Add this one to your Blue Ridge dining experiences. Tight quarters with the right food. Eats: a great meatball appetizer was followed by pasta shells stuffed with sausage. Perfectly done; the sausage could be a tad milder. Service: excellent. Event in cramped quarters on a blustery day, we felt appreciated. Ambiance: with an Italian market up front, dining was tight at lunch over King weekend. There's a wonderful outside option but not in mid January. Indoor dining should be the focus in cold months vs. retail. Bottom line: we'll be back and soon. In warmer days.

Food was delicious! The staff was quickly to attend and gave us good recommendations for our appetizers which was a hit with my picky eater boyfriend. The location was beautiful and they had adorable merch. The style of the location was a dream. I want my future back yard to have the vibes.

Such a cute Restaurant inside the Pasta Market shop serving some delicious Italian food. We had their Garlicky pasta of the day with some Ravioli bites and boyyy were they tasty. I'd have preferred the pasta a bit more seasoned & cheesy but that's a personal preference; my husband enjoyed it as they were. We had lovely hosts and would love to be back if ever in the area.

Bad bad management , food is ok , you pay more than what you get, more expensive than normal Italian restaurants

What a gem of a place located just one block off of Main Street in downtown Blue Ridge! We popped in to town for a 3 night stay recently and added The Pasta Market to our "must stop" list early on. Our original plan was to pop in and grab a frozen lasagna or meal that we could make back at the cabin, and while that is what we did, just not lasagna, we also discovered that The Pasta Market is much more than just a market! In addition to their retail space where they sell all types of goodies including pasta (duh!), sauce, desserts, treats, books, kitchen items, aprons and much more, they also have a space carved out for in-market dining. Here you can get a few classic pasta, sandwich or salad dishes. The dine-in option is very casual, but the perfect place for a chill lunch or early dinner. As mentioned, we decided to grab and go. While there was no lasagna in the freezer, there was meat tortellini and meatballs! Combine both of those with a jar of Ralph's sauce and we had ourselves a night! And I don't want to leave the review without shouting out our boy Ralph...he knows what he is doing with that sauce! And we are so happy to find out they ship it too! Overall, great little spot in Blue Ridge with cute décor, stellar options and friendly service!

The food is authentic and exquisite. Great ambiance, and excellent service. We had warm bread with olive oil (Italian-American style), marinated olives, lasagna (beef), roasted vegetables, and cavitappi with pesto sauce, and fresh Italian bread for scarpetta. If Yelp is offering a 10% off coupon note that it is only accepted for market purchases, not restaurant.

A hidden little gem. Food: The menu is small which is great. Makes selection and service quicker. We ordered the meatballs and cheese flatbread. The food was delicious. Service: Friendly staff Parking: Plenty of free parking in the rear of the building.

Our party of six couldn't have asked for a better evening. I have a very restricted diet due to allergens and almost never eat out because of it but our servers, Tony and Josiah, completely changed that for me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe, thoughtful, and still absolutely delicious. That level of care and attention meant more than I can put into words. The steak was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. And the olive oil... I genuinely wanted to buy a bottle and take it home it was THAT good. Tony and Josiah didn't just provide great service they made the entire night feel easy, special, and memorable for everyone at the table. We felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Thank you for making a celebration like this possible for someone who usually has to sit those experiences out. We'll absolutely be back!! This place was one for the books !! :,)

Service was very good and our waiter kept us well attended. The starter of Italian bread and olive oil was fresh and very welcomed as we'd had a light lunch. Perusing the menu, the tagliatelle with wild boar sounded tempting, but when I heard the night's special of cavatelli bolognese I had to try it (the waiter added his approval). It was excellent, with the pasta cooked al dente and a nice, flavorful bolognese sauce; the portion was just right. My wife wasn't terribly hungry so she had a salad as an entree and really enjoyed it. She also tried the espresso martini and it was good though not memorable. Many of the menu prices were closer to what you'd find in a larger city but so was the quality of the food and experience. We will definitely have Ferraro's on our short list of restaurants for our next visit to Blue Ridge...definitely recommended.

Arrival & Ambiance: Set slightly off the main strip, the restaurant benefits from a calmer, more refined atmosphere--no crowds brushing past the windows and the welcome convenience of a dedicated parking lot. Located on the second floor, the space opens to a spacious outdoor seating area, while the interior strikes a modern, upscale tone with low lighting, ample seating, and a thoughtfully stocked bar. Several wine racks showcase an impressive selection and set the expectation for a well-curated menu. Service: We arrived early for a reservation for ten and were seated without hesitation. Despite the size of our party, service was seamless. Our server was prompt with drink orders, knowledgeable about the menu, and exceptionally patient with questions. Throughout the evening, he checked in regularly without hovering, and not once did we need to flag him down--attentive, professional service executed exactly as it should be. Appetizers: We shared several starters, including the Lamb Lollipops, Heirloom Tomato Caprese, Momma's Meatballs, and salads. The lamb was a standout--perfectly cooked with a delicate char and beautifully complemented by pesto. The Caprese featured unusually large tomato wedges, but any skepticism vanished after the first bite; the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella were excellent. While I didn't sample the meatballs themselves, the marinara was deeply rich and flavorful, setting the tone for what followed. Entrées: I ordered the Scallops with Potato Gnocchi, and the dish was outstanding from start to finish. The gnocchi was pillowy and precise, the scallops expertly cooked, and the pesto cream sauce tied everything together elegantly. My girlfriend chose the Chicken Parmesan, made with fresh spaghetti and the same stellar marinara--well-seasoned, balanced, and clearly prepared with care. I also sampled both the New York Strip and Ribeye (each cooked mid-rare). While both were excellent, the Ribeye had a richer flavor profile. The menu notes that steaks are dry-aged for 30-60 days, yet the usual "funk" associated with dry aging was absent--a welcome surprise for those who appreciate the depth of dry aging without its more aggressive notes. Desserts: Dessert was equally impressive. The Crème Brûlée was creamy and flavorful, served with fresh, ripe fruit; while the sugar crust was slightly thinner than expected, it was still well-executed. The Tiramisu was balanced and properly textured--no soggy ladyfingers here. The Affogato was the clear standout, with high-quality espresso poured over vanilla bean gelato, creating a simple yet memorable finish. Final Thoughts: For two guests--one appetizer, two entrées, dessert, and drinks--the total came to $130 after tax and a 20% tip. Given the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere, the value is more than fair. Twisted Tomato delivers a refined, consistently excellent dining experience and is absolutely worth seeking out. We'll be back on our next visit to Blue Ridge without hesitation.
