it's time for me to update my review. I thought long and hard on this. I feel I need to put this out there. I have been going to this establishment since 2018. I started out with getting my eyebrows micro bladed & also getting my eyelashes done. Coco has become very rude to me over the past visits. Actually upon entering I said Hello to her on my last visit and she just ignored me. Never responded. Never spoke a word to me my whole visit.Now mind you my visit was one hour. All her other customers that came in she spoke to them. Started a conversation with them. Even though they weren't there to see her. I feel like she is bias. I definitely don't recommend. Since she acted as though she didn't want me there. Let me spend my money elsewhere. Where I am not treated rudely. I want to feel appreciated. read more

I got a set of hybrid led lash extensions for my girls trip to Italy. Coco was able to fit me in and worked with my schedule. I try to be frugal so I only get lashes for trips but I went back for a 3 week refill since I liked the way Coco did them just that much. This time I asked if she could lengthen my eye shape with a little flare on the outer corners. When she gave me the mirror I was so impressed with the results! It was the first time I wasn't disappointed even in the slightest. I'm so happy to have found Coco! I've been driving up to an hour for lashes based on my friends' recommendations and didn't realize I had such a quality lash service right near me all along. I really hate writing negative reviews but at the end of the day I would want to know this kind of info prior spending my money... My experience there was lovely; my tech was kind, the place was clean, etc.. My issue was that the majority of my lashes fell out within 24 hours. Love love love my lashes and my experience here. I had a concert coming up and it was difficult finding a good place, but my friend recommended I come here and I'm so thankful for that. The lashes came out EXACTLY how I like them and it just makes me feel so beautiful. Coco and her team was so nice and reassuring because this was my first time and I was scared of harsh chemicals. UPDATED: I have been getting my lashes done by Coco every 3 weeks for the past 4 years. She always always always does such a good job. I never feel rushed by her and she has never tried to sell me anything additional that I do not need/ask for just for additional profit. She always gives me her honest opinions on what would work best for my eye shape and my natural lashes. Several times when she has been out of town, I have also received lashes extension services from her other staff, who were all equally skillful and courteous. Been coming here for a couple years now and I'm religious about it. Every 2-3 weeks I'm here taking the best nap while getting my lashes done. My lashes make my Asian eyes pop when the face mask covers majority of my face. Lashes makes me feel pretty on no makeup days which is why I have been getting it done here. I used to be addicted to strip lashes and was getting tired of messy glue being stuck in my eyelashes and losing eyelashes from wearing strip lashes too often. Then, I found Coco. My friend recommended this place to me, so I decided to try it out! The location is a bit tricky, but the inside is very cozy yet professional. They had calming music in the back, too. I just wanted a lash lift and they dissuaded me from getting a tint which shows that they're not all about the money. I was seeing another tech in the area for eyelashes extensions that blew me off for an appointment once and was always having me wait 20+ min for my appointment. I work in healthcare and I am extremely busy, so waiting 20+ min for my appointment is not something I'm interested in doing. I've never been taken back late for my extension or brow appointments- coco and her staff are alwyas on time, and also very accommodating. If you get lashes done then you know how it is when you want a fresh fill before a big event or travel- coco alwyas fits me in and finds a time that works for me when I need it. I have been a client with Coco for a while (approaching two years) and initially she provided quality lashes and wonderful service. In the back of my mind, throughout my visits here in the past few months, there has been noticeable inconsistencies with the service and quality. In my most recent visit, I noticed that she had used a shorter lash length for my touch-up even though I had requested to keep the same length and specifically stated the length (16s) for her before my appointment. This is not the first or second time this has happened along with other inconsistencies related to her punctuality, length of appointment times, and customer service. However, since I had built a relationship with her, I decided to continue to visit here in hopes that things would get better since I understand people go through difficult times and have bad days, but after the continued inconsistencies, I think it's time to let go.
