Bryan C.

Came late at night for fruit tea. Their service was really quick, as it was quite empty and there were two employees working at the time. I got the mango yogurt tea, and without thinking, added lychee jelly. The flavors of everything were great, but I think the lychee jelly added a tough-to-drink component on top of everything, making me really WORK for my beverage. While the drink was really tasty, the effort was unsatisfying, and I felt like I had just worked out my neck upon finishing. Wouldn't recommend making the same mistake as me, since mango yogurt is really thick, but the flavors are sweet and fruity, which hit my craving well.

Bubble bubble! Bubble tea! Quick on the go bubble tea! Location: it is located in Main St Flushing, the interior is simple. There is no seating so just order and go Service: I ordered in the computer machine in the front. Very convenient cause you can pay on the machine without interaction with the staff. Food: I always ordered the purple yum as always! But its kinda grainy and not smooth!! It is not that sweet so I like it. I just wished they make it smoother. The bobas are the best as well. Chewey and gooey. Price rating: 9 out of 10. 8 dollars for a bubble tea is too much. It can be a meal already. Will come back to try other flavors but not always cause it's kinda expensive.

A cool down for end of August 2022 on a stifling humid Saturday afternoon in hopes of fresh peach tea (exclude the cheese foam) $6.00 with black herbal grass jelly 凉粉, 仙草粉, 黑凉粉. It was a total disappoint! The peach tea was remotely peach as it had a floral taste of red hue coloring. Möge Tee does not have herbal black grass jelly 凉粉, 仙草粉, 黑凉粉 as a topping, but a piss poor copy white clear gelatin jelly to substitute black herbal grass jelly. To add further dismay, this gelatin jelly topping cost an utter $1.50 which 2022 inflation with agflation has highly increased to the sky. I have never encountered bubble tea toppings cost an utter $1.50, but Möge Tee chose this direction beyond rational critical thinking. Order fulfillment and pickup are utter chaos as there is no orderly system for queuing. The staff does not promptly call out order numbers as written on one's sales receipt. I had to visibly stand in front of the staff armed with my sales receipt requesting my order. Money, money but where is my drink like "Waiting For Godot," a play by Samuel Beckett? Overall, my drink was egregiously substandard and deficient. Customer service is excessively inferior. Bye Felicia!!

Service was 5 stars. They have an order kiosk station where you can put in your order, however, there were no dairy-free options for the milk teas in the system. I had to ask the staff after ordering to ensure my order was dairy-free. Usually boba places have dairy-free options - so I would recommend them to have someone in-person to take custom orders. Also, while trying to remove the straw cover, it broke off and also flipped boba milk tea over my jacket. Cute cup top though and the heart jelly is an adorable addition.

I've had other Moge Tee fruit teas in other states and I would say the taste is consistent with other locations. The wait on this store was extremely long though even though there weren't that many people waiting.

I placed my order through Funtuan for self pickup. I arrived the store after ten minutes and found out they haven't even started to make my drinks. I had to wait for another 10 minutes. I noticed the staff were busy with some big order and no one was making drink for individual orders. There are quite a few people are like me, keep waiting for a while and complain about it. I think the store need to improve prioritization or add more staff. It was only 11 am in the morning and they already barely handle the production smoothly. Can't imagine what to expect during the summer time which suppose to be the busy season for them. In terms of the drinks, they are ok. Not too impressive given the price they charge. It's definitely pricier than other stores.

Brown Sugar Bubble Milk/Milk Tea(M) /()

I'm a brown sugar bubble tea lover I get that everywhere and nothing else. This was my first and last time going bubble tea was garbage 100%. Milk no tea no brown sugar just milk. The service also took a very long time I placed my order and then went Nextdoor to Starbucks and waited in line and then came back and it STILL wasn't ready all that waiting and $40 spent on 4 drinks for it to be horrible It was 100% milk drink was just white in color and tasted like milk alone without tea I hated it wouldn't recommend go down the street to tiger sugar or xing fu tang instead it will be 10000% better Two of us got the same drink and they both looked the same pure milk however in the pictures posted on the menu the drink looks like it will Be loaded with brown sugar based on the reviews Iv seen many others have the same issue with the brown sugar milk tea specifically

I think I ordered the wrong flavor for me. I did not enjoy the purple yam flavor. It felt like I was chewing a bit. I haven't tried the other flavors.

