Third time I've time I've come here to get my nails done but Tina but it will be my last! The two most recent times my nails were sub par. I didn't get what I asked for either time, even though I showed an inspo pic. My tech did a full set and filed them too short for the design I showed her. I also got color tips in gel which started wearing off after two days... gel never wears off, it only ever chips or peels so she used regular polish, she didn't use gel but charged me for it! I also paid for a deluxe pedicure and the woman who did it spent less than 1.5 minutes total massaging my legs and didn't even do the scrub completely. She just smeared it on my legs and wiped it off with the hot towel. What a rip off! I shouldn't have come back after that but Tina did such a good job the first time on my nails that I thought maybe it was just an off day. I was wrong. The pics are from today, the third time I had my nails done. The pics speak for themselves. I don't know how someone can do such a sloppy job and feel okay with it, especially the owner. I decided to try somewhere new in my area so i stop in here for my pedi. This place is very relaxing, clean and the employees are very nice. They are fast paced on the pedicure which can be good for an in an out situation. They only draw back is the charge $5 extra for a buff on your toes. Which they call a calus remover. Eveywhere else i been is a standard in a basic Pedicure! That i do not like so I wont be returning to this place for any other services. I fell they my Nickel and Dime on everything else as well. If you are fine with those situations you should stop by and try it for yourself. read more

Not sure on their sanitary measures, but my nails came out cute! I work in health care and sterilization bags should be closed before removing utensils. The bag of instruments the lady used was already open. Who knows if they sterilize or not. Hopefully it was, this is a bit concerning to consumers who don't want a potential infection! When she was finished she just put the used tools back in her drawer. Thankfully blood was not drawn during this visit. I do like how my nails turned out and their prices are pretty decent. New to the area and decided to give this place a chance. Well I've visited 3 times already. Each time the ladies are practically obsessed with doing a good job. My gel manicures come out clean and perfect. Those pesky lints don't stand a chance, they WILL see them and remove them. The nail techs also try to be quick, they offer water, the place is very clean, the utensils are sanitized and they are always asking if I'm happy with the color I chose. They lotion up to my elbows and give me a quick massage. My nails last, even with all the baby bottles I'm constantly hand washing. The price is fair. read more

Terrible service! Understaffed and slow! Basic pedi took 45 minutes! As more people came in someone called a dude to come in and help out! Good right? This place is lovely! the workers are very sweet and personable! it also doesn't have a super overwhelming nail polish smell, which i appreciate. I am done with this location. It is clean and pleasant, and the staff are mostly nice but they just take forever. It took them an hour and a half to finish a kid's pedicure in my 5 year old. It absolutely should not take 2 and a half hours for 2 children and 1 adult to all get a pedicure. We will never return to this location. read more

Since Christmas is coming up, I think I should get my nails done before this event. I booked an appointment with my always-favorite nail tech - Tina at 7pm. When I came in, I was greeted welcomely even though I saw most of the staffs there being busy with their customers. The wait was a bit long although I called in before-head (suggest that you should come in around noon to avoid the wait line). Tina did such a good job that you can tell when looking at my nails. I asked for a full set dip with 10 different designs, and Tina rocked it amazingly. I am sitting in my car with a burning finger! I came here to repair a broken nail. Simple. As the male tech, who refused to give me his name, started working on my nail I told him it was burning. Ladies, this can happen when getting our nails done and a quick rinse of rubbing alcohol usually wipes out the burn but instead of showing a little empathy and fixing the mistake, he ignored me as I sat there requesting rubbing alcohol to ease the burn. He then proceeded to very quickly remove whatever work he had done as to not let me leave with any work done? Ok? He cared more about that than my burning finger! I had started to ask the tech behind me for some help because he clearly didn't care and at this point my nail was severely burning. I know alcohol helps and literally NO ONE cared to help after I had increasingly asked over 10 times for SIMPLE rubbing alcohol! The manager came over and after I asked her too, for some relief she ignored me and said she knew more about cosmetology than I do and proceeded to call the POLICE? Huh?? I never even questioned her license but after coming here I question her license, her practice and her ethics. After the ridiculous ordeal, the male nail tech smiled and very slowly placed a bottle of alcohol in front of me... STAY AWAY. First, the strong smell of acetone and other cancer-causing chemicals hit me. The door was propped open to alleviate some of this, but the smell of a burning cigarette from a grocery-store worker smoking on her break right outside came wafting in. Next, no one seemed to notice me come in, write my information down, and take a seat up front. When I was finally acknowledged, they had me choose from a less-than-stellar selection of colors. I had written down and stated that I'd come there for a mani/pedi, but they didn't realize I was wanting a manicure until halfway through my pedicure. The pedicurist was nice enough and gave a great massage (for $10 more) but she didn't trim my toenails at all and I've been scraping my baby toe on the inside of my Toms all week. Also, the art work on my toes left much to be desired. As it was the first day of spring, I decided to opt for playful colors and a springtime design. Bad idea. They didn't have the colors I wanted, so I was left with a hideous shimmery electric blue and neon orange design made from other nail polishes rather than separate acrylic paints. Won't be wearing flip flops for another week despite the beautiful weather. The manicure seemed very rushed and low quality. She didn't spend much time on the actual maintenance and when I pointed out a break below my nail bed that needed repair, rather than fill it using acrylic, powder, or gel, she got out some super glue. It broke again less than 24 hours later as a result and looks horrible. The real kicker was the $60 price tag for a crummy pedicure and a thin coat of clear nail polish on my fingers that didn't even cover the entire nail. I had a horrible experience yesterday It was an accident but nevertheless I left with a bleeding cut on my hand that now has a bruise. Also, the level of pedicure has dropped I always tip very well but realized after Monday 9/19 that I am being taken advantage of. I will go elsewhere and advise everyone out there to go elsewhere. He worked on my nails for about an hour and a half and I had to walk out because I was running out of time. In that hour and a half he had not even started to buff or file my nails! I decided to check out the color options, and was never asked to pick a color, which in my experience has been customary, nor was I told a wait time. I stopped in to do a dip powder manicure. I had a gut feeling I should have walked out before it even started. Manicure stations were dirty. Nothing was sterilized. My technician had been smoking cigarettes without washing his hands & I never heard the backdoor open so I assumed he was in a back room puffing his cancer stick. His nails were dirty & hands were stained and cracked. If you're doing MY nails I expect yours to at least be clean! It took over an hour to do it because he couldnt get my old polish off. He was using cold acetone, not warm. Then he proceeded to argue with me about color and how I wanted it done. Do NOT waste your time here!! I was in desperate need for my eyebrows to be done. Came to this place because it was closer to my home. I asked if they use thread for eyebrows. I was told yes. When I was called back to the room, immediately the lady used wax. I asked about the threading she said they don't do threading..just wax. Wtf. I let her continue. By the time she was done, my right eyebrow was a lot thinner than the other. Totally not satisfied. She definitely rushed through it as well. Will not be back. The girl who did my pedicure was great until it came time to paint my toes. Awful. The gentleman who took off my old set and put on a new set was awful. He had the powder all over the place.
