I saw Big Daddy's BBQ and decided to try their ribs. SO GLAD I DID. These ribs were fantastic. The BBQ sauce was a thin, sweet sauce. It was delicious, although the ribs didn't need it. The ribs were smoked to perfection and the meat just fell off the bone. Best ribs I've had in East Tennessee. I was told their "wings" are phenomenal also. I will definitely try them next time. My wife had a 2 inch piece of blue plastic wire in her quesadilla and the waitress mentioned that it was the second time in a week that the drunk chef had done that!!!!
