This review is like 5 visits late, but better late than never? Gotta hand it to my girls Nancy and Twee. They take such good care of me every time I've come in, and this visit was no exception. Nancy has done my pedicures, and she makes it seem so effortless. She always leaves my feet and toes happy and healthy! I typically go with the Happy Pedicure because I am a simple boy, but it's great. My fave is probably the sugar scrub towards the end because it exfoliates my legs, leaving them nice and smooth! Twee is the girl to go to for nail designs. This was a random request because I'm going to Coachella this weekend, so I wanted to have a little nod towards that. Her hands are so quick! I always appreciate how considerate she is of my opinion of the nails between curing. She def has a good eye for attention to detail. The store itself is cute! I have been coming here for maybe a year and a half? Maybe two. They recently remodeled, so it looks even cleaner and cute! Their selection of polish colors is unmatched. I feel like they will never not have what color you want! Overall, 10/10! I love coming back here, and I'm sorry for taking a little break between visits! But I will be back :)

This was my third time getting my nails professionally done in my whole life with the last time being about 5 years ago. I honestly had no idea what I was getting or what I wanted other than the color blue. Crazy amount of color options to choose from! I ended up going with dip nail polish for the first time. My nail tech did a great job. She was really fast, but there was no pain even with the drill. I let her pick what shape to do since she would know better than me. I would give her 5/5 alone. It was a very pleasant experience overall (3.5 stars), but my nails looked weirdly bumpy and crazy thick afterwards. My nails didn't chip for the few weeks I had them, which is good. I think it's just the dip polish in general, but I wouldn't have picked it if I knew they would look like that and make my nails as weak as they got.

Twee has been doing my nails for many years. I trust them implicitly and her skill/professionalism is second to none. The best. Ever.

I had the Happy Pedicure and manicure; my feet currently feel amazing and are probably the neatest I have seen them in a VERY long time (I won't post pictures of my feet lol, just trust!) Mindy (I think? She said her name while wearing a mask so I didn't quite catch it) did an AMAZING job. Very attentive to detail! As for my manicure, I'm IN LOVE. Twee did a perfect interpretation of a picture I brought her. The shape and design is everything I could've asked for and has me wanting to show EVERYONE my new engagement ring!! Amazing experience here! My boyfriend dropped me off for a pedicure with Nancy and my nails done by Twee, and they both did phenomenal. The happy pedicure was very relaxing. Twee did an amazing job with my nails, I got GelX, and she was incredibly precise and detailed, which I LOVED! Super detail oriented. Great quality and great service. Would recommend!

Love the service here! The atmosphere is clean and cute. Seats are comfortable and they provide a water bottle without even asking. The quality of work and attention does not go unnoticed. I've been here twice and felt so taken care of. I just started using gel-x and I love the shape and colors I've gotten so far. I never feel rushed and the pedicures are the best! Got a gel manicure by Twee and its so sleek and pretty. I don't go to nail salons often so she had to take extra time for my nails and the skin around them, and she did a great job. Next time I will get the cat eye in the manicure as well since the polishes are very pretty.

*You can tell that Nail'd It! Spa has many regulars, so make sure to make call before walking in. This was my first time at this nail salon. I loved how there are parking spaces dedicated to the nail spa right in front of the store. The ladies working greeted me right when I walked through the door. I made an appointment earlier that day so I was seated quickly. I LOVE Taylor Swift and I thought it was so funny that they were playing her throughout my entire appointment. I knew that I would have to come back to this establishment since it felt like Taylor Swift was giving me a sign to become a regular here. I showed Twee the gel design that I wanted and she executed it perfectly. She also helped me pick out my nail shape and colors that would fit my skin tone best. I told her my concerns about my previous nail salon so I knew she would take extra care with my gel manicure. I'm excited to come back in a few weeks to get my nails done with Twee again :)

Update 9/11 on my 5th visit. Twee DID IT AGAIN. She also makes it comfortable for me to try out colors out of my comfort zone. I had olive before this but the picture doesn't do justice since I did it matte. After 7 visits, I have ZERO complains on her work. Not once did my nail break (which happened before cos I think the tech file too much) nor have I experience any lifting. If my nails didn't grow fast, I could probably make it last a month. But getting them done every 3 weeks with no lifting no chipping. Shape is on point & is ALWAYS consistent. Highly suggest & recommend her.

