Tried several times to make an appointment since she's close to my house. She doesn't even say the business name when she picks up the phone and she asks you "what do you want?" Rather than "what would you like?" Just found her super rude. This is not the first time I tried, before it seemed like she didn't want to come to the shop because she tried to make it was earlier as posible, but it doesn't work well with my schedule. Tina has been my nail gal for 15 years, she's the best! There are always new colors, the latest application techniques, new equipment and plenty of room to hang out. I've never had any issues with my acrylic nails. The polish on my toes lasts for a month if necessary. Prices very, depending on type of polish; gel is a more expensive application, but will last longer. I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I have been going to see Tina and Tracy for almost four years. I love love love love them. Before Image Nails I had never had a pedicure..and now...well, I have to force myself for financial reasons to only get one a month. I am a creature of habit and get a french manicure on my acrylic fill every two weeks, and I have never seen a better application of nail polish. Any other nail salon I've every used prior pales in comparison. It is a small location with only a few manicure and pedicure stations, but they are always busy. Tina was the one that did my fill with gel polish. They have a clean nail salon but very small and located in the middle of a parking lot. Tina did a great job with the fill but the gel polish is uneven on some nails. Gel polish is supposed to be shiny mine isn't as shiny as it's supposed to be. The filing was in the shape I like but my ring finger on my right hand is extra long from the others, why? There is a small variety of gel colors. It was sort of awkward getting my nails done here I tried conversing with her but she didn't really want to talk and there's no music just awkward silence. My fill is usually only $25 but here it was $40! A new set is usually $30 pricing here for a fill was ridiculous. read more

Felt like my nails were rushed charged crazy amount and she didn't even use gel my nails are uneven

I stopped in here on my lunch break and I wish I hadn't. I paid $30 for a gel manicure and it's the worst manicure I have ever received. The polish is uneven and in some parts there are bubbles and ridges. When she was doing the polish I had to keep reminding her to turn the light on for the drying lamp and then she couldn't even remember which nail she had left off on. I also had to point out that she was not getting the edges of the nail and she painted certain nails twice and others with three coats. Honestly, a 10 year old could have done a better paint job. I don't have time to get it fixed or the money to pay for another gel manicure as I am headed out of town which is why i went to get my nails done in the first place. I will never go back and I hope this review will save you from wasting time and money. Uggh. read more

This place is really small, but in a good way. There's usually not a wait, lots of parking and it's very quite and easy to get in and out of. This place is no frills but they do a good job, don't rush through your pedicure and have good massage chairs. Definitely the longest foot massage I've ever had at a nail place. I went to Image Nails based on the great reviews I had read, yes it's small and in the middle of a parking lot but I've been to worse looking places that did a great job so I wasn't deterred. I went in for a manicure and pedicure which I usually do myself. Firstly their color options are not great, yes they have OPI but no current colors. My manicure was not good, my cuticles barely looked clean, and my nails weren't even filed or buffed. Also I came in with a dark polish on and it was not taken all the way off. The polish application was horrible as well, and the pedicure was just as bad. I think I was there for a total of 30 minutes and felt as though my services were rushed. I don't know if I got them on an off day because it was the middle of the week but I definitely went home and re did the manicure and pedicure myself. read more

The only reason I tried this place was because it was fairly close to where I live. I went twice-on my first visit, I had to wait even though I had an appt. The ladies worked very fast, and basically gave me the feeling that they just wanted to get the job done quickly so they can move onto the next person! It went by so fast, I don't think I really took the whole expeience in, plus what appeared to be some regulars came in during my visit, so I thought I would give the place another try since others seemed to want to go back. My second visit was worse. I noticed everything! I had to wait again; they don't even use towels on the tables; they use those electric drills, so nail dust goes everywhere; they don't even push down your cuticles!; their tools are completely unsanitary, as they come out of a little tin and I never saw them getting cleaned. I did notice they do a quick scrub of the pedicure chair, but that's about it. No real feeling of good customer service, and the quality is pretty mediocre. read more

Nice lady, but really terrible manicure. Two of my cuticles were bleeding, and the polish job was unbelievably sloppy. There is a black fiber of some sort stuck in one of my nails, and most of them have airbubbles. Such a waste of money. read more

I was looking for a new place which did the gel nail manis and pedis. Tina and Lynn were friendly and welcoming. They took care and did a very good job. The instruments are sterilized and the place is very clean. Altho the place is very small if the door is closed, the acrylic smells are bad. With the door open it's fine. Their work was excellent. I am not fan of a nail salon that uses machines instead of hand held nail files. She was really quick and therefore not very thorough. I only wanted a refill and luckily for that because the old irregularities due to wear and tear and dirt at the tip of my nails...she didn't do anything about that. Way to expensive with the $30 for a gel fill. Wich is not by the way gel fill if you fill up with acrylics only to put a clear gel coat on top!!! read more

I have been searching for years for a good nail salon. Finally found a small but completely reliable place! The shellac lasted weeks, the mani pedis too. And the chairs are great and foot and hand massages were fabulous. SO glad I finally found them!
