It led me to Golden Nails Spa & I had an excellent experience here. You know what I really appreciated? The hospitality. Everyone smiled & was welcoming, from the one gentleman up front to the woman who gave me the pedicure & then the lady who answered the phone. This seems like something super simple, but I've been to nail salons where they are just not NICE. They are there to do the job but do not incorporate kindness & customer service...at a service-oriented business. Many nail techs seem like they REALLY dislike their jobs. And if you question how they're doing something to your hands or feet, or even ask?! They often act insulted. It's a fine line to tread. When it shouldn't be. I chose the VIP pedicure - see the menu! Treatment on my legs: * sugar scrub * hot stone massage * peppermint mask + hot towels * there was no paraffin wax for my feet but these other treatments made up for that Then "regular" stuff for feet: * soaking * cheese grating! * nail trimming & shaping - I asked for filing instead of cutting Thank you to Golden Nails Spa & "Ann" for a relaxing pedicure.

The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it! This shop is always clean and ready to provide you with the best service, and they all do it with a smile! =)

I have finally found my go-to nail salon!…read more After multiple trial and error experiences in the Valley--some good, some not so good--this place was amazing. How did I find this gem? Last minute, I was searching for nail salons open on Labor Day. Yelp gave me the option to click what I was interested in and let businesses contact me. Within 5-10 minutes, Vamp Beauty reached out, letting me know they were open and had availability. They had already caught my eye during my own search--their polished website stood out (not many nail salons have one), and their luxurious list of pedicure options impressed me. The bonus? I live just 10 minutes away. They fit me in, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., the salon was bustling, with multiple technicians working on clients. I had a short wait, which was no big deal considering I booked last minute--I was grateful they squeezed me in. The facility is spotless, with flowers and a chic pink theme. The atmosphere had a nice balance: lively chatter without being overwhelming, friendly staff, and happy clients. I was treated by Tam, who is now officially my go-to technician. She really listened to what I wanted, gave a phenomenal massage, and left my toes feeling fresh and clean. The extras were a lovely touch--flower petals and fruit in my hot water, a wrap, and an overall luxurious experience. I chose the Vamp LUX Glow Pedicure because I like to have it all: trim, callus treatment, mask, hot stones, wax, and even a warm shoulder wrap. I never felt rushed--instead, I felt pampered, relaxed, and loved the scents throughout. It was truly an enjoyable experience. I plan to stick to a monthly schedule, and next time I'm eyeing the Milk & Honey Pedicure--it looks so fun! I'll definitely be recommending Vamp Nail Bar to all my girlfriends.
