I just happened to drive by this spot on my way home from a roadtrip. I thought I could jump out real quick and grab a pizza to take home to my kiddos. I ordered at the takeout counter and was then told it be 30-40 minutes which I did not expect so I sat down for a muffuletta dip and root beer float while I waited. The service was quick and courteous even after I had a moment when I first learned of the wait time for the pizza. The ambiance was a very cute hippie vibe and the food was fresh, unique and delicious. Super funky interior decor! So much fun. We shared a pepperoni pizza with basil for our family service was great and they always kept our drinks filled. The only complaint is that it was pouring rain and the handicap parking spot which they have was obviously put in place sometime ago. They have multiple. Metal sculptures, and obstacles in the way so you can't walk on the sidewalk from the handicap parking spot all the way to the front door they should really consider moving the handicap spot to one that's closer to the door as they've blocked off the doorway, which is right next to the handicap parking space read more

After looking at several pictures of pizza from the local restaurants, we finally decided to go to Mystic Mountain. Traveling these areas, there's a mountain called Mystic Mountain, and I am not sure if there is a correlation here but ... I thought I just mention it. This pizza place is hippie funky, with lots and lots of decorations. There's a small shop at the front with clothing, home decor, crystals, a bunch of hippie/bohemian/spiritual knickknacks. At the back, there is a game room, so this is a great place for families. I got my hands busy at the pinball machine. We ordered a pizza and a salad, and we were offered the option to split the pizza so we got half supreme and half buffalo chicken. Everything was really good. We liked that this place is well decorated and that we got to roam around and feel like kids. The staff is very friendly and this place had a constant flow of people and families. Ordered two pizzas for pick up & I am so happy that I did! I ordered the supreme pizza as well as the Hawaiian pizzas since they only have one size pizza, which is 14 inches. When I called in around 7:15 PM on a Monday, they said it would be ready in 25 minutes. We had a couple slices left over after feeding four people. The pizzas were flavorful and perfectly cooked out of the oven. I really enjoyed walking into the front entrance and seeing their gift shop area Incorporated as the first thing you see when you walk in. It was all sorts of tie-dye in different sorts of outfits and art. Reminds me of some of the music festivals that I've been to and I absolutely loved it! Debating to go back just to get a new jumper! Sorry I didn't get any photos of the inside shop area, I wish I would've! Definitely recommend trying this place out and getting yourself some good pizza while you're in Blue Ridge! read more

We came here for lunch on our weekend getaway. We were immediately greeted my Cash. He was very friendly and polite. He gave us the option to sit wherever we wanted. Once sat he came over and told us what the have and old us about the pizzas. The ambience is fun and a lot for the kids to see and do, including arcades and a chalk wall. Take a look around. It will bring a smile to your face. I like how they all come in the 14" size and you can mix and match. We had half supreme and half buffalo. This pizza was amazing. Hot, flavorful and perfect. On March 21, some roommates and friends of mine went to this pizza restaurant in Blue Ridge, GA for one of my roommate's birthday. She was turning 23 that weekend and wanted to go to Blue Ridge, since she has been to Blue Ridge before with her family. Upon walking into this restaurant, it gives the vibes of Mellow Mushroom and has shirts and other gifts to sell. A local band was playing live and they sounded good. A little hard to hear what people were saying around you, but they sounded good. Service was a little slow, but that's okay, there were plenty of things to do while you waited. read more

We usually share a Greek salad and get the Supreme pizza (and always have some to take home and enjoy later!). Always a must when we are in blue ridge. It's like stepping into a 19890's pizza joint. The beetlejuce decor is fantastic. There buffalo chicken pizza may be a top 3 I've ever had. The pickle pizza is also a favorite of ours. Fair warning, it can get super busy and they run out of dough very fast. Highly recommend! read more

We stopped by here for lunch after running some errands and I was thrilled to see this place is just a fun and funky pizza hippie hangout place. Our server was friendly and took good care of us. The pizza here is made fresh so don't expect super fast service but that's ok because the end result is worth it. We ordered the gyro pizza and it was delicious. The secret is their crust. We called this place 100 times give or take to place a carry out order. I wanted to try their pizza so bad we decided to drive there. I walked in and the hostess was sweet. I asked if the phone was off the hook. She said, let me check. Then she said yeah for like 2 and a half hours! Anyway, she took my order, supreme pizza, and said she would rush it through. Mystic Mountain Pizza is a local pizza spot that sits just outside of downtown Blue Ridge and shares a tiny, albeit sad looking plaza with another local business...but what doesn't seem bright on the outside, certainly lights up once you enter the front doors! The vibe of Mystic Mountain is colorful, chill but wild infused with a hippie-ish nostalgia. If you are familiar with Mellow Mushroom, this is similar but on a much more local scale! On night one of our recent trip, we wanted to get something local and easy to take back to the cabin, and naturally we settled on pizza. Mystic Mountain was one of a few in the area, so we attempted to call and order while we were out and about, but were never able to get through. While it almost deterred us, the reviews seemed so good that we swung by and placed a carry-out order. Quoted 45 minutes wait time, which wasn't the best of news, but we had nothing else going on, so decided to toss the order in and wait. We opted for a pepperoni and mushroom pie along with an order of the Grateful Bread. Total came to around $30 for both. The pizza is wood fired and only comes in one size. The menu is your standard pizza place menu featuring several in-house designed specialty pies or you can create your own. They do offer all their pizzas in gluten free and cauliflower crust options as well. In addition to pizza you can grab a salad...or a hot dog, yup, a hot dog! Our order took right at 45 minutes and one we got it home we were ready to dig in. The pizza was solid. The crust was firm, yet soft and doughy while also being a great vessel for the toppings. No sliding here! While we enjoyed the pizza, the Grateful Bread was awful. I am a massive fan of any variety of bread or cheese bread, and sadly these fell flat and to the bottom of my list never to be ordered again. Half of them were clearly burnt and all of them were dry and crumbly, not in a good way. Maybe it was a bad batch, but again, we had two bites and sadly tossed 'em. Overall, Mystic Mountain is a decent place for a good pie in Blue Ridge. Staff was friendly and outside of the breadsticks, our experience was positive. read more

I am a pizza snob with seemingly impossible standards to meet, so you can imagine my surprise when I discovered Mystic Mountain Pizza. Up to this point I had discovered two incredibly delicious Italian restaurants that served superb pizza, one in San Luis Obispo, California, and one in Orange Beach, Alabama. This place has them both beat. Yes, great service, good music, cute ambiance, but for me it's all about the pizza. Had lunch there twice this week, and am hoping my husband will order a sandwich next time because they bake their own bread. It's a must if you're in the area. They have some great variety available. They also have some games and pool table that'll keep the kids occupied too! Sometimes the live music can get a little loud if you sit close to the stage. It's not a big deal and there are plenty of other spots to sit. Just keep that in mind and ask if they are having music or not. We've sat close before and then the band showed up... it's not a game changer and we still go back every time we're in town. read more

Absolutely amazing pizza and gyros! We stumbled upon Mystic Pizza looking for a place to eat with our four kiddos and I'm happy we did! The pizza dough is homemade and some of the best we have ever had! You have to try to homemade hummus with the soft pita bread.
