The massage was maybe a minute all together for both legs and the lady was pretty rough with me... If you can't perform the same thoughtful and detailed service that's done for everyone else throughout the day, you shouldn't be scheduling appointments at 5 if you close at 6 and are just gonna rush through it. The technique is poor; my gel nails were applied so thickly they looked unnatural and uneven (thick on one side, thin on the other). When I politely pointed out the issue during the appointment, the technician became defensive and dismissive. Most disappointingly, instead of fixing the issue, the staff began speaking exclusively in their native language to one another while looking at me and laughing. This was the best and most enjoyable manicure and pedicure I've gotten in years.
