if i could give it a 0 i would. it is the wrong color, horrible shaping, and uneven. I got french tips and she completely botched them. they are messy and are very big. When i compare my thumb to my other thumb they are completely different sizes. and the cherry on top is that when she was using the electric file she made my cuticles burn, sting, and bleed. and then she put acitone on them and it was unbearable pain. my nails are still hurting writing this. but, my friend had a really good experience and her nails turned out very well. The girl that did my nails had a pixie cut, and her hair was black with blonde highlights. She was short. Don't ever come here. read more

The quality of service has dropped considerably since Rose retired. Way too few people speak and understand English. There used to be towels in the back to dry your washed hands. They didn't even have paper towels. I tried 4 times to schedule a repair. Drove over at 10AM after being told to do so only to be told by Pauline to come back at 5pm. No one bothered to call, even though I left my number. Clearly time for me to find a new salon. read more

What can I say? New salon in the area and it's so nice. The staff is friendly too. I think one of the best perks is all the colors they have. Oh! And the massage chairs. I came in for a gel mani/pedi on a Saturday evening. I was immediately greeted and taken to a seat where I had my gel mani done by Rose. She was very sweet and took her time with me. They have so many color options to choose from (both regular and gel polish), but I settled on a pretty champagne color and decided to add a design and some bling! She didn't damage my cuticles which for me is always a plus. I also got the milk and honey pedicure which was well worth it! The massage was very relaxing and Rose was always checking to make sure I was comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I felt extremely relaxed and pampered throughout my time in the shop. You can make a reservation or just walk in to get your nails done - they are open Mon to Sun. Parking is free. On the day I went, I did a call - walk in and it was maybe 1 hour before their closing time, but they accepted me and I was glad that they did. I have been at this location before and the lady in charge, Rose, is very pleasant and helpful. On this visit, I got a basic pedicure and so the cost was $25. You can pick the different nail colors they have or you can bring your own. Once you have selected a color, you are then gestured to one of 6 chairs where your pedicure is done. As you relax during your session, you can either read from one of the several updated magazines they have or relax in your chair as it gives you a massage (the chair that is). Once finished, they have a station with 4 chairs that you can sit at and have your polish dried. Once you feel your polish is dried, it is time to go. read more

Sat for 30 minutes after my appointment start time only for Lily to say she wouldn't do my nails because I had dip - which I DIDNT Lilly is beyond rude and used to work at Star. Worst possible place to go! I have had nothing but bad experiences one after another. The Asian lady with the pink hair is the worst of them all, I don't know why she is a nail technician. I asked for a gel pedicure with pointy nails she pulled on so much gel on my nail that my nails are heavy and look distorted and chunky. She should not be working there at all. read more

NEVER. EVER go to this salon. Walked in and ask if they had time for a full set and if there www a wait, the lady say no wait but I ended up waiting in her chair while she worked on me and another lady for about 25 mins. Not only that every length of the nail wasn't proportional or in the same shape. She shredded my nail bed that it started to burn. The paint job was worsen than mine and she put on soooo much nail polish that I have a ton of air bubbles. read more

Worst gel manicure I've even gotten. It's looks horrible and even after I told her it looked kinda sloppy, she barely did anything. I could tell by her face that she knew it looked bad and still charged me $30 anyway. I came in with a 2 1/2 week old gel manicure that looked 100x better. Also, she added nail Polish remover to the Polish to extended it, I guess, but it only made it watered down and she had to apply 4 layers of color. This made it rippled and flow into my cuticles. On top of that, the tips of my nails are so rough and jagged from the crappy filing job. I will never, ever return. I could've done a much better job on my own. read more

Impressed with their quick service, good work, and reasonable prices. I had gel nail tips done for $35. They took me in immediately with no appointment and I'm shocked at how well these gel nails hold up! I even went rock climbing and not a single chip! I believe the manager did my nails. She was excellent at describing the care of gel nails based on the condition of my own nails, and what would happen if I didn't follow up in a certain amount of time. I went here for a simple pedicure and by my standards it was one of the worst pedicures I had in my life. The nail tech clipped my nails and they were nowhere near straight, I had to keep telling her she missed spots on my nails while polishing them, she even filed the skin below my nails which hurt very badly. However, I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she seemed very nice and I am the kind of person who says "it wasn't great, but I know next time I won't come back". I went to the counter to pay she seemed a little sketchy, she said "for you $29" I thought to myself it was a bit much but I did by a pair of flip flops. I decided to take a brochure home with me and when I looked she had over charged me. I'm not going to call or ask for my money but I urge anyone who goes to this shop to check the prices, could have been a mistake but I wish above all else she get a little more training because If you're going to over charge someone at LEAST do a better job. read more

Regular pedicure $25. Van did my pedi. She was nice. Instruments did not come in wrapped sterilization packets although I did see a sterilizer in the back. Nothing special ' & no top coat polish applied. There were only old white women having services done, which I found odd. Overall the staff seemed very unhappy and understaffed. I have been going to the Nail Club for over a year. Each time I go the price is different. I always have the same thing!! The last and final time I will go back I asked to trim them a drop. Shouldn't that be part of a manicure? Oh no, the owner charged me a fee to trim them!! Also, a pedicure-if you want your callouses sanded down, unbeknownst to me it was $5 extra. Shouldn't that also be included in the pedicure? I won't be going back there. Very disappointed. read more

Ever paid $95 for a fill and a pedicure? Lol She recommended a spa package for my pedicure which includes a sugar scrub and massage. The "massage" lasted 30 seconds on each leg. Sharon has done my nails before so I don't know what she was trying to pull. She seemed like she was in a bad mood, and all of a sudden she starts talking about Tiffany and how expensive it is and can't afford it. All of my Jewelry I had on was Tiffany it felt really awkward. Most people compliment it and move on where as she began talking about cost. Weird. My fills were gel and I pulled out the pamphlet asking about the price of my nails she tried to fast talk me which is too bad because I always tip at least 20%. She said we add $15 for gel to every package. I pointed to where the package said $20. She said she charged me $5 for cutting my nails, but she only shaped them. Then another woman pointed to a price for full set gel acrylics which is not what I got. I was honestly tired and didn't feel like arguing so i left. I won't be back. read more

I like this nail salon, I think it's a good value. I don't get manicures because of my job, but I think they do a good job with pedicures. They do try to push the fancy pedi with extra exfoliating and what not though, so beware. I don't have to make an appointment and I like that. Tip is cash only FYI. read more

I came in today for a pedicure. I had very good service. I had a pedicure by Nick. I got the Number 7 which includes a hot stone massage. He took his time and I am incredibly relaxed. I don't like to chat during my pedicures, he respected that and focused on my nails. Quiet environment and relaxing time. I will be back!
