Firstly, I have to say that I truly LOVE this nail salon!!! I am so embarrassed that I have never done a review for this salon because I have been a very long time customer like about 10 years. My apologies for this Lisa!!! This quality salon is beautiful, bright and clean. Lisa, who takes care of my nails does it with expertise, artistry and care. I normally have a gel mani with a French tip and it costs me $40 which is pretty average and my pedicure's are so comforting with a hot rocks massage for about $30 and $35 if you want an additional paraffin treatment. A little self care is a must!!! Tina and Van are the other two nail people there and they are so welcoming and just as experienced and caring as Lisa. I've been going here for my nails ever since I moved to the area and it's been a great experience each time. Two ladies work there Lisa and Trina and they are very sweet and professional. Trina has been doing my nails and she always add small touches when she does my nails which I appreciate. Please keep in mind that they are not a chatty bunch of ladies which may be due to a language barrier. But that's ok, when you come here you can just sit back and watch a great cooking show on the television or just close your eyes, zone out and take a break from life for a second. Also, keep in mind when you do call to make a reservation their time is limited especially on weekends as it's just the 2 of them working there and they may not have availability. Week days are more likely to get you an appointment. Another thing to note is that there usually aren't many people inside which is very nice and COVID friendly. You feel like you're the only one catered to inside the salon especially during the week which I appreciate. There is PLENTY of parking so you don't need to worry about that! So all in all, This is not 5 star service but they do get 5 stars for being professional, hard workers, competent at their job, ambiance is nice and quiet, and a great choice of colors to choose from too. Just don't expect any major conversation when you come but don't be afraid to speak up of what you want/like as they are great listeners and try to meet the clients needs. I got yelled at today by Lisa because another customer was asking about my color which she admired and requested to be applied on her toenails. Lisa was working on my nails and when I was about to show the other customer my nails, she yelled that I could do it when she's done. She and the other worker there discouraged the lady from choosing the same color as I chose because it would not go with her skin color. Also, they said that they only had one set of that color and that since I was using it, then it would not be possible for her to use it at that time. I asked the lady if she really wanted that color for her nails and she said yes but Lisa and her coworker discouraged her from going for the color she wanted. I told her that if she really wants it then she should insist on it. Upon hearing that, Lisa yelled "Ok if you want it then you can have it after." I thought my overall experience today was really awful. Those two workers are anything but welcoming and accommodating. They talk about you loudly in their language which is really rude. Because of the field of work/school I am in, I can rarely (more like never) get artificial nails done anymore. Since it's been years that I have gotten artificial nails, I was overly excited to be pampered and have them done today. I was impressed by the cleanliness of this salon and how organized things were. It reminded me of QT nails in Santa Clara since they also have those nice, comfortable pedi chairs. However, I am convinced that the $ for mediocore nails are totally not worth it. Nothing glamorous about this salon at all. Probably will not be back. Perfect for us because we snagged all 3 of the ladies that were working that evening. This place is very clean and had a good amount of nail polish to select from. I had an amazing time. Lisa did an awesome job on my pedicure. Very gentle and was talkative compared to the other ladies that were working on my coworkers. That's ok- we were there to relax and unwind. Her massages were hard in pressure, deep, and good quality. She was really detailed in getting all the dead skin off and cutting around my cuticles without hurting me. My polish looks great too. The person who sat next to me got a $45 pedicure, which I snuck a peek at. They put some lavender and herbs in her spa tub, which smelled floral and wonderfully fresh. They even gave her a tiny bottle of water, bag of Fritos, and Starbucks Frappuccino bottled drink. She was nice and gave me her Frap. Next time, I'm getting what she got! Request Kim for a pedicure. Got a mani/ pedi here and my experience was good. The hot stone massage on my legs was wonderful and my toes ended up looking really cute with a simple polish, but my manicure was a bit sloppy. I had a lot of extra polish around the edge of 4 nails and it smeared after 45 minutes (yes, 45 minutes) of dry-time, so that was frustrating. The furniture in the store was super cute and old fashioned, and the service was great. I would just strongly recommend a pedi over a mani here any day. read more

