Able to get me in quick and Nick did an amazing job on my nails. He was super detailed for a simple set! Other staff were kind and just a chill vibe.
I was excited to try this place given the good reviews. I went in and got a gel pedicure by Thi, who was wonderful. She did an excellent job. But my experience with the technician who did my dip manicure was awful (she will go unnamed because I feel bad to put her on blast). That technician was very rude from the outset. She kept stating that I wasn't positioning my hand properly. I kept telling her, "I'm sorry, it's hard for me to move my hand that way." I probably said sorry to her 4 times. On top of that, she also did not do a good job. I had to ask her twice to fix the manicure. I asked her very quietly and politely because I am shy and I don't like conflict. She was rude and did not fix the issue (I asked for square tips and she gave me round tips). She started to blame me for having short nails. I finally gave up. She also did not do a massage which is customary for a manicure. I'll be fair and say maybe this place does not include that? But what really hurt was I saw every technician put their client's shoes on their feet but when I was done, she just got up and left and didn't help me. It made me feel like dirt. As I attempted to put my shoes on, I even dropped my stuff because my hands were full. No one came to help. When it came to paying, I was quoted $20 extra for the French tips (even though this is nowhere on their website). I paid it without question because I just wanted to leave. I left Thi a tip but did not leave the other technician a tip given the experience I had (a tip is for good service, which I did not receive). When I went to my car, in the sunlight, I noticed there were hairs embedded in the nail polish on two of my nails. After much debate in my car about whether I wanted to go back in, I decided to go back to ask them to fix it because I paid good money ($120 plus tip) so they needed to fix at least one of the nails (the one that was worse). I went back in to ask them to fix it nicely. Because I am shy and didn't want anyone to feel bad, I could barely make eye contact or lift my head. A different technician came to fix my nail and I pointed out the hairs to her. She said nothing and just started to get supplies. I asked her, "do you see the hair?" She said curtly, "yeah that's why I did not say anything." I had to be extremely nice to get her to stop snapping at me. I felt like, why am I walking on eggshells when I am a paying customer, and clearly this did not meet any reasonable person's standard of a manicure? She was so incredibly rude when fixing it and started to blame me, that I probably wiped my hand somewhere (this is impossible because the entire time my nails were either curing in the dryer, or they were being worked on by the technician). She did not fix the other nail with the hair in it, even though I had pointed it out to her. And honestly, at that point, I was so uncomfortable with the whole thing so I didn't bother to gently remind her (and to be fair, that other nail is less noticeable so I can live with it). I won't be back.

I went in for a gel manicure and immediately after walking in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and asked to choose a color. I read in a different Yelp review that Chloe didn't have great colors. That's actually incorrect, there are a TON of colors both in classic and bright shades to choose from. After selecting my color I was seated and my technician immediately went to work. I was in and out in about 40 mins and my nails look amazing. Thank you Chloe Nail Salon, I'll definitely be coming back!
I am in absolute LOVE with my nails!!! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they matched the picture exactly! All of the hibiscus flowers were done by hand and all under an hour and a half. Thank you so much Chloe Nails & Spa! I already booked my next appointment with them. Highly recommend!
I was looking for a nail salon that wasn't the usual, and I'm glad I found Chloe Nails & Spa. I went in for a full set acrylic and pedi. Since it was a birthday present from hubby, I decided to do some research within Marin County. I saw this place had great ratings so decided to go here. They were booked on the Sunday I called . I was looking to see if there was availability, and asked for the next weekend, which was also booked! I thought wow! They must be great, so when can I come in? They told me what about mid week Wednesday? Perfect! Even better! The staff was nice, friendly and attentive. Hannah, the owner was very friendly and caring. I will definitely be going back

BEST NAIL SALON IN MARIN & SONOMA COUNTIES! I love everything about this salon and am so impressed. I'm very picky with how I want my hard gel nails done and I like a high-end, calm vibe, and this salon nails it! I went to Lam for hard gel, but Hannah and Emma are also great! Hannah is a sweetheart and the owner, she can be hard to get in with but Lam was spectacular. Her attention to detail was incredible and she took her time but was still efficient. Amazing gel pedicures too with Tina and Vicky! All the girls are great. The chairs are nice and they do the most special spa pedicure with so many luxurious touches and extra massage time, worth every penny. I really am blown away. It's quiet and peaceful and they are total professionals. Also the pricing is on par with other salons so it's totally the best option around. Love them so much! read more

It's been hard to find a decent nail salon since moving from San Francisco, but after stopping by Chloe today I think my search is over! This place is amazing! Great customer service, smells like peppermint instead of the overpowering nail polish smell. They also took the time to make my nails really nice, this trip to the nails salon went above and beyond my expectations. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR NAIL ART! read more

Hannah and the whole team at Chloe's nails always do such an amazing job! I've been going here for almost a year, and I don't plan on going anywhere else in Marin. Definitely make an appointment, but you can thankfully make appointments online via their website--which is great for people like me who hate talking to people on the phone. Prices are cheaper if you pay cash, so try to stop at the atm before hand! They do accept Venmo and cards, though. I have tried and tried again to find the perfect nail place...FINALLY this is it! They are intentionally not crowded, they take their time, they listen to what you want, they don't rush you. I was actually relaxed, which is more than I can say about other nail places I've been to recently (I get my nails done on average every 3 weeks) Hannah the owner is an incredible artist - she can do anything you show her. I had my wedding nails done by Hannah (hand) and Tina (feet). I wanted natural nail extensions to look effortless and feminine on my wedding day and they 100% delivered!! My hands were perfect and the extensions were strong yet thin so it didn't look like I had a glob of fake nails on. She was so fast too - 30 minutes. Tina gave me a great spa pedicure and was responsive and I was very relaxed. I have been to many nail salons in NY, CT, LA and SF. This is my favorite! They also think of the smaller but important things. Like the light they use to see your nails better is also a vacuum so there isn't nail dust everywhere. I will come back for sure! This place is amazing! All of their techs take incredible care every step of the way and are so kind. The business is well organized and efficiently run. Every time I come here, I don't feel like I need to worry about watching the nail tech to make sure they're doing a proper job; all of the techs clearly take pride in their work and I am always impressed by their flawless French manicures. read more

I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday -& a trip to LA. When I say done I mean DONE. Acrylics with design maybe some sparkle. I am not THAT kinda girl. It has probably 20 years since I've had acrylics, my natural nails grow fine & honestly people think I have a French. Yeah, Ive got it like that. I scoured the internet for pictures and showed up with a bunch. We decided together based on what I was looking for. In the end, I absolutely LOVED Hannah. She helped me get the exact nails I wanted for my birthday & trip. She. Can. Do. Anything. I have pictures saved & she kept saying, "Next time." That was not my plan but I can function with these & it's fun. I think I will keep them & definitely be back. The ONLY reason I did not offer 5 stars is because for whatever reason, my index finger started hurting, almost burning, at one point & the rest of the appointment. There was no cut, I really don't know why. Maybe a little too deep with the electric file? It's better now so I'm good. read more