Twee is really sweet. She did my dip powder and she thoroughly took her time to perfect it. She checked up on me periodically to make sure I was okay with the shape. She really tried to even it out and kept it thin. I love it! Also this place gives you water and a goodie bag with cuticle oil!

NO never ever coming here again unless it's for a refund or free new nails. I messaged them ahead of time to make sure the price was right and that they can do it they said yes for 90 dollars and when I arrived they had no supplies and didn't even know how to do a 3d flower this is not the set I even wanted. She was rude. And was FaceTiming and calling people most of the time. This tooook 2 hours and is hideous she also cut me while shaping my nails are bulky and rough. THIS SET IS 100 DOLLARS!

If I could give them 0.000 I would I went for a manicure an acrylic nails. Literally soo rude the person who attended me my appointment were at 5:30 she start 5:55 she had attitude and even cut me three times. then just start without cutting o fix my hands just put the nails horrible job I had to looked for a person who fixed that. DONT GO to this place. I was looking for a nail salon near my home. Decided to try this place based on the Yelp reviews. Went in for a pedicure. During my service, we talked about why I wasn't getting a manicure. I shared that in the past i has acrylics but there was always so much lift. Former nail techs blamed it on the shape od my nails. Twee asked me to give her a chance and i am glad I did! She cares about the quality of her work and it shows. My nails look great and after three fills, there is no lift or breakage. Easy to get an appointment. Very nice staff read more

I had such a good experience here with my sister! Everyone was so nice and they really took the time to perfect our nails. I'm in love with my new set and I will definitely be making the drive from irvine just to come back here. We both came in 30 minutes before they closed and they gladly took us in and we didn't finish up until around 7:30 pm. Talk about good service all around. We will definitely be back. For a cute little small shop, they have a lot of designs and options from chrome to stickers to ombré gel. Super happy with the shape and the way my nails feel. They aren't thick even with all the layers from the gel and matte top coat. It's perfect. read more

Great service! My best friend took us to get mani pedis (feet pics not included) The pedicure was part of the spa package, so it was very relaxing and Nancy took good care while doing it. I haven't gotten my nails done with acrylic since I was in 5th grade because I was a little traumatized on how unnatural they made them. But Jenny made them so natural and exactly how I pictured them. I provided her a reference picture but let her design it in her way. She checked with me consistently to make sure the length, shape, and design of each nail was good with me. Luckily everything turned out perfect, as the next day (surprise) was my engagement! Got my nails done by Jenny. It was a very relaxing and great experience. I haven't been able to have acrylics in a really long time so I was excited. I've been coming here for more than a year now and I always leave with a positive experience! All the nail techs go above and beyond to ensure we leave with a happy set of nails and I'm never disappointed. My latest phase is gel x manicures and they do a wonderful job every time. I have so much to say about this place. Where should I begin... FIRST OFF..I had made a 3:30pm appointment the other day and as I was 3 minutes away from their nail salon I get a call & it's from this place. The lady on the phone asked if I could come in at at 4:30pm instead of 3:30 when I responded by telling her I could not because I had already set up my babysitter to watch my daughter while I get my nails done for her baptism. The lady on the phone then asked me how long can I wait til..and I then told her I was only 3 minutes away and will be there at 3:28pm, 2 minutes early to my appointment. She then pressured me to come later, so I literally just hung up. Not knowing what my face looked like considering this was my first time there, I just came in as a walk in. The lady in the front immediately assisted me to a chair, surprisingly after being told it was super busy and I had to come back at 4:30pm. Long story short, I just think this is a pooorly organized place. That's that. Secondly...the manicurist really did a hurriedly manicure on me and I'm no nail technician, however I do get a lot of gels done and was expecting the last step of the gel process to have all my nails cleaned off with alcohol which she did not do. Of course, I already predicted that the gel didn't cure which means it was semi not dry?...second day..they look like the photo provided. Do not spend your money on this place unless you know a nail tech that is capable of doing a decent manicure with gel because seriously the following days looking at your nails will have you disappointed. I gave them a 1 star because they took me in as a walk in..but that's pretty much it. *BEWARE* read more

