I was hoping the meat would be authentic. It seemed manufactured. It was more like a ground meat then shaped into a stick?

Rude cashier. Food was over-priced for the quantity, but tasted pretty good. I love Mediterranean food, but I won't go back here.

Walked up to 10 people in line ahead of me and food was Still Fast Hot and Fresh. Nice little road side spot with picnic benches to eat at Prices were excellent especially for me being from south Florida to walk away with enough food and drinks for 3 people for 33$ is a epic.... It would have been $60 at any truck in South Florida Drinks are only 1$ and ice cold and found a "rare" sprite I've never seen(that's why I say "rare" it's rare to me haha) Shrimp Po Boy - Fire !!! So fresh , corn dusted and perfectly fried .. shrimp juicy and tender and perfect amount .. nice and filling Chicken Gyro.. fresh grilled .. great portion size and tzatziki sauce was on point!! Waffle fries - Fresh out of the fryer! Could ask for better Pasta Salad - homemade "Greek" style.. we ate every last bite This was enough food for 3 people !! ANd we ate it all DEFI stop by seems HERE if you see this truck open! Something on the menu for everyone .. great unique variety and seems like a changing and rotating menu I posted the one we had when we visited Oh and the staff was super friendly too (sorry didnt get photos of food .. was so hungry we all just dug in!)

Both dishes were similar, with one served with macaroni salad, rice, and crispy chicken, while the other came with rice, furikake, chicken, and a fresh cabbage salad. The menu is simple, but every bite was packed with flavor. The service was outstanding. The young man working the food truck provided service that honestly rivaled what you'd expect at a full-service restaurant. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. The setting is another bonus. The food truck is tucked behind a brewery, making it the perfect place to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal in a quiet, laid-back atmosphere. Out of all the places we tried during our trip, this was some of the simplest food--but also some of the most flavorful. It proves that you don't need a huge menu to make memorable food. We 100% recommend Rice Wagon if you're in Bryson City. Great service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere!

Collectively we ordered kalbi beef, ahi tuna, loco moco, and hurricane chicken. My kalbi beef was the best I have had outside of Hawai'i. It was on the salty side, but the meat was a good cut, not fatty at all. Mac salad was perfect. The chicken and tuna my friends had was good as well. The loco moco was a little disappointing. The gravy was lacking in flavor and the patty was overdone. We've all been fortunate to live on or visit O'ahu and Hawai'i island many times, so our expectations are high! That being said... would I go back? Absolutely. The people were kind and happy to make suggestions. The food truck was clean and well-kept. I just wish the seasoning for the kalbi beef and the loco moco would have been a little better!

We had three sandwiches: Dill with it, the arsonist and the Al Capesto. Our favorite was the arsonist followed closely by the pesto one. The candied bacon and the seasoning on top puts it over the top. We loved how they cut these onto triangles of four, making them real easy to share. I ordered online and it only took 15 minutes. It was ready as soon as I ordered and started my half mile walk. I've heard of ghost kitchens before, and have got delivery from them, but never been inside of one. I absolutely love the idea. They take an underutilized kitchen such as one at a church and put it to good use during off hours. It's such a wonderful idea to not be wasteful with space and I'm sure it keeps the food prices low. Don't expect like a fancy fast casual place that spends way too much money on their space, but they do a perfect job with what they got. You are coming up to a church, but it's so well marked with signs and lights you can't miss it. It so nice to having a place in Candler park we can walk to, and the owners are warm and friendly. Truly a unique gem in the hood.
