This is another hidden gem that just popped up in blue ridge. It's hidden in the back near Tupelo tea. The owners are super dog friendly and want your furry friend to be included in your adventure. It's an open covered patio to have a nice lunch or dinner. The inside is super cute and dog inspired. The staff is great and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our choices. Overall the food had great flavor and would absolutely come back and have another lunch here! read more

Came here every morning during my stay in Blue Ridge. At first I was drawn in by the breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee which were delicious and consistent each day, and by the end of my trip I felt like I was leaving my own neighborhood. read more

My sandwich was very good, although I will say I think it was smaller than I thought it would be. After finishing I was still hungry, as were my other friends who also ordered sandwiches. It had a cute interior, but no indoor seating so we sat outdoors. The tables are a little too small so we were pretty crammed. Prices were fair, milkshakes are a bit on the expensive side. Stopped in as it has an outdoor patio that is dog friendly and my dog is also named Bob. Seemed destined. But then I tried the food. Incredible, inventive and so welcoming. We even got pizzas to bring back for dinner. This is going on the list of MUST return to try other options. read more

The eatery is tucked behind the tavern and can be accessed through the alley way, they have indoor and outdoor seating. There is street parking in the front and back of the eatery. The food is exceptional and more so the people serving them are kind. I'd highly recommend getting a pizza and a milkshake here. They're fast and serve with care and accuracy. My wife and I were visiting family in Murphy NC and decided to do a field day to Blue Ridge. We ate at Bob's Eatery and were not disappointed. I had the roast beef sandwich and I was sad when I ate the last bite because I loved it so much. Then my wife and I got the shake (see picture) and it was awesome. That brownie was so big I thought I couldn't eat it all, but I did. Lol. The owner is extremely nice and generous. We would recommended trying this eatery out. The service was good at Bob's but I wouldn't say great since there are no servers. You order and pay at the counter and your food is brought out in a paper bag. I know a lot of restaurants are going this route to save money but it's always nice to have a full service restaurant. The ambiance is just ok. You sit outside in a tented area and it was warm the day I went. Not much air circulation, even with two side hanging fans. As for the food.....it was very good! The sandwiches are tasty and fresh, as well as the personal pizzas. Might be the best pizza in Blue Ridge. Bonus: the pizza crust is made with cauliflower so anyone who can't eat flour would love it. I recommend Bob's for the food and you can always do carry out. read more

We waited almost an hour to place our order. Then a lil over another hour to get our food after being told it would be 20 minutes. We had 4 kids with us and they were so hungry by the time they finally got their pizza. Yes that dang long to get a personal size cheese pizza and a personal size pepperoni pizza. The lady that took our order was nice. The jerk that gave us our to go order no so much. Will never go back. Apparently its a thing with them to take a long time according to some locals. Not sure cause we were on vacation. Just make sure you have plenty of time to wait before you order. Edit to add response to owners reply.... Its not the customers place to know when or why bags or pizza boxes are sitting where they are sitting. And if your employee is telling your customers it will be 20 minutes then a customer is still waiting 45 minutes and then over an hour I would say thats not a customer with an attitude thats poor communication within. A lil communication goes a very long way. Communication to your customer's is important busy day or slow day. Make ya or break ya. Attitudes or not. I understand places get busy but again communication to your customers. When businesses get overwhelmed attitudes change. read more

We went to Bob's Eatery today, and it was very good! It is actually named after one the owner's dogs! They rescue and transport dogs, which we truly appreciate and makes us want to support them even more. It is a great casual dog friendly addition to downtown Blue Ridge. They were very gracious and brought our dog a wonderful pup cup! We had a chicken sandwich and potato salad, they were both very good!
