They do have private rooms for services like waxing, facials, and henna, but brows happen right out front. As soon as I sat down, she started the service. I would have appreciated a quick check in about how I like my brows shaped, but she was gentle, took her time, and the end result was totally fine. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights. This is the kind of place where you can get your brows done quickly, affordably, and be back in your car in ten minutes. And sometimes that is the perfect mood.

I have been getting full face threading/waxing for 10+ years from different salons. I have my…read morefavorite salon in Cypress that I always go to, but she has limited hours now. Therefore, I found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I saw the prices advertised ($28 for Full Face Threading and $33 for Full Face waxing). I went in as a walk-in asking for the Full Face Treading. The technician who was helping me commented on my "missing hair brow" hairs and that I should try castor oil when I have naturally thick brows and no other technician has ever commented on that. The she proceeded to tell me that she cannot "thread my sideburns because the hairs are too hard" and then proceeded to wax it. She was rushing and ended up charging me $32 instead of the advertised price. Mind you, she only waxed my sideburns and then proceeded to ask me for a tip. I gave her an extra $5 and she was surprised. It was my first time at this salon and I expected quality customer service, but they just shrugged me off. She did a good job on the brows and the threading, but customer service should be better. I just felt like they were just trying to serve as many customers as possible. The salon is nice, however you get what you paid for. The salon I go to charge way more, but she is more methodical and detail oriented than this place.
