This place is a joke . The lady usually do my nails out of country so I need find place for refill. I walked in didn't even welcomed and woman looked very angry at something. I asked her trim cuticles and she said that's extra $5 with very angry commotion I never been nail salon like this before no wonder there was no customers there.when I was ready to check out with Apple Pay she said I have to pay extra fee $2.35. I really want to love this place, but $60 for a pedicure... a couple of years ago it was around $30 and then a couple months ago around $40 now $60. I don't understand their prices here, and that seems steep compared to other places. My mother in law didn't even have polish on and just got a regular gel pedi which was also $60. 3.5 rating **** I stopped by after my nail broke and I was at my parents house for the holidays. I was a little worried after seeing some of the other reviews, but I decided to give this place a try and just get solid nail polish without design. Everyone was extremely friendly, and very gracious giving me a bottle of water and a Christmas gift. I think the reason my rating is 3.5 (rounded up because I usually try a place twice before rating) is some of the smaller details in doing my nails. The shape was slightly off on a few nails, and the fill powder and polish did not always lineup perfectly near my cuticle. I would suggest coming here if you were looking for more basic services and not complex design. read more

Amazing service as always! Normally I call ahead, but today I had some spare time so I just dropped in. I had to wait about 15 minutes but I was asked to wait in the pedicure chair so I got to enjoy the massage chair while I waited (bonus relaxing time in my opinion!) If you have time, spend the extra $10-20 dollars (vs the basic or classic pedicure) and get the deluxe. The aromatherapy is Devine (I went lavender this time) and the extra 20 minutes of massage was exactly what I needed after a long week. read more

Worst experience I've had in a nail salon which is the exact reason I stopped going to them. Made an appointment online and when I got there the staff treated me like I was nuisance. Overall the nails are horribly shaped and the design is unforgivable. I wanted to ask ladies around me if they would pay to get there nails done like mine because of how bad they are. They aren't the shape, length, design or quality I would pay 80 bucks for. Never going back and advising you to not waste your money. read more

My friend and I made an appointment for a Wednesday evening to get our nails done for my friends wedding! I asked to get a full set - and wanted an ombré French manicure. They were very accommodating and understood what I wanted. I even showed them a picture of what I wanted and she understood. Then once the lady started doing my nails I was a little nervous - because this is not how they did it at other salons I've been to to get the ombré French manicure. As she started filing I asked if it would blend together as she filed and she said no. That she ran out of the ombré powder and tried to make it work as she could. I was bummed she didn't tell me that from the beginning. 45 minutes in she said she would soak off all my nails and start over and I declined as I didn't have the time to do so as my friend (the bride) was waiting for us to get pedicures. I just told the nail tech to paint my nails all white and forget about trying to do the ombré French. She then told me I would need to pay MORE money for the polish that was going on my nails. I was super disappointed that she/& the male owner didn't do anything to make it right. I won't come back. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. I liked that they accept walk-ins and got me in right away, but they weren't the friendliest. They didn't do the best job at my pedicure and the polishing job was awful-worst i've ever gotten (and it was gel). Also, they charged me $7 more than my sister when we got the exact same thing done. On their yelp page, it says 10% off if you check in. We checked in and showed them the coupon, but they wouldn't honor it saying it's not for them, even though it 1000% was for their place. I would give no stars if that was an option. There were some issues with my nails. They didn't clean up the cuticles or polish and there were some bumps and discoloration on a few of my nails. I tried to explain and they acted like they didn't understand me. I said I'm not happy with how this manicure turned out. May I please have you remove the gel polish and I'll pay for the removal on top of the cost for the manicure? That is when the store manager stood up and started yelling at me. He yelled, "We know you! We know what you say! We don't have time to do your nails you're not happy! We know you, I've been doing this job for 15 years! You not happy, you not pay!" I calmly said, I don't know you and you don't know me. I haven't been here in years. This is my 2nd visit ever. I'm not happy doesn't mean I won't pay. You guys did give me a manicure and that I'll pay for that service doesn't mean I have to like it." The manager yelled basically the same thing again. I'm shocked at the disrespect and abuse I received. I didn't pay and felt wrong about that. As I was leaving he said we know you! I have friends at other salons and you not happy you not pay, you done this before! I'm appalled by this! I always pay and always leave a cash tip. This manager is confusing me with someone else. I was in the salon for nearly two hours, and not another soul ventured in, which is a tell. The manicurist seemed irritated that I interrupted her IPad movie and rolled her eyes/matching body language when I asked her to soak (rather than grind) to remove Gel polish. At my home salon, this method of gel polish removal adds 15 mn to service, which is less time efficient, but I always compensate for the extra time. This woman was rough with the polish removal process. The re-application process: not only did she choose a color different than the one I asked for, but she also did a terrible job -the color was uneven, and gel smeared on my skin. The worst manicure I've ever had, including g the time my eight-year-old gave me a manicure. At the end of the manicure, she told me the price of the manicure, jumped up, and strode off, never to return. Truly awful service. I know how this polish removal should go, and this was a terrible, painful experience that I wish on no one. read more

I wouldn't recommend going here, I've tried coming at least 3 times and when I call to make an appointment they never answer. When I walk in I just get stared at and they don't even welcome you and usually their just busy already so won't take you. Even before this new owner took this salon it was the same service I received. Not much nail technicians & they take super long on one person. I gotten a regular pedicure for $45 and a design which is $5 on one toe and they charged me $65 total at the end saying gel color is an extra $10. They overpriced me compared to other nail salons I go to for $45 even if I get gel polish. Truly a bad nail salon will never go here again read more

I really want to a write a 5 star review just based on the gentleman who has done my gel acrylic fill the last few times... he is 5 stars! And I'm blanking on his name, but he's not the husband of the woman who works there. Anyways, my first time here I got a full gel set put on and it was the MESSIEST set I've ever had put on... She was dropping acrylic on my hands, and she kept letting the electric nail file get too hot on my nail until I pulled my hand back, and had to fix 3 nails from nail polish because she had bumped them. Somehow even though I was nervous I was wasting my money I still left loving how my nails looked and continued to come back only to be thoroughly impressed by the gentleman who does mine now... I ask for him now, and if the other woman is available I usually just say I'll wait for him or come back. read more

Came in for an acrylic fill and I was told okay it can be done so I go to sit down to start and everything seems really nice so far. The guy who greeted me was really nice and the lady doing my nails was nice as well. As soon as she pulled out the powder and liquid I saw the powder jar said "gel" on it and I said I wanted acrylic powder not gel and she said "We don't do acrylic powder anymore only get 25 dollars" and I was shocked like what NAIL salon doesn't do acrylic powder? I felt like I was being lied to just so they could charge me more because I have never paid 25 for a fill I have never paid more that 18 dollars for an acrylic fill so I was mad but I said whatever fine just finish them. She did a good job with the care of my nails and cuticles but she took a really long time. I would come back but I feel like I got scammed for my money just because they didn't want to do acrylic.
