Had a gel manicure done one day before leaving on a vacation. This was a treat because I never get manicures for myself. This picture is of day two after receiving a manicure from Kaylee. Each day at least one or two polished nails fell off. This is not right. Called the salon after returning from vacation to ask for a new complementary manicure because I had no polished nails left. They declined saying I needed to come in the next day to show them the nails. How could I because I was over seas! Told them I would not return to their salon. Totally takes advantage of walk-ins, the lady who did our pedicures wouldn't even offer us the basic pedi, instead the cheapest she would do was $75, that's BS and not how you run a business, i got charged for a color when it says right in the description of the pedicure "color included" but yet she charged me for a color. Just be careful of this business I feel like they take advance of their customers, specially walk- ins. I won't go back ever but I want people to know what our experience was like. read more

This is the worst job I've seen in awhile I brought my wife & daughter to Kaylee nails applevally location and this is how it was my 14 year old daughter has 8 bandaids on here at home to stop them from bleeding and hurting if she hit them on the table or whatnot anyways not happy...the wife's nails are polished a safe distance from from her cuticles just kidding but frfr her polish is 1/4 " from the cuticles it looks horrible and to think I had to pay anything much less $300 for everything they both wanted done like wtf if we paying this much $ we should get better service than wat they had gotten so this why v I marked it a 2 read more

As of right now! I am making an appointment with a podiatrist because my feet have been itching for the last three months. I am so disappointed, I will never come back to this establishment. Clean your tools better! The last time I got a pedicure was with this nail salon. I know it's them because it was the first time I went to a nail salon this whole year. AVOID THIS PLACE! It took them almost 3 hours to do a mani and pedi. They moved me around the salon to different seats to accommodate them! And I was the only one in there!!!! During my manicure I was cut and bleeding. And my pedicure had to be redone because she put the wrong color on and actually argued with me telling me it was right...it took her 20 mins to figure it out. They took no tine running my card for the full price and offered no apology or discount. This place is so lousy I'm wondering how they are in business. Avoid! read more

Started out well as it does at most nail spots and then you become a "regular" ....or frequent customer. I have been getting my nails done for about 35 years, before nail shops were on every corner- and one thing almost always happens- once a salon gets to know you- they tend to hurry thru and/or make you wait for appointments. The only way to avoid that is TIP REALLY GOOD. I had waited an hour or more for appointments at times.... the actual service has been really good for the most part. Except that my bonus daughters went in to get complete sets for vacation and were not happy with the service, their cuticles were cut and bleeding (one had 3 spots/ the other not sure) (they are adults). I don't think I will be a regular there because of the service of my daughters and having to wait so long even when getting appointments- my time is really valuable with a crazy schedule. Again the actual service is EXCELLENT if you can get in and out in a timely manner. read more

We made an appointment for 4pm and arrived at 3:50. We waited for almost 20 mins before they put us in a pedicure chair to soak. Once we got in the chairs, one of the male staff workers assured me that it would just be another 5 minutes, but he caressed my knee in an uncomfortable way. we sat there soaking for another 20 minutes before someone even came over to start the pedicure on only one of us in our party. Once they started the pedicure, it was okay for the most part until they painted our nails. They are patchy and it appears that there's hair in the nail polish. Definitely not going there again and I wish I could get my money back, but it took a total of an hour and a half and I just wanted to leave at that point. DO NOT GO HERE read more

My initial appointment wasn't bad overall, the only issue was that I made an appointment online that was confirmed and still had to wait almost an hour before being helped and during that time, I was barely acknowledged. The girl who did my nails did thank me for my patience and did a fine job giving me a fill and a super basic gel paint job with a simple cross design on two of my nails.... At $57 after tip, this was a pretty overpriced service but the nails looked fine at the time so I brushed it off. Long story short, I'm Not sure what happened but two days later my polish was peeling off in chunks (pictured) and so I did a survey and was told to reach out to the salon so they could "make it right". Came in earlier to get my polish redone and was treated SO rudely by two of the people there (a man and an older woman, her name started with a K I believe). The man argued with me when I told him my original set I had before the fill was NOT dip powder. He insisted that it was and that's why the polish peeled... then the woman who did the repaint told me that she would only repaint the ones that were peeling badly and if she had to do all my nails OR use different colors than what I had originally, she would charge me. She seemed very annoyed with me once she realized she'd simply be repairing my botched polish and not performing a service she'd be paid for. She also conveniently forgot to re apply my very simply design to my ring finger that I had originally and paid extra for. By the time I realized it, I felt disrespected and intimidated and really just wanted to leave so I let it go. All in all, I would not recommend anyone I care about to give this place their business if this is how they treat paying customers when they mess up. I have never been treated this way in a nail salon or really anywhere. I was very respectful and just wanted what I already paid for to be fixed. Nothing more.
