From the moment I called to make an appointment and arrived, I was welcomed warmly and treated professionally with amazing care. The pedicure service was exceptional, thorough, and it wasn't rushed. The technician took great care and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everything was spotless and the attention to hygiene really stood out. It's refreshing to find a nail saloon that makes everyone feel comfortable, regardless of gender. If you're a guy considering for a pedicure or anyone looking for top notch service, I highly recommend Jazzy's Nails Spa. I'll definitely be back!!

I told them which services I wanted, they quoted me a rate and seated me. They asked me to wait a few minutes and then got to me within a very timely manner. I was very happy with the quality of work that was done and the quote they gave me at the beginning was exactly what they charged, which hasn't been the case with other places I've been to. All in all this was an awesome experience and I will definitely be back!

The staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. One thing I really appreciate is their transparency--they provide an itemized receipt and let you know the total cost before starting your service, so there are no surprises. The salon itself is beautiful, spacious, and surprisingly quiet, which makes the whole experience feel relaxing from the moment you walk in. The decor is absolutely adorable with pink accents, floral touches, and a chic, feminine aesthetic that makes it feel a little more luxurious than your average nail salon. They have five separate pedicure rooms, a huge selection of colors, and complimentary drinks while you enjoy your service. I always look forward to the mimosas and hot tea. What really stood out to me was how involved the management team is. I saw managers regularly walking around checking on guests and making sure everyone was happy with their service. I also noticed the staff thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the pedicure stations after every customer, which I really appreciated. It's clear they take both customer service and cleanliness seriously. While Milano is definitely on the pricier side, the quality, cleanliness, atmosphere, and customer service make it worth every penny. They even have a rewards program where you can earn points toward future visits. Their nail artists are incredibly skilled and can create everything from simple sets to the latest trendy nail art. I always leave happy with my nails and already looking forward to my next appointment.

The first time I came after getting my nails done the nail tech mentioned how I can come in 1-2 weeks to get a refill on my nails. When I came the second time for the refill the person stated that I could not do a refill and that instead I needed to do a completely new set. I am upset that the nail tech lied to me. Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.

I gave this place a chance again twice and was not happy. I'll admit I went in the first time without an image for inspo, but the shaping the of the hard gel was so lumpy and my nail length was left really uneven. I went back again a second week and asked for tortoise design. This is not tortoise :( I leave the review as feedback. In all my experiences, tortoise design is made with a polish that makes the polish kind of like an oil, to give the effect. My design was made with just a brush and I was trying hard to trust the process, but left really unhappy and I felt bad pointing it out because I didn't want to seem picky. I'll give it two stars for the customer service kindness and efficiency, but did not meet the expectations.

The nail tech, Hannah, is very nice but she is very rough on cleaning the toe nails and I have told her a few times to go softer when she's digging into my nails but I don't think she knows how to be less rough. I have been cut a couple times and so has my friend. Not only that, but she has made my toe nails very uneven both times I've had her. Some nails are longer and she cut other ones shorter. My pinky toenail is short already and she filed it so much that now when she put the nail polish, it's just little like a dot of nail polish was put on since she filed my nail so small. I didn't know her name but was hoping to not get her but I ended up getting her again. Also, every time I have gotten a manicure, they can never get my nail shape right and have to keep reminding them to not do it the way I don't like it. There is no consistency. Another incident I had before was that I tried doing builder gel manicure fill with one of the nail techs that has done builder gel multiple times before and then when I called they said, "no he never does builder gel." I specifically wanted that nail tech because he does designs as well, which he has done for me. I don't know what's going on with all this mix up and change, but it's very frustrating. There is no consistency and just haven't been satisfied the last few times coming here.

She didn't finish this girls til awhile after that. Frustration is don't make a reservation if you're going to make us wait. If we were 15 min let alone 10 min late to an appt we would be turned away. Then all the other workers decide to give attitude and talk under their breathe. I said no on principle. Mind you one had the nerve to say "she still has awhile for her (my friend) nails to be done" she was done at 4:40...haha Not worth it. Edit since you can't reply - her response is laughable. No one told me who was going to be doing my nails til 4:10. In that time I could observe that tech doing the girls nails next to me who seemed annoyed with her. Regardless, appointments aren't taken serious as 2 people walked in after us and they were started right away. Just poor time management. Had someone initially communicated the delay, it would have been fine, but to think on a busy day you're going to have your customer sit there without any communication is laughable. Hence why I cancelled services. Also, friend was done 15 min after the tech was done doing that girls nails, so she would have had to wait over 30+ min for me. No thanks. Just accept the mess up and move on. My issue is the lack of communication and making it seem like it's my bad for your mistake. Do better for those that attempt your salon again. ***also, my friend had to go back into the shop to have her nail fixed by another tech right after, forgot to mention this...but okay***
