day before to avoid waiting for too long. Theyre pretty busy after 3pm and on weekends so call ahead to get an appointment. read more

I needed a nail salon that was close to my work that could squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon and Nails 2000 was able to accommodate me. The salon is tucked away in a small shopping center near the Cupertino post office and when you call to make an appointment the woman on the phone wants to make sure you don't get confused with the other nail salon that is in the plaza in front of them. The shop itself is one of the smaller ones I've seen (3 stations for manicures and I believe 4 for pedicures). They have a small wall with a display that shows the different nail colors you can choose from and will ask you to choose prior to getting your service started. I had the pleasure of being served by Tina who did my gel mani and gel pedi. She was thorough and gentle and did a great job making my nails look clean and even at the end of appointment. The cost was reasonable considering the area and if I'm in need of a nail service close to my office, I'd definitely come back here. read more

So I've become quite the nail salon hopper. Guilty as charged! But, I ended up at Nails 2000 with good reason. They are open late on Saturday. I made an appointment the same day, and they were happy to take me. I poured through the many colors and decided on a blue chrome shade. While the woman who did it was fairly meticulous (many layers, base, base, glitter, base), somehow the chrome on two nails chipped within a week. She also did a solid job on my cuticles so I really can't hold this against them. They also offer awesome design options for pretty decent prices ($5 for two nails). Apparently you can check out the instagram for the ideas. This is right in Cupertino almost going up the hill. Super convenient. They do a good job. Lots of design options. Despite the crack, I would return. read more

First and last time here!!!!! My appointment being at 2:30 pm they were still working on other clients when I arrived so I didn't get help til 20 minutes later. The nail tech who helped me her name was Vee she was very passive aggressive when I was deciding on my nails expecting me to pick what I wanted fast so I settled with French tip and the price over the phone was 45$ then she asked if I wanted V shaped or regular French tip I said v shaped then I asked if she could change it because I didn't like how it looked just beginning of starting to add the white tip and just told me she couldn't and should've said something sooner only beginning to start mind you not after she finished and she overcharged me 58$ because apparently the v shaped was supposed to be a nail design???? I didn't appreciate her rudeness and I'm warning anyone not to come here. read more

The ladies did a great job with filing my nails to the shape I love. They also did a great job with painting and not getting the paint on my cuticles. I wasn't a big fan of the gel nail color selection, they only had two wheels to show me and didn't have what I normally get. They were able to mix a white and sheer pink to get the color I wanted, but I did end up repainting my pedicure with my own polish that matched the nails better. Ended up loving the result, but to pay this much money I would prefer to have it be perfect when I walk out. I think this is a great option especially if they carry the color you want! Gel nail polish is only the gellish brand. Overall I am very happy with my nails. I hope they carry more colors in the future! $20 pedicure, $30 gel manicure. Easy parking. read more

They rushed my nails so much that my nail was bleeding which has never happened at any other place. We also called ahead but still had to wait 20ish minutes and the technician was tending to me and another customer at the same exact time -- doing my nails at the same time as hers. Just very rushed and not worth the very standard price. read more

Amazing nail art! I gave her reference pictures and both look exactly like the photo. A lot of nail salons are not very reliable but this one always is! I recommend making an appointment especially on weekends. If you are looking to get something simple or have time early in the day, they do accept walk in's. Be mindful of how much free time you have because it can get very busy. read more

As others have said, I found this place looking for a nail salon open late on a Saturday because I'm headed off to vacation tomorrow morning. It was more than I've ever spend on a mani/pedi, but totally reasonable considering the quality. I usually leave my nail appointments disappointed in the quality but these ladies are experts at what they do and really take the time to do it right. After trying probably a dozen places in the area, this is for sure my new regular spot! Also, they have the cutest resident doggie I've ever seen. read more

If she did not feel confident in being able to do what i showed her in the photo I wish she had been honest about it before starting to do them, it would have saved us both our time. I want to cry at how bad they look and I have a hard time telling a nail tech when i hate the nails especially in front of the rest of the clients. I cant believe I still paid for them and left her a tip. I had my nails done for a trip and now im stuck with these nails. **update** Thankful that Natalie was able to fit me in to get my nails repaired right away the next day. I appreciate the quick response! I will definitely keep coming here because overall the staff is very kind and understanding. I posted updated photos after Natalie fixed my nails.

Used to visit this salon regularly, but lately the quality of the service is been going downhill. I always call to make appointments, but now they overbook too many people and the last couple of times, I had to wait about half an hour. Waiting would be alright for the right and good quality service, but this is not the case anymore. Since many people are waiting, they rush to have everything to be done and spend very little time with the customers. Sorry to say, but will be looking for another nail salon. read more

I always get great service here...i have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years now. Nick is my Nail King!!! He works his magic and I get compliments on my nails from guys & girls. I think they are reasonably priced for the quality you get. They last a long time, never lift or chip. The best time to go is during the week because his weekends fill up quick. Go check him out. OH MY GODD!! i love this place, especially Nick. i try to go whenever i can. i always get a french acrylic tip and a pedicure. they are very clean and nice. they offer free mini water bottles. also the pedicure chairs work perfectly. i love this place and nothing will ever compare to it. read more
