This is my 2nd time here and I wanted to wait to review just in case. Making appointments is a breeze, I usually do it the day before online through the link provided on here. Last time I got a VIP pedicure & Nancy said she had time to do a gel manicure if I wanted. The gel it lasted 2 weeks without chipping. The only reason I came back is because my nails grow so fast and the new growth gap between my gel was bothering me. This time, Twee did my manicure. I opted for the Happy manicure with regular polish. She suggested a different top coat and it came out great! Took her time and did an awesome job! The technicians here know what they're doing, they listen to you & it's just a great place. Pricing is good too! I'm happy I found a nail salon I can go to regularly. Thanks so much Twee & Nancy! First time at this salon as I had just moved i to the area. Yelped something near me and this cute name showed up with good reviews so I gave it a shot! Bonus: 10% off all services! Charlotte did my gel manicure and Ngoc did my pedicure. They were both great. I requested for the luxury package for my pedicure and her massage was A++! Charlotte was great and we hit it off with random topics. She fixed my broken nail with dip and was careful with my shape. She had no problem taking my request to shorten or thin a nail. I really appreciated her taking her time on me! While she didn't oil (i personally hate the oil anyway), or massage my hand, i didn't mind because i know not every place does it. My skin usually gets irritated after those hand massages anyway LOL. Anyway, 5 stars because cute name, great service, great foot massage and great massage chairs! Walked in at 4pm on a Sunday and was greeted right away for my pedicure. Nancy did my pedicure I went with the $32 happy spa pedicure option and asked for French tip with gel. (They had to remove my old gel and there was a charge for that) After using my yelp discount my total was $45 + $5 tip. I was extremely relaxed the whole time, the salon is very relaxing and beautiful inside. They brought me a water bottle. The massage chair was amazing. Came to this spot after finding it on Yelp and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! Kelly did my full set and made sure I was happy with my results as well as caring for the health of my nails. I came in with cracks and messed up nails but Kelly fixed them and made sure my hands were looking beautiful. Nancy gave me an awesome pedicure, my feet felt brand new leaving the salon. My second time ever getting my nails done , so I wasn't quite sure what to look for. I got a gel x set. My nail tech made my nails look clean and she worked efficiently. The only thing I would say that is negative is that the nails are too sheer. I picked a dark purple and can see through the color sadly. But other than that , this is a great nail spot. Horrible place to go!!! I had gone and asked about what I can do to keep my nails strong and healthy. I never have had any issues with my nails after I came here. They suggested powder dip to keep them strong so I did what they suggested. Let me tell you, my nails have been breaking so bad ever since. 17 days update my full set acrylics have lifted. 3 have popped off. Never have I spent so much money on a full set for them to not even last me a month at that. Salon super clean and friendly but qualified of the product they use obviously isn't working. 1 week after our pedicure + gel. Gel lifted. Went back and was able to have them repaint some toes. But very inconvenient. Again for the amount of money I spent that day on 2 pedicures 2 full sets. For them to not last me that long. Will definitely find elsewhere to go for future sets. read more

In terms of COVID-19 precautions, they take your temperature before coming in and have you fill out a form for tracking purposes. It wasn't packed but there were two other customers there plus 4 workers. My concern was with the lady who did my dip manicure. I asked her if she can make the layers as thin as possible to make it the most natural looking. I even had to ask her to go over several nails because the powder around my cuticles were uneven and huge gaps of dip were missing. I had to ask her maybe 3x to go thin because it looked very bulky and unnatural. It got to the point where she got frustrated and had another lady work on my nails. I believe she's pregnant (sorry if she isn't ) but she was very nice! She fixed the curve of my nails and made it look as natural as possible. Btw, the first nail tech made it so messy/thick that my nail was sticking to my skin underneath. Anyways as the 2nd nail tech was fixing my nails, the 1st nail tech hovers over and then goes "ugh" very loudly clearly showing her annoyance. On top of that a THIRD nail tech was hovering over us watching because I was the last customer there and they all didn't mind showing how impatient they were for me to be done. This was at 6:30 PM. From my understanding they close at 7 PM. My appt was at 5 pm! The only reason I'm even giving this place 2 stars is because the (pregnant?) younger nail tech was very sweet and fixed my nails as much as she could. I felt so uncomfortable and clearly can tell at some point they couldn't wait for me to leave. And to be very honest I felt so bad asking for her to fix my nails. I usually stay quiet because I'm too shy to say something, but it was THAT bad. I guess this was a sign that I should just stick to doing my nails at home until covid stuff is resolved Edit: appreciate the owner for reaching out regarding my issue. I've received dip several times before and I understand that it looks very weird at first until the very end. My issue was that the dip was missing in corners of my nail until i mentioned something and it was also continuously thick until the 2nd nail tech came in. But I appreciate clearing up the confusion regarding the other nail tech watching. read more

She is very nice too and doesn't complain about how short I want my nails to be lol. I feel with all the covid precautions that this business has been taking, I felt safe getting a manicure. I made my appointment online and was sent reminders of my appointment. When entering the salon, my temperature was taken and I filled out a form for covid tracking purposes. All staff wore masks and gloves. There are also screens at the manicure tables to separate customers and staff. I have been coming here for the past year and I was very happy to be back! Still on the search for a great nail salon, I came across Nail'd it! Spa. Easily made an appointment and looked at some of the reviews. The have a couple of dedicated parking spots in front and plenty of parking overall. Was on time for my appointment and had to wait about 10 minutes, no biggie, and was given color books to look though. Twee then came over to greet me with a bottle of water. We went over dip powder vs. extra short gel-x. After her helpful explanation and the fact that my nails were a good length and I want to keep them short, I opted for dip powder which i have done many times in the past, many of the times the dip has not lasted more than 2 weeks. Twee did an excellent job on my cuticle care as well as the ombré pink and white I chose. I only wish I would have picked the darker pink but I love how it came out. Nancy did my pedicure with gel polish and I also loved how it came out. Both ladies were so nice and gentle. Now comes the test of how long my dip powder lasts!!