If you want to end up bleeding, feeling super painful with your pedicure, this is a great place to have your nails done! I planned to party at Vegas, so before that, I want to make sure my nails are done. Called this place since all other great review nail places are full, and it has great review on yelp. Glad we have two spots available at 5:30. The place looks nice. However, when we got there, no one greets us, and they don't seem to care. My girl friend and I patiently waited for almost 30 min and finally until I started to show my impatience, they started to serve our feet to the hot water. I wanted to do gel, so I was checking out this new product with different colors. The woman who serviced me is around her mid 40s, not very friendly, and started to complain something to her coworker. Her coworker said to me that I'll get the colors messed up by take the polishes out from the paper boxes. I don't feel very happy about it, but whatever. But my nightmare just began. She use the rough stone to harshly scrub my feet. With my 10 years pedicure experience, I felt something is wrong. Super painful!!!! When she finally stops, I check my feet, and both of them are BLEEDING!!!!!! I felt horrible, and it was super unsanitary!!!! My blood was everywhere on the towels!!!! My poor skin were red and coming off from my heel:( I was screaming out of pain, so she took some balm and apply on it with her finger with no gloves on. I was super pissed, but since I don't want to make my girl friend very uneasy since we don't know each other well enough. I tried to not get crazy. The woman started to continue her service even though I refused to get wax around my poor feet. I just wanted to get out of the place!!!!!! My mood was totally ruined and now I have both feet wounded for my Vegas trip thanks to the salon!!!!!! Apparently she's either totally not professional or the tool was horrible that cut both of my feet!!!!!!!! They even still charged me full price!!!! Her job is outstanding for both pedicure and manicure. My feet require extra care since I am a dancer and my nails need to look net since I work with hands. They are very clean, they will get you in right away and they not as rude as other places where you know the manicurist are talking about you right in front of you; of course in their language for you not to understand. I was convinced they were a 3-star rating place until just recently that changed my mind. I met Lisa and my world changed! I feel like I found a unicorn or a 4 leaf clover!! She did not rush my pedicure, she was meticulous and even asked more than the usual questions. For example: Is this too hard or too cold, does it hurt when I cut here, etc. The best part of it all, I have had an ingrown nail for the last 4 years. My co-workers decided it was time for some down time and happy feet were part of that, so we found this place via yelp. They offer several different types of pedicure/manicures. After pondering for awhile, I decided to go all out with the Chocolate Elegance. Oh yeah! Provided with the package was a Frappuccino drink from Starbucks, bottled water, and a bag of chips. They filled my tub with sweet smelling chocolate goodness. Very relaxing! It includes 2 scrubs (which were awesome) and a moisturizing mask. Along with a 15 minute massage, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax treatment. All for under $60. Amazing I tell you! My polish was done perfectly and I walked out feeling woozy. (super relaxed). Took about an hour and was worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They take walk-ins, but I would make an appointment just to be safe. This is not a cheap place where they push as many people as they can through. It's relaxing and enjoyable. Like a spa. This is a treat, and they still have excellent prices. So hooray! read more

I used in a building down the street and I thought I'd try this nail place since it was close by. After my first visit, it has been my go-to place for nails. The manicure is quick, but very thorough. You have many different manicures to choose from; I've only tried the regular "executive" manicure as well as the hot oil manicure. They cut your cuticles carefully and take their time with it and they give you a massage with warm lotion. I get very picky when it comes to my french manicures because I like my white pretty thin. They do their usual band but when I ask them to make it thinner, they always do a perfect job. There are a variety of pedicures to choose from as well, but I've only gotten the regular one. Your feet are soaked in water with some exfoliating crystals in the water. After the pedicure, they leave your feet in some paraffin wax while giving your legs a massage with some warm lotion followed by a hot stone massage. Once again, they always do as I ask with the french tips on my toes. The variety of manicures and pedicures get a little pricey as you choose something fancier like the citrus or lavender pedicure, but I assure you it will be worth your while. Decided on a whim to get my nails done. Walked in on the weekend and waited about 10 minutes for a manicure ($15). I beat the rush because once I was seated, more and more people came in and the salon had to turn people away, telling them all to return at 5PM. The manicure was well done and whomever did it was efficient. I've had my nails done for about a week and the paint has hardly chipped. I cannot give this place any higher of a rating based on the tools they used. I've been on this trying out new nail salons tip for a while now and only one place have I been to doesn't use the electric buffer tool to scrap off your gel nail polish. For people who get their nails done on the reg, using this tool to take of your nail polish is the wrong way. You're suppose to foil them with cotton and acetone first, let them sit for a bit and then remove them with a regular flat round ended tool (sorry I don't know the exact names of these). For those who know what I'm talking about, if you constantly get your nails buffered they start to thin out your real nails and that is a NO NO! I am feeling my nails right now and two of them are hurting, is that normal.... I don't think so. Second, I decided to get the overlay, which is powder first then gel on the top. She didn't file my nails until after the powder was put on which made them a little crooked and all the tools she used came straight from her front drawer, which means they were not sanitized and that is my other NO NO! For a $40 overlay, not even a manicare was done, I think I'll take my money elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the nice look of pedicare chairs. read more