Cheese Foam Peach Tea
Brad R.

One of the best cheese foam teas I have ever had! Vibe: 5/5. Clean, sleek modern interior with plenty of counter space. Menu is clearly laid out above. Service: 5/5. Quick to take your order and answer any questions on the menu which is good for first time cheese foam tea peeps. Food/Drink: 5/5. Ordered the Cheese Foam Peach Tea. A fresh whole peach was cut up, pureed and then blended into the tea. The cheese foam (derived from cream cheese) was generously dolloped on top. The drink was sealed in a fancy resealable boba cup which would of been handy if I didn't finish the drink in one sitting. The tea was extremely light and creamy with a slight, refreshing peach taste. Not overly sweet nor having an artificial peach taste. This tea was like no other tea or smoothie I have had before. Superlative.

Cheese foam fresh red dragon fruit tea

There is something about the Cheese Foam Teas that keep me coming here every time. My favorite thing to order here is the Cheese Foam Fresh Strawberry Tea with 70% sugar. Next would be the Cheese Foam Fresh Mango Tea. Just writing about it makes me want to go out and buy it right now! I think the cheese foam blends really well with these two flavors. It's the perfect combination of sweet and salty and I appreciate that it's not overbearingly sweet and that we have the option of choosing how much sugar is added onto the drink. I also like how they use real fruits to make their drinks and not flavored syrups. I have tried their popular Cheese Foam Fresh Red Dragon Fruit Tea but honestly thought it wasn't anything special. It is also pricier than the other fruits but nothing out of the ordinary stood out in its flavor. I also tried their Purple Sweet Potato Bubble Milk. If I need to describe the texture it would be like this: Think of mashed potatoes/sweet potatoes that is almost smooth but still has some chunks remaining. It's about 75-80% mashed. One sip of it and I found it too thick to drink even after I stirred it. Perhaps having it all blended would have made a difference? One thing for sure is that I will continue to purchase the Cheese Foam Fresh Mango Tea and Strawberry Tea from here as it's always consistent and sugar adjustable. The other drinks like the Purple Sweet Potato Bubble Milk? I'll probably pass.

Black grapes fruit tea

Loved the fruit teas there: strawberrues, black grapes, grapefruit, etc. tasted fresh & delish, very refreshing on a hot NY day. There can be a long wait in the middle of the day.

So if your favourite player scored an OG And your fave cafe's out of Bulgogi I have some good news That will lessen your blues They have Creme Brulee Tea at Moge! Moge is a brand new chain, and this was the first one I ever tried... and it was spectacular. I prefer some of the new locations in Manhattan with different owners. This location has the same owner as Manhattan's Canal St location... they're iffy about making off-menu drinks (read: they won't, at all), and service (from some) can be abrupt and tetchy AF. Let's do a rap before I explain further: If you are the lock, I have the KEY If you're Anthony Kaedis, I am FLEA And unlike freedom, this isn't FREE So come get Boba from MOGE TEE! If you are Edam, I'll be BRIE If you're the princess, I'm the PEA If you want sausage, I'll bring the D But if you want Boba, try MOGE TEE! I ran here so fast, I blew out my KNEE It hurt so bad, like an EMERGENCY But I said no, don't call the EMT Just take me for Boba at MOGE TEE! If you're Dr. Watson, it's ELEMENTARY If you have 2 lovers, wanna make it the THREE? If the bathroom's empty, I need to PEE And if you need Boba, go to MOGE TEE! If you're on Kayak, I'm TRAVELOCITY If you're Siouxsie Sioux, then I'm the BANSHEE If you're the Titanic, then I'll be the DEBRIS If you like Sade, just call me the MARQUIS If you're running for election, I'm an ABSENTEE If you're in Somalia, I'm DJIBOUTI If you're Pam Anderson, I'm TOMMY LEE If I'm a Spice Girl, you're a WANNABE Are you from Nashville cuz you're the only TEN I SEE If I'm Dallas, you can do me like DEBBIE If you're Macauley in My Girl, I'm the BEE So float like a butterfly down to MOGE TEE! If I'm a sports better, you're the BRIBED REFEREE If you're Charlie Brown, then I'm SNOOPY If I'm JWoww, then you're SNOOKI If I'm your husband, then you're my TROPHY If this review gets censored you can blame the FCC Wanna see a Wonka, I'll show you the WILLY As for Barbie, she's out looking for the BBC Hopefully she'll call me and she'll share them with ME I mean, there's a reason they call me AC/DC That's a pretty average night at house of FOX E & BARBIE And yes I'm very proud that we're both LGBT But there is nothing average about drinks at MOGE TEE! WHAT! Moge - it's such a quandary. They have some spectacular products and some really bad service and policies. Last time I came to Queens I noticed there were a few service issues, but they were really nice to me. My trip to Manhattan was similar. Second time, the Manhattan trip was a bit of a nightmare and ended in someone being pretty rude to me and standoffish. Things didn't go quite as badly in Queens, but I could sense the same mentality and I think the same guy was here. This couple owns both locations and they really need to learn about customer service. Great products though. The East Village location - different owners - are infinitely friendlier. I also don't like the military theme of the colouring, but Barbie does - she loves to wear military stuff and get with military boys. She's such an evil bad b**ch. Still, their products are pretty spectacular. The Creme Brulee milk tea was absolutely yummy although nothing is ever quite as good the second time, and second time around I realized it wasn't the best I ever had, but that might be because I was a little put off by the difficulty of getting the products I wanted. So basically they won't make anything off menu and they tell you that the reason why is because it's not going to taste good. The thing is - I don't like the taste of green tea and I love everything with black tea pretty much so they don't know what they're talking about - it's patronising and it's infuriating and it gets old very quickly. They're looking at me as an outsider and assuming that I don't know what the f*** I want. Whatever. I still have to give them 5 stars for amazing tasting products - some of the best Boba in Flushing, no less. But the attitudes at Yi Fang, Mi Tea and Teas Me Dear are vastly superior. Do you remember Kool Moe-Dee? Did you study nursing at Boces? If neither are true Then this Boba's for you Come get perfect drinks right here at Moge!

