We recently moved to EMR and were so excited about the nail salon within the community. We enjoy getting our routine pedicures every two weeks and were looking forward to trying out the local shop. After this experience we will gladly drive the extra ten miles to go into Goodyear for our nails. My friend's nail tech did a great job! I never caught her name but my friend had zero complaints about her pedicure. We both got sat at the same time, my friend got started first, no biggie, I'm enjoying the massage chair. My nail tech, Kellie (Vy?), started working on my toes and it went well. I also wanted to get a paint removal and repaint on my finger nails as well, and this is where it went downhill. She had me move from the pedicure spa after the pedicure to the manicure station. My pants were rolled up, my toes had those paper spacers in them, but I figured she'd help me at the end (she didn't). At this time a client walks in who has an appointment, and I'm starting to feel rushed through my manicure. She starts painting my nails and the paint isn't coming well off the brush. I've been to many places and they'll usually put a thinner of some sort in and finish the job if the bottle is running out. She just painted it dry-ly on my fingers and it looked streaky/paint was missing in certain parts of my fingers. I never complain but when she started putting the top coat on these TERRIBLE nails I had to say something. She looked flustered that her appointment was waiting but repainted with a new polish over my streaky nails. Because there were so many coats it kept looking globby but she just top coated it and had me sit under the light. They wouldn't dry and she missed parts of each nail. I had to ask another tech to come help me. I left and looked at my nails and they were terrible. This was two days ago, and today my nails are chipping and I can see the two different colors. Tommy does great at NexGen but the female who had to grind off the color to change it ruined my nails. There were actual dents in my nail. They grew out splitting and breaking they were so thin. Some of the staff acts like they are above their job. read more

I went to get a pedi with a friend of mine. Usually great place. It's been a while since I've gone but holy shit terrible! I got the deluxe pedi. Dude didn't do the 10 minutes extra massage, rushed the whole thing, finished within 30 minutes with everything! Then to top it off, when I stated I wasn't happy, those piece of craps told me no, he did everything, said they would check the cameras, told me if it was over 30 minutes then I have to pay full price. I told them go ahead check! Guy did the hot stones for maybe 15 seconds, had the hot wax on my feet for a little over a minute, then just rubbed lotion, wouldn't even consider it a massage. Basically argued with me when there with 3 others that experienced the same thing I did. When the lady came back from checking the cameras, dudes voice changed and agreed to charge me less! Then to top it off, a woman standing behind me said she didn't have a good experience last time either and he looked her straight in the face and told her she'd have to wait 45 minutes because she complained! Piece of craps in there. My friend wanted a simple little star design, the girl snapped at her and said she should have told her what she wanted... my friend showed her a damn picture! Needless to say, I WILL never go back! They are lucky I didn't walk out. I do NOT recommend them at all! read more

My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures here. We did not have to wait even though we were "walk-ins". Both of our manicurists did a very good job. Prices were a bit higher than what I am used to paying but worth it to have such a nice nail salon in the Estrella Mountain community. read more

Since I'm not sure how to start I'll go in order of the services I got done. I got a gel pedicure, got seated quickly on a massage chair that didn't work (no biggie), the girl who did my toes was great, professional no complaints about her. I will say that 40 dollars for a gel pedicure is a little crazy! I just moved here from SoCal and a gel pedicure with a design or rhinestone bow is anywhere from 25-30...is 40 the norm out here? I will mention that a lady was sat next to me and the lady who was doing her toes pretended to throw in the little blue thing they put in your soaking water but didn't put one in..I thought it was crazy. I had to wait to get my nails done because the girl that did my toes didn't do nextgen nails...again no biggie. Turns out little miss pretend to throw the blue thing is doing my nails. Hardly said a word to me aside from confirming next gen, color and shape. Whatever I'm not the talkative type either...I understand. She shapes my coffins nails horribly, rushed, all different shapes all crooked! I let it go initially thinking she will do them and then shape. The whole time she is super rough, almost jerking my hand around and is very rushed! She finished my nails which are all crooked and gets all sassy when I ask her to fix them! She starts speaking and laughing with her coworker in her native tongue, I couldn't understand but she kept saying crooked! She somewhat fixes them but again is rough, literally cutting my fingers with the file and digging her nails in my hands while she is "fixing" them! Don't go to kellie!!!! She's the one who did them, very rude unprofessional, sloppy and a waste of money. Will never come back here Ended up spending 78 dollars here and regret going here read more

24 hours later, I still can't get regular shoes on! Covered my legs in antiseptic spray and that helped the pain. Where my cuticles were trimmed too deep, they are still sore to touch! This manicurist needs to have her license jerked! read more

I came in for a pedi and had Christine. I have to say it was the best pedi I've had in a very long time! She spends nearly an hour and is very makes sure you are comfortable throughout the service. I came in and saw Christine again last week for another pedi and a gel mani and again am completely satisfied! Believe it or not even the gel polish usually doesn't last on me and it's been a week today and they have yet to chip! Christine is my new one and only manicurist and highly recommend her and the salon. Everyone is very friendly and the salon is very clean! read more

Pedicure was awesome! I got the coconut milk pedi and had no complaints. However, I was given a Mediocre manicure. My gel nails were not cleaned properly and they stuck to my fingers. Today is two days later and my gel manicure has already started to lift. Disappointing experience. read more

I was very disappointed to find that Nathan and Kristen were no longer there. I've been going since they opened! Nathan is the owners brother. He was sent here from Denver to open this store... The prices were good and the service was Awesome. I went last night for a full set and a pedi and found out they were gone. Obviously they were sent here to start the business. Once it was well established, they were summoned back to Colorado.... Enter Tommy and Kayla... He has the personality of a fig! No expression nothing. She just kept telling me my nails were too long... Decided against the pedi mid session with my full set. Went to check out and boy was I surprised... The price was $12 higher Than the last set of pink and whites!!! To top it off... I forgot to mention... When she finished doing my nails she accidentally dropped her brush on the floor.... She picked it up, dipped it in the same solution she used with the acrylic powder on my nails... Put the brush in the drawer and the lid on her solution... AND put that in the drawer as well.... If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I started coming here just because it was close to home and I kept going back only for the convenience. It started off okay, but progressively got worse. For starters, the majority of the staff is rude. The only ones that are beyond friendly is the woman who sits closest to the door on the left side (I forgot her name unfortunately) and Janet. The rest of them are terrible. First off, the oldest woman there messed up my nails and cut me various times that I decided to start giving up my turn in order not to have her do my nails. Secondly, don't expect to have your appointment done at the right time. I have seen many ladies start their nails 30+ minutes after their scheduled appointment and one even had to reschedule because they had too many walk-ins in front of her. The reason I know that is because the last time I went there they had me switch seats THREE TIMES and my nails didn't get officially started until an hour after I got there. They did put on the foil to get my gel polish off but I had it on for so long that my fingers were beyond pruney and the gel polish had lifted and come off by itself. At that point I did take the foil off and when I did, I got yelled at (nice service huh). I WISH I knew the name of that woman. She then proceeded to take of my gel polish in a rough way while talking crap about me to the others. She had such an attitude the whole time and had the staff members come look at what I had done. I wouldn't bother getting a nail design here either. They use acrylic paint (which is used in art classes) to do the design and it chips off by the end of the day. Needless to say, I've stopped coming here. I rather drive 20 minutes to my nail salon in Litchfield than drive 5 minutes from my house. read more
