Went here for the first time today for convenience. I was talked out of the nail style I usually wear and it's not so bad. However, I wish I would have held my ground with my old fashioned round, short pink and white style. Will come back since my nails were done so very well. read more

My first visit was great, perfect polish, clean station yet sadly today I made two appointments one at 1230 and showed up and they we're full and couldn't honor my appointment, my second appointment was at 3 and I made the appointment personally with jin at 2:15, I show up at 2:52 and she says wait I have 3 customers(walk ins) What kind of place doesn't honor regular customers vs a transient customer. Nail Aisle does. Don't make an appointment just show up and wait 30 mins if you're desperate. read more

I came in for a fill today 12/14/18 and matte mood polish. This was my second nail experience since moving to Texas 4 months ago. Danny was my nail tech and did an AMAZING job. Super polite and professional. No one has ever taken the time he did perfectly shaping every nail identically. I could tell he took pride in his work. I decided to cheat on my nail salon and come here which was an instant regret. When I was getting my SNS removed the guy (I don't know his name) was being a little rough and after my manicure there was no lotion ever applied so when I went to go get my pedi my hands were drying up fast. While getting my pedicure the lady (also don't know her name but she was older) was taking phone calls, kept disappearing while doing my feet, also being really rough with my feet by picking them up rudely and the color I picked out they "lost" so I had to pick a new color. The worst part was during my pedicure massage she massaged me with the dirty water, and also tried putting my feet back in the water that she made dirty from putting the materials in. Just filthy! I do not recommend, if you want to go somewhere good drive the extra 15 minutes to Asianna nail lounge. read more

If I could put 0 starts I would. So I liked this salon at first. However when I walked in today I sat down I brought my own polish from home (white) the lady asked what shape and I answered she was about to start and said it would be $35. Mind you I always come to this place and I pay $25. I asked when did they changed prices and she said it's always been the same. So I pulled out my app with my bank account and she said no it must of been a different place. All the other customers were looking at me. I moved here from Dallas. I'm very picky about my nails. I feel like I had the best and most professional people do my nails. I'm big on ten finger designs and strong stiletto nails. It took me four really bad and over price nail salons till I found this place. It's small. But they are very attentive to everyone that comes in. They actually listen to what you want rather then them just doing what they want. We've all been there when u sit at the chair and they just start doing whatever they think is right. Not here. Every step of the way she asks me if I like it. I require lots of patience. I like to choose my colors one nail at a time. I've never gotten a attitude like most places give u when u come to the table with eight different polishes. I would have never found this place if I just look at reviews. My friend comes here and she's never had a nail break. So now I come here. And it's worth the wait. I almost gave up on having my beautiful long nail art nails when I moved to here. I'm just so happy I found this place. No one wants to pay for crappy nails u don't like. I also like to soak my nails. I few places in town made me feel like "oh ok you have to sit over here and wait some more " not here. They are so patient They always make me happy. Everyone of them is so nice and understanding. If you can't get along and communicate with these girls something might be wrong with. I've only been here three months and I won't even waste my time and go somewhere else. Really disappointed in nail aisle! This is my local grocery so I thought I had found a new, convenient nail salon but no. The man who did my nails didn't speak to me at all and made me feel as though he didn't want to be doing my nails. He RUSHED through my refill, very thinly applied the powder so it chipped on the edges, did not take any time to shape them nicely (oval) and the nail itself even had grooves because it wasn't smoothly buffed. Also, didn't use OPI topcoat, rather some generic brand that started chipping a week later. It's unacceptable to spend less than 20 minutes on my refill because there are other guests waiting and you're poorly staffed. I was the only client in the salon when I walked in and deserved a solid service. I will never go back. read more

The technician cut too deep when she cut my cuticles, was very rough when pushing the skin away at the edge of my nails, splashed me with water from the foot tub, and rushed through the paint job. They also did not offer me a drink. Was not a relaxing experience. I must update previous review. Will not be going back. read more

I really had a great experience on my visit. I had a wonderful massage after a fantastic pedicure. OMG! Juan you are the man.... my feet and hands will miss you until our next visit. hope I can hold out two weeks. probably not. ha. loved it. everyone is so friendly and laughing and joking with everyone. great atmosphere. cannot wait for next visit. you have got to try the $35 pedi w/lavender scrub and massage. u can not ask for anything more for that price. My friends and I are from Houston and wanted to find a good nail shop so we started coming to Nail Aisle and on this past Friday we went and the older woman was doing my friends nails. My friend told them she wanted coffin nails, the older woman began filing and my friend tried to make sure she was getting the right shape. She told the woman it didn't look right , that's when another worker approached and instead of trying to fix the shaping she just backed up the older woman. A few minutes later when the woman was "finished" shaping and filing , none of my friends nails on her left hand were the same shape. One looked ballerina, while one looked square. The woman stated she would give a $5 discount but honestly who wants to pay anything for something they don't like. So the woman took the nails off and suggested my friend come back and the man would do her nails since she had to go to work that day. Fast forward to today (Sunday) and we just left there. The minute we walked in they were rude, the man said "what do you want?". Then they told us go to another nail shop since we're so picky . The man told my friend he wasn't going to do her nails, then the older woman began speaking in her language trying to lie about telling my friend to come back. She then tries to get my friend to come back to her chair, but what would be the purpose ? Just for her to mess up again? We will NOT be coming back here EVER again! read more
