I went to get my toes done and paid $140.00 I asked for acrylic with gel polish and chrome. I didn't realize until after my first one broke off a week later that there wasn't acrylic. When I went in to get it fixed the manager or owner was on ft with another employee. She didn't remember me at first but after I said I specifically asked for tips with acrylic she's like no you said gel builder. I told her no I never asked for that because I've been getting them done at a different place but the same style for years and they always last me a month plus. I'm upset because they are extremely thin and bend whenever I put a sock on or they rub against something. I expressed to her this is not what I asked for and they weren't done correctly. When they fixed my toe the first time it doesn't even match the color as the other ones and it was done poorly as you can tell by the photo. Now this is the second nail that has broken off. First one cracked off from bedding after putting on a sock. Second one broke off from moving my toe against my blanket. One employee did tell me she remembers when I said acrylic but the manager said to lady doing my toes to do gel builder. Also, did ask for them shorter but they didn't do it either. My mistake for not paying more attention and speaking up. Probably was done to get the job done faster. Extremely dissatisfied with this service. The manager (owner) really tried to blame me for choosing gel builder even though I did not and I told her over and over I did not choose it. I said it should not have cracked or fell off due to putting on a sock. This never happened before when I get this done with my toes. read more

Very poor customer service, the tech was rough and unprofessional. It was so unpleasant that I left before the service was completed with bare poorly shaped nails. I have been having my nails done every 4 weeks for the past 20 years and this is the first time I have ever received such horrible service. I was a walk in, and the tech available very obviously was not interested in doing my manicure. I gave them one star because it was the lowest possible they really don't even deserve that. read more

USA Nails always gives good quality service, they are very friendly, and the shop is a pleasure to visit.

They took forever to take off my acrylics however my nails weren't badly damaged. It took Dung almost two hours to put on a new set of gel acrylics. They turned out perfect, and i would recommend going here and asking for him. read more

My wife was there to get a pedicure, she was treated different than everybody else. The employees were very disrespectful and wouldn't pay any attention to her, she was put in the corner for almost an hour while they were working on other costumers that came after her. She finally asked to be attend for the service she was paying for they told her to wait longer. She couldn't wait anymore due to other responsibilities they told her to pay the full price of the pedicure when it was half done. They yelled her and totally disrespected her, we feel this was race related since we're latinos and the other people wasn't. They treated them very nice offered them drinks and didn't make them wait long to get the service done. She waited almost two hours and didn't even have her pedicure completed. Never going back to that place again. read more

Great customer service. Always take the time to make nails look great. Very nice staff.

3 1/2 rating. Due to the new girl with all the tattos!! Ive never had a problem love titi but her new help does a terrible job!! Vety unprofessional , while having nails done she had her 16 yr old daughter ny her side the entire time talking about her personal life an was very rude including dirty looks toward me.. If i was her mother i wouldve excused myself an took her to the bk an told her to shut up!!! Anale yourself useful an start cleaning an sweeping, the mother continued to listen to her daughter i thought how rude for paying customers, but i feel i was discriminAted bc my disability so there for she didmy do a good job an dirtyooks from daughter didnt help. I had to return a week later with a broken nail .i did not wamt the same women helping me.. She screwed up omve again .. . only had 1 nail to repair an she didn't measure the nails Just shows me she will just do wjat she can if she can get away with it . i hope owners will keep tjeor eye out.. I think yhe world of them , but i will switch my business to La Nails in Farmington from. Now on. Its a shame i feel really bad . never had so many problems with 1 french tip set in my life .the mail evdn had Flaws in them but i decided not to complain i see now its a must for A paying customer. read more

My mom and I always go here for pedicures. Deluxe pedicures are $40 and they are worth every penny. They really take their time and make it so relaxing. Always the best polish job also. Went in July, wore a mask because of covid and every thing seemed clean and disinfected. Would highly recommend. read more

This place is horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man who runs the shops phone hung up on me numerious

I went here to get my acrylics removed. I come here often only sometimes to get them removed. But today the lady went beyond my normal treatment! She put on different "treatments" so that my nails would be healthier and stronger. They normally cut it so that my normal nail growth has been removed but she didn't do that. She simply just removed them without using nail clippers so that my natural nails could be relatively long! I loved it and I'm so pleased with the shape and condition she left them in! read more

I received a gift certificate for USA Nails in Decemeber. I went to use it in May and the male owner said it was no good (of course this was when my pedicure was all done). WHAT?! He said USA Nails was under new ownership and that he could not accept old certificates because he was technically losing money because it was not purchased from him (mine was 5 months old). So I had to pay for something that I actually got as a gift. There should be a sign somewhere stating this because I would've chosen a different place to get my nails done then. read more