I started coming here because of a family member's recommendation. We go here pretty regularly (unless, I want to try another salon) and we always get the same treatment: excellent! We make appointments every time we go because they're always busy. They take their time on your nails and give you recommendation on which colors look best or how short or long to keep your nails. I LOVE LOVE LOVE, that they use brand new tools for every person. The salon overall is clean and their prices are good for what you get ($25 pedi includes a parafin wax treatment + hot stones). They have an awesome selection of different styles of manicures and pedicures. They take their time when you are there and don't rush when there's a client waiting. This place was awesome! They took me in last minute before they closed and when I wanted to do a manicure and pedicure, they had one person do my toes and another do my hands. I loved choosing which package I wanted and they were very good at making sure I was relaxed. It has a beautiful interior and lots of comfy pillows. I believe that the staff is friendly, they offer you food and drink which is great, but I feel like they are a bit pricey. Came on a busy Friday afternoon to get my nails done for an engagement photo shoot. It was extremely busy -- guess everyone wants their nails done before the big weekend, right? The ladies were super quick and skillful. Not much talking, which is fine by me. They were slammed, so the lady who gave me my pedicure eventually left to do someone's gellac manicure, and I waited for a bit for another lady named Cindy to finish with her client and then do my manicure. No big deal though since I wasn't in a hurry. $40 for the most basic mani and pedi (which includes wax, hot stones, and a brief massage). The pedi was great and the mani was good too (top coat didn't cover some spots, but it didn't chip for 4 days, so I can't complain!). Best part? They didn't cut my cuticles too deep and make me bleed (which is what happened at my last manicure and what I was most worried about since no one wants scabs in their engagement photos!). Cindy did an excellent job in that aspect. No discomfort at all! Chairs were comfy and they offer you a mini bottle of water. Overall a good experience. WOWEE, WOW, WOW!!!! I've only been to 3 nail salons in my life, but they've all been relatively the same. Some great, some not so great. But this place... wow! I didn't know nail salons could be like this! It is a little on the pricier side, but with good reason and it's totally worth it! The other nail salon's I've been to, they all look pretty much the same. White walls, simple decorum, pretty sterile looking. But this one had a very modern and upscale look to it (at least in my opinion). They have a big screen TV on the wall playing ABC. Which is SO nice to watch something I can understand instead of the constant Asian soap operas I usually see running in the background that I would love to understand, but can't. (Nothing against Asian programming, it would just be nice to have something I can understand running in the background). The ladies there are very friendly and VERY hygienic! They all wear surgical masks and surgical gloves. At first you think it's kind of hospitalish, but then once you think about it, hospitals are safe and clean so then I just correlated it with that. I came here for a pedicure so the rest of the review is on that portion. You have a choice of I think 4 or 5 different pedicures to get (I forget the exact number). Each has different scents and bath salts and what not to wash your feet in. I chose something called Peppermint Pedicure (or something to that effect). The water was nice and warm. The pedicure seats are huge and spacious, but do be aware that they're not the massager chairs. Just really big cushy chairs with pillows. I'm fine with it not being the massager chairs though, because I don't find them to be very comfortable at all. Anyway, The lady I had was very gentle with my feet. The salts felt interesting (I've never had a salt foot bath before). She also gave me a hot rock massage and put my feet in paraffin wax which I LOVED. As far as my polish for the pedicure goes, I always ask for crazy colors and what not that I usually have to fight for it. At many salons they don't get what I'm asking for or they plain just don't want to do it because they don't agree with my color choices. It gets very annoying. But here, she understood exactly what I was asking for and she was happy to do it! It was great to not have to fight for it. She was a very smooth and clean worker and my toes came out looking FABULOUS! She did cut my nails a little short, but that's just my own personal taste. She did really well and it's truly the best pedicure I've ever had! I will definitely be coming here again! In total, the pedicure with the 2 bath salts, hot rock massage, paraffin wax, polish, and flower design, came out to $60. While I don't exactly have money to burn, I don't think that was a bad price at all for everything that I had done! I can't wait till I get paid to go and try a Manicure there! So, like I said.
