To end at the same time as the other person getting their nails done, for skipped the foot massage that I had paid for. Also there is no air conditioning and we were sweating the whole time. I got a standard gel pedi with a simple flower design. After a bit, I could tell I was in trouble with my technician. She kept trying to fix the nail over and over. The picture shows what I ended up with. They waived the charge for the design, but once I got home and looked closer (had to get my glasses), I could really see what I was left with. $60 and a $15 tip, and my nails aren't fully covered, and now I'm stuck with this design. I called and left a voicemail but got no response. So now I need to find a new nail spa to get this all redone. It really sucks because I loved going there. FYI, Ben is awesome, but I couldn't wait to see him.

The owner/male serviced my full gel set and while I valued his conversation, the end result left much to be desired. The polish was not clean. There is nail polish under the nails and the matte overlay polish did not completely cover the nail. In all my years, I have never seen a nail polish so sloppy from a professional. I honestly think it's the quality of work I could have done at home. While they accept all credit cards, there is a $3 up charge for using a credit card. Cash is strongly encouraged.

Worst nail salon experience ever! I had a Fill done by "Harris" and he took every short cut…read morepossible. No two nails were the same length. He didn't have me wash my hands before polishing so the polish was rough and bumpy. He cured each coat for less than 60 seconds. He also put some clear polish on before the gel polish with no explanation why. From the time I sat down until the time stamp on my receipt it was 26 minutes. Two days later I had them re-polished elsewhere because he left such a gap it looked like I needed a fill. Also, after he did the Fill he took a cuticle clipper and cut back all my natural nails underneath (no glue applied). Within 6 days I had four nails come off. To top it off, he told me the bill was $48 and I gave him $60 and he asked if I "needed change". A $12 tip for that mess??? I called them later and they offered a $20 gift certificate. No way I would ever go back there!

The water basins are lined with replaceable plastic. Screens separate you and the service provider. Everyone wears masks. Service providers wear gloves. Chairs, handles etc are wiped after each use. You are required to wash and scrub hands upon arriving. You also must sign a waiver. I paid in cash which was accepted. Beyond all the safety precautions, the experience was great and felt almost normal. It just was so nice to be pampered a little and my feet look and feel so much better.

From the moment I got there, I felt unwelcome. The manager (or owner) came across as rude and dismissive. I asked for a specific sheer nail color, but instead of helping me find a close match or showing me other options, she placed a random pink polish on the counter like she didn't care about what I said. The nail tech just picked up that color and started my nails. She didn't show the color or ask if it was okay. I was so shocked by the lack of customer service that I had to ask my partner to come inside and look through the polish section himself because no one was willing to help me choose another color. I have can't complain about the tech not being talkative, that's a personal preference. However, she repeatedly hit my skin with the electric nail drill. I pulled my hand away more than once because it hurt and she never apologized or acknowledged it. After all that my nails were uneven and shaped whatever way when the service was finished. I don't like bringing race into situations, but I honestly felt it played a role in how I was treated because I can't think of another explanation for the dismissive attitude and horrible service I experienced. I couldn't even express how I felt or my frustration because I didn't want to come off as an angry or upset, black woman. I walked out pissed off, not just with my nails, but with the entire experience.
