I am honestly so disappointed with my experience at this salon this evening. This salon used to be great but my experience this time was terrible. The acrylic was applied way too thick and instead of correcting it, the technician sanded for an extended period of time which was not only uncomfortable but didn't solve the problem and the appearance is now waving and lumpy. The polish job was even worse and with messy edges and polish on my cuticles. She attempted to sand my cuticles to improve the appearance. I finally said let's just end this and left. All I can say is yikes. read more

I walked in the day after Christmas with no appointment and the ladies took me in with just a few minutes wait. The customer service was nice and friendly, very attentive. Unfortunately, the results didn't last. I had my nail tech remove my dip and use gel instead, which personally usually lasts only a week on me. I know this and just needed a manicure to hold me over until I got back home in a week, so I chose a simple nail. By the next day my gel nails started chipping despite putting gloves on to do household chores. And today, not even two days later after my shower the top coat is peeling and another nails is trying to break. I wish the services matched the customer service and cleanliness I experienced in the nail salon. read more

MannnnIf you want ANYTHING relating to Acrylic- don't go here! I cant speak for everything else but i can guarantee if it's even related to acrylic, this is not the place at all. All i wanted was to get my acrylics removed. She started with a drill she clearly didn't know what to do with and hold. She drilled at a weird angle that it started to hurt/burn my actual nail. And while she was drilling the acrylic, she was drilling my actual nail so all the progress I made for my real nails from having the acrylic on was gone. All i'm saying is if they don't know how to handle drilling just to remove acrylic then I wouldn't even want to imagine how they are when they actually have to do a full set of acrylic. ALSO i still have acrylic on my nails..........the only thing I wanted (acrylic off) and they couldn't do that. Like i said though- i'm only speaking for acrylic things related; i don't know about the other work they do so they might be good at those but acrylics isn't one of their abilities. Really less than 1 star. None of the technicians are good at doing pedicures. Cindy did my dip powder manicure on 6/1. The tips started lifting and popping off on Monday. One week later and only two tips remain. She didn't want to redo my nails. Cindy wants me to pay her to redo them because it's been 1 week. And typical of nail salons it's fault that the nails last. She kept asking me what were you doing you have your hands in lots of water. SMH. I'm done with these places not valuing my time and money. My money spends the same as Becky's. I have been getting dip powder manicures for 3 years. I recently moved to the area and decided to try Ashton Nails for my latest dip manicure. I knew as soon as they did my nails that it was not the best. The edges were uneven and they used the electric filer to shape my cuticles which cut me. However, all of that would have been fine but about 2.5 weeks after my manicure the nail polish came straight off one of my nails to reveal a nail fungus had grown. I immediately got the rest of the polish removed and now 3 more nails have fungus. This has never happened before. I am furious because now I may have to have my nails looking like this for my wedding in a month. Bottom line - DO NOT GO HERE! read more

After my initial review, Cindy, the owner reached out to me. She apologized and generously offered to redo my ombré set - I didn't want ombré (I just got tired of awful the first set looked) and chose to get a gel set. Cindy paid attention to detail and took her time. She checked with me multiple times to make sure I liked the length, color, etc. They turned out much better than the first set! I also got my brows waxed, which was efficient and meticulous. Since she is the owner, she had to answer phone calls and check with other clients, understandably. She let me know and apologized/thanked me each time. Cindy's customer service is great!! read more

Yelp didn't lie! This place is easily worth every bit of the five-star rating. I'll keep it short and sweet, and summarize what's most important. 1) customer service is impeccable (the owner thought another tech could have done better on my nails, so she redid them again lol). 2) you won't be rushed here (I came near closing time & they didn't bat an eye). 3) execution is flawless. 4) very clean inside - they line pedi bowls w/ plastic & don't use old, dirty tools for manis/pedis It's been almost two weeks and my gel nails & (regular) pedicure are still in tact and BEAUTIFUL. They ruined my eye brows!!!!!!!!! She ruined them on purpose. I asked for her to go with my natural arch and she went over the bone on 1 side and left it thick, went under the bone on the other side and didn't make the same arch and made it extra thin. I give this place 1/2 of a star. they are so unprofessional. had my gel manicure and pedicure nails done late yesterday 6-18-21. had to come back this morning to see if they can fix them. They left them way too sharp and way too thin . I had to come back because it wasn't an appropriate time, when I finally got seen. they just took the nail polish off and put the same coat that I originally had and didn't even file them. was told that that was it. I was not happy and literally it was how I originally had them. was told that if I wanted thicker to get powder manicure, when I always get gel and it works for me. i was not even offer to have someone else fix them nor anything . so dissatisfied and disappointed at this place. read more

My fave place for a pedicure. Every time the experience is tops. Staff are attentive to my comfort and promote relaxation. Each nail stylist I've had is skilled and appears to enjoy the work. I can count on them, too, to help me with color selection. I can't always get in as often as I like and my feet show it! The crew passes no judgment on the state of my feet and assure me it will be ok! And it's more than ok! I get the $25 pedicure and indulge in the $40 every nOw and again. *Update* I called and requested a refund after my nails peeled two days after I had them done and "fixed" by the salon. I was not interested in having the shop fix them as I already tried that. I was contacted by the owner who refunded me for the SNS service. This may have been a scenario where the technician who did my nails wasn't up to par for the salon and the rest of the technicians may be wonderful. They made it right by refunding me. read more

