This nail salon need to be more customer oriented. I called for my girlfriend to make an appointment 10 days ago. I called today to confirm the appointment and "SUSAN" said that she had no appointments made under my girlfriends name. She also said that my GF had stood her up two months ago, which is a complete LIE since she does not live here and lives abroad. Also, it would be good is SUSAN spoke english so she could communicate with her clients. THIS IS ABSURD AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fantastic, family-run local business! Michael and Mary are phenomenal...so kind, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. Michael does a mean manicure, and Mary handles pedicures and facial waxing. They both take their time to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. Came in as a Walk-In and they took my mom and I fast. The guy who did my nails, named Michael, did my set of acrylic nails and he was a very kind man. He took in all my suggestions without disagreeing with me. It took about and hour and 1/2 to get them done and I love how they turned out. My mom and I got our pedicures done. They washed, scrubbed and moisturized our feet. The only problem is that they cut both our big toe's cuticles and it hurt really bad ;( but the coloring came out great! It really saddens me to do this but I want to clarify it is not the diamond business but the eldest woman that works here doing pedicures. I went in to get my nails done and thought why not get my toes done and treat myself for once. And I've gotten pedicures before but never from here. Well let's just say it was far from pleasant. The woman was rough and hurting my toes as she scrapped them. She cut my fat toe and made it bleed. So I let it slide since things like this happen. Then she did the same thing to my other fat toe. Now I have to sore toes with cuts. One is starting to have a pulsing pain. I pray I don't get an infection. Besides her hurting my toes she hardly scrubbed my feet or Filed my toes. And like I said only the oldest woman. I've been coming to Michael for nails for years and haven't had a problem. His wife is also very good at all things. To top it off my mom had the same experience with this woman and had a bloody mess. I just want to warn other woman so it doesn't happen to them. read more

Susan is amazing. Some of the other ladies are maybe 3.5-4 stars, but Susan is 5+ stars. She is amazingly thorough in her exfoliation (be warned, it can get ticklish), her nail shaping and painting skills are out of this world and she's super nice. Oh, and can you say loooooong massage? They take their time when doing manicures or pedicures and do them very well, love the massages. The ladies there do the most thorough pedicure ever...And they paint on wonderful designs and flowers too..They are very sweet...I've taken friends and they also say they have never had such a thorough pedicure before and love it. The only downside is that they have little relationship with time and may be taking you late..Tho if you can allow more time, when they get to you, you will have a great pedicure. One must be willing to wait, plus their pedicures also take more time than the average 20-30 minutes other salons do. They may take 45 min to an hour depending upon how busy and backed up they are...so do go as long as you take the proper attitude with you.. read more

Worst place ever, went in for my lunch and she took forever, didn't paint the entire nail bed, I got gel nails but she clipped all my skin off, completely shaped nails all wonky and not straight, I told her to do square nails and she did slanted round. BEST PEDICURES EVER! I've never had a manicure here, so this review is pedi only. I came here while grabbing lunch because I heard their pedicures were only $20. She gave me a great pedicure with LOTS of scrubbing. I thought maybe it was a fluke because I usually get a good pedi at least once from every place I've been so I went back today and, once again, it was magical. Now let me make this clear - if you do NOT like to have your feet scrubbed, don't go. I have gnarly feet and I only care that they scrub them like crazy. They use a buffer machine and the pumice. My feet looked completely different when I left and she did an amazing job on my polish. Not to mention she was very, very nice. If they were open on Sundays they would be perfect! For now I will go on my lunch break because this is my new favorite spot, hands down. read more

I love Diamond Nails so so much! I used to pay so much more "fancy" spa nail places, but this place just rocks. I have sparse eyebrows, but they can wax them in such a way that make them look great. Pedicures are the best I have ever had. It's a popular place, so yes, you may need to wait, but it's worth it. Sit down, read a mag and wait! Been coming to this place for years.!!! Really love how One of the pedicurist does my pedicures. She takes her time & gets all the junk out of your toes..feels like you actually got a pedicure.! Michael also takes his time on acrylics, etc. Michael's wife wax eyebrows & leaves them flawless.!! Trust me.!! Anyway, this place is my favorite but you have to call in advance to book an appointment because they can be very busy.!! Sometimes they can be behind schedule so you have to wait.. But the wait is worth it.!! Another downside is the parking. If you find parking on the street you are lucky but make sure to put coins in the meter. I am a big fan of the lady who does the waxing. I feel gorgeous after she's done. I've had mani/pedis there before and some people are better than others. I don't really have the patience to wait for everything to dry and seem to mess up my nails within minutes of walking out. But the waxing thing really makes me happy. I went in to get a fill for my acrylics nails. One of the women started by removing by polish and glueing some separated nails. Then I sat there for an hour waiting for Michael to arrive. I'm so disappointed with this place. I went in for a quick manicure on my hour lunch break. When I arrived, I walked in and went to see the nail color selection, it took the staff a few minutes to greet me. I sat down to get the service I requested after being asked several times if I want gel and a pedicure, NO Thank you, I just want a regular manicure. The service started off ok until it was time to cut my cuticles. This lady cut so deep into my skin that it caused 5 of out my 10 fingers to bleed. The service took 45 minutes which was way to long. I had to go so I just paid her the 15 dollars and left, without any polish, because I had to go back to work. My finger are still tender. This place needs nail techs with more education, better sanitation standards, update and clean décor, and just over all better standards. read more