Thank you Thuy for my pretty nails! Came in not knowing what to get but let her know I wanted something neutral but still fun. She really took her time and is very detail-oriented. Just when I thought we were finishing up, she would file a little more, buff a little more, etc. until it was perfect to her which I extremely appreciated. This is my second time doing dip here and it lasts a lot longer than other shops I've been to. After 4 weeks I was still content but wanted to get a brand new set before my Vegas trip. Thanks for taking the time to make sure customer was happy with service ! This place is a hidden gem. I've been here a few times and afraid to write a review because of how many more people will start going but I have to give credit to my nail techs for an amazing job. Prices beat competitors nearby & you can't beat the quality of the service here. I use to go to Pro Cypress nails about 3 miles away but lately it's been sooo crowded that they're too busy to even pick up the phone or reply in a timely manner. Covid precautions are taken with great care. Though we were the only ones there and we all wire masks and dividers were up. Staff was nice but mostly indifferent and quiet, I don't think Nancy realized when I was speaking to her a few times. My sister and I went yesterday evening. I got a pedi and we both got a full set (sns dip powder). Twee worked on my sister while Nancy worked on my feet and man was that amazing. Nancy did an amazing job, I haven't had a pedi in a long time because I worry about a scar on my leg because it's very sensitive but she did great. Twee then did my nails as well and while they're not exactly how I hoped I still like them. I was also told that I could not do a mani-pedi with the sns nail dip and had to do it separate even though I was told through messages here that I could and it would just be an up charge so I'm not sure about that. I showed her a picture for reference (posted in pictures) but she said it wouldn't fit my fingers which was pretty disappointing because I just wanted the pointed tear drops that are short like the ones in the reference photo but She still did a wonderful job and I like my nails, though they could have been cleaned up a little bit more. My sister is in love with hers and liked the design from my picture so much she got those. I was also a little disappointed in color selection, I'm not sure if I just wasn't handed all if them but while looking at the color options while Nancy worked with my feet I just didn't /love/ anything so I defaulted to black. I was really hoping for some dark rich greens and purples but I didn't really see any greens, definitely nothing I liked and no purples I really cared for at all. But they had some really pretty blues, I just didn't want blue. All in all we are happy and will definitely be returning. This place is definitely a one stop shop they have everything from mani-pedis, waxing, to eyelashes. The services I most recently got was A gel pedicure, my eyebrows waxed, and an acrylic set with a summer inspo. For my acrylic set, I gave her a picture to reference and she just made it 10 times better. She's so creative and nice and she definitely took her time with my nails. Was looking for a clean place open during Covid and this place responds quickly to set appointments via messaging and text. I had Nancy do my Happy Pedicure and gel manicure and love them both. I believe the total was $50 and well worth it! I returned 3 weeks later for the same services (needed gel manicure removal added) and brought my mom to get a pedicure by Kim and my mom was very happy with her service and nails as well. The place is clean and has social distance guidelines with only up to 2-3 customers as a time believe appointments only. Pay via Venmo so no cash exchange transactions. Highly recommend! read more

Well I used to love coming here until this last time I went. Requested gel X and happy pedicure .. Pedi is always fine but for some reason my nails always break. Gel X was a problem .. I got them done and noticed something off. Came home and nail was already loose as if it was gonna fall off. The next day another 2 came off .. Requested to go back for a fix I was scheduled to go at 6:30 when my appointment was 6. Emailed them but didn't get a sorry. Wouldn't go back anymore and it was so convenient since I was literally across the street. read more

Amazing, beautiful and clean shop. Jenny was so sweet, I'm scared of getting acrylics because it's hard to find a place that will get it just right, but she really looked at my hand shape and made a gorgeous set that would flatter me. I had an idea for a design in mind and she executed it perfectly, absolutely beautiful, I'm so in love with my nails. She's so skilled it goes by fast too. My boyfriend got a deluxe pedicure and fell asleep snoring in the chair, he was so relaxed, and afterwards told me he was so happy with the thorough job. Definitely come and tip well! read more

this place is pretty lowkey but it definitely deserves more clientele! they are very communicative and try their best to understand what exactly it is that you want done. i think they love what they do which is the reason why they never disappoint. really good service overall and i would come back. read more

The staff took their time and put in so much effort to ensure my Gel-X manicure and basic spa pedicure with gel polish were perfect. They recommended the SNS dip and I love how clean it turned our. The ladies here are all soooooo sweet and made sure I was comfortable and provided water and pillows for me.