The nail salon is very clean and the staff were very friendly. I recently broke my ankle (2 weeks ago) and my nails had to be done because my SNS was growing out! I need to elevate my leg at all times. Cindy provided me with a pillow to prop my leg up and really brightened my day! They did a very good job on my nails, however, I believe I was over charged. I got gel polish on my natural nails, but did not get a manicure. No acrylic or tips, just polish. I got a pedicure and did my eyebrows and paid $70. I thought that was a bit much and when I later checked their prices online, I don't see how it could have come up to $70. I came to this nail salon on Christmas Eve and booked an appointment to get acrylics. Overall not very happy with how it turned out. I came to this salon due to the high ratings on yelp and was a little disappointed. Although my nail technician was extremely friendly, my nails do not look very good. I believe that their prices are reasonable for their services but not the service I received. My nail technician seemed like he knew what he was doing but in the end, my nails turned out very chunky and uneven. He also made my pinky finger bleed around the nail bed when using a drill bit for filing (ouch!). The color was to my liking but but I wanted a specific look that I showed the nail technician on instagram (an ombré of pink and white) but he just did a light pink color. My nails turned out uneven since he convinced me to do the dip powder acrylics and dip powder color. In the end, it took 2 hours to finish my nails but there is still a lot of pooling where my cuticles and nails meet. I did the $40 acrylic set but there is a $35 one. In all, I would not recommend this place for acrylics. The wait time and price are decent but the results do not meet my standards. read more

Cindy gave me horrible customer service. I was explaining how her co worker had done a previous job on my nails the day before that. She had left my nails very thin and sharp so I came back the next day and asked for another coat to be placed on top so they won't be too thin and they actually told me that I needed to get powder dip gel instead of the regular witch makes no sense because everywhere I have gone they have never left them so thin to the point where my nail broke the day after I got them done. on top of that they were left sharp as hell! So she proceeds to tell me that they can't do nothing for me and she had already started taking off the nail gel polish and she had a horrible attitude and just brushed me off and pretended like she couldn't understand or hear what I was saying. They could have placed another coat of gel and clear coat to have made them thicker but instead I got a shotty job and horrible customer service all thanks to Cindy I was left with one hand with no clear coat and the other hand had the clear coat but both hands are so shotty and half ass done. if I could I would have given them 0 stars . On top of that, the business doesn't have a website or prices listed, but they have many add-on costs for little things. The lady kept trying to sell me a gel manicure and wouldn't give me proper information on what exactly that was even after I asked. She just told me it lasted longer. When I asked her to break down the total cost for me once we were done, she was really loud about it and everyone in the small shop could hear. I have always lived nearby and finally decided to check it out. I went early in the morning and was met by MiMi, one of the kindest and most friendly people out there. The shop was peaceful and clean and she did a wonderful job. This place has the best deals out of anywhere else I have been and the results are amazing. I got a full acrylic set with regular nail polish and it was done with care and they turned out perfectly. I went in for a pedicure on a Friday @ 11:45 am without an appointment and was the only one there so was able to be taken immediately. A very pleasant older gentlemen provided the pedicure. Although he didn't speak very good English and not sure he was able to understand mine, he did seem to be able to understand what I was asking when I showed him. I indicated i didn't need my nails cut or filed, mainly just work on the cuticles, a light scrubbing in specific areas and painted. He was very thorough and though I was in and out of there in no time, he wasn't rushing. I chalk that up to experience. The place appeared to be kept clean and the only negative thing I have to say is the pumis scrub being used looked like it was time to be retired for a new one. Cost was a reasonable $25 for your std pedi. No other type offered or advertised. Color selection was satisfactory. I had a manicure/pedicure. Big mistake. The woman who did my nails I had never had do my nails before. I should have waited for the lady in booth 7. She started with my feet; of course. She didn't pare down my nails at all. She barely filed them. All of my nail had to be skimmed with nail polish remover because she over painted all of my nails, and went I got home I still had to remove excess paint from all of my toes since she had painted over my cuticles. She barely did anything as far as trimming my cuticles. And no foot scrubbing at all. I'm not sure she even spoke English. She had started my hands and just got up to cash in her charge tip, which I paid at 205 IN ADVANCE HOPING THING WOULD IMPROVE. They didn't. My manicure was worse than the pedicure. I had filed my nails. So the to small dish was only used on one had less than five seconds. So she yanked and pulled at my cuticles to the point of pain. Again she painted over my cuticles and went over them with nail polish remover. What a mess. I came home and trimmed my toe nails for a half hour, and removed the paint and repainted them. Oh, and she kept trying to change the color I choose, by painting her nail and showing me the color she choose. I even gave her 20% before she was done, remember she cashed that out in the middle of the manicure. Very unprofessional. This woman never spoke to me, it was real weird. Needless to say this all took place in less than 45 minutes if that gives you an idea of the lack of professionalism and service I received and after writing this I think I will do a charge back since I spent as much time correcting my nails as she did doing whatever it was you would call what I sat there patiently enduring. read more