Uji matcha cheese with extra cheese on the side
Camille R.

Omg what a novel idea! Bubble tea just keeps popping everywhere, you gotta create something new in order to stick out AND it has to be good to stay in the market. Moge wins on both accounts! I've only tried the Uji Matcha Cheese and currently comfortable with not even trying any other flavors because it.is.so.damn.GOOD! I don't even have to order bubbles because the cheese meets all my sweet tooth needs. The cheese foam is oddly satisfying with that subtle tart flavor that welcomes you at the first sip and them immediately diffused as you wash it down with the green tea drink. Mmmmm. It was only recently did I found that you can order an extra cheese ON THE SIDE! Omg cheese heaven here I come!

Their signature fresh boba is what makes their bubble tea stand out from the rest--the "bubbles" are made from cassava starch otherwise known as tapioca pearls or balls--soaked then cooked and sweetened in a brown sugar syrup. Here they have a whole wok full of these, and they're super soft, incredibly chewy and bouncy, on the sweeter side compared to some other chains, but not too cloyingly so. Their menu consists of a number of a bubble tea and coffee drinks, mostly with milk though some without, you have an option of regular milk, lactaid milk (+$0.50) or oatmilk (+$1.00). Two sizes regular or large (+$2.00) and add-ins for +$0.50 more of the following: Brown Sugar Boba Strawberry Boba Taro Boba Honey Jelly Herbal Jelly Milk Foam Matcha Shot (+$1.00) I got their regular brown sugar boba and it was a treat! Like I mentioned above, the bubbles are sooo good! Prices are on the higher side $7.99 for a regular size, it made me really miss the days of $3.75 regular-sized drinks! After ordering it took about 7-8 minutes to be ready considering the store was really busy. Note: the brown sugar boba milk tea is where they line the cup with brown sugar syrup in addition to adding boba. Technically their standard boba milk tea is without the additional sugar syrup but since the boba are already cooked in brown sugar, there's no true option of getting unflavored boba without brown sugar. Like most boba stores in NYC, the shop isn't very big, just enough space for a small line to form for ordering and then waiting to pick up drinks. All customers are taking these to go, there's no room or seats to linger.

But the space isn't really conducive for long-term use or work. The staff seem pretty relaxed, most are bilingual, & they seem like seasoned baristas. Proud of what they make. One suggestion /recommendation would be to move the TV screen with the order numbers to a more visible spot. It's currently against the right side wall with an overhang slightly blocking it. Maybe this angle disperses the crowd though?
