Honestly I love this Pizza Hut, so much so that I meet a friend here about once every month or two to eat here even though it's an hour drive for me. One, it feels like an old school Pizza Hut, and the nostalgia alone gives it some stars. Two, the pizza has been excellent and just how a pepperoni pan pizza should taste. Three, the waitresses have always been excellent, they're nice, and on top of it, they also remember us each time and they are what waitresses should be. I can't give it a full 5 stars because of the atrocity of only having Pepsi products, and I'm a Coca-Cola girl through and through, and only having weak tasting Pepsi water does not cut it when I'm eating pizza, and there's fewer combos that go more together than coke and pizza. read more

You never know what to expect. We get one order, and the pizza is good with tasty sauce, the right amount of cheese, and generous toppings. A few days later, we order and get dried out, tasteless crust, not enough sauce, and stingy amounts of toppings. A dozen mushroom slices or strings of bell pepper on a large pizza just doesn't cut it. When the pizza is good, it's really good. When it's not, it's really awful. Quality control needed! read more

Amazing spot to sit and have an old school Pizza Hut experience, in what their sign calls a Pizza Hut "Classic" location. Crazy fast food delivery to the table once ordered. Kudos to the kitchen staff working the night we were there. Couldn't have been happier with our food. Hot, fresh, made-to-order, and delivered to the table in record time, despite how truly busy the restaurant was when we walked in (around 6:30-6:45). To top it all off, the waitress was stellar! She was there waiting tables all by herself and was HUSTLING. Everyone was super friendly, the restaurant seemed clean and well maintained. The decor, straight out of the 80s/early 90s, and again, may I add: the food was spectacular! So sorely miss sitting down at a good Pizza Hut back in middle Tennessee. The server was very nice, and my family enjoyed the quirky decor of the branded lamps and endless refills. We ordered some chicken wings and different pizzas- cheese and supreme pizzas ( one thin crust and the other regular) one thing about their pizzas, they're super freshly baked and extremely delicious. This place was everything I hoped for . We walked in, and all-4-ones "I swear" was playing in the background. I looked up and they had the beloved salad bar from my youth. It was just as good as I remember. We were seated right away. Our server was incredibly friendly. We got the salad bar, breadsticks, and several pizzas. The food came out piping hot, and was delicious. As we sat through dinner, we were regaled with amazing 90s and 2000s classics. I walked away very happy and would come back again. read more

I was truly impressed!! We went on a Sunday afternoon. Walked in due to the local pizza place being closed. The place was busy! The staff was obviously busting their butts. They were friendly though. And the estimate for the time for our multiple pizzas was right on! (Just 20 minutes) Food was hot and really good. We had not had Pizza Hut in a long time. This visit renewed my faith in the place! Let me start off by saying how friendly the staff was. Very welcoming and the food was actually pretty good. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and garlic parmesan wings. Jesse our server was quick and very friendly. Now for the one star rating. The dining room where we sat was absolutely disgusting. I've attached pictures to it. It looked like a party of kids ran through the whole restaurant and threw trash everywhere. Seriously. A badddddd look for Pizza Hut all around. Thru the pandemic with prices going through roof at different places I want to commend Pizza Hut for keeping their prices reasonable. I've always loved their pizzas with the generous toppings and sensational flavors so when they put forth the effort to make family pack or lunch meals to save money it means something to me. When we got to the restaurant we were sat then our waitress came over her name was Taylor, she first seemed nice then as time went on she was being rude first by ignoring our table because she was busy cleaning and seemed to not care or come back to our table once we had placed our order. The food was great but the overall experience was terrible we had to ask other waitresses to see if they can get her to come back to our table but she proceeded to keep cleaning, we then proceeded to say excuse me and she still continued to ignore us. We also had found dirt in one of the cups and she didn't want to believe us. We also had issues with wanting refills and her not wanting to fill them. When we checked out and left she started flipping us off and was going to chase us out to the parking lot but her manager had to calm her down. I gotta say, the pizza was great, as always. I ordered by phone and did not request contactless delivery. I wasn't asked if I wanted it, either. I've used delivery 2-3 times a month, since the pandemic, but I was flabbergasted this time, when they left my pizza on the doormat/cement floor outside my apartment and rang the bell. If anyone believes that Pizza Hut employees handling packaged food pose more of a danger of infecting customers than food placed on a public walkway...I just don't know what to say. Let me tell you... I had sworn off Pizza Hut years ago for poor quality and service. I owned 3 locations in a major competitors franchise for 10 years, so I know pizza. I was blown away at this locations speed of service and quality of product. I ordered a stuff crust large super supreme and a supremo sandwich. The sandwich was amazing! Fresh lettuce and tomato and a just right zingy Italian dressing. The pizza was topped generously! All the way to the crust line like it should be! Whoever the manager is here needs to be congratulated for a job well done! My delivery driver was top notch. Daniel was his name! Very impressed with this location! I called Pizza Hut and the call center transferred me to Pizza Hut store number 105 in blue ridge. They hung up on my 5 times every time I said my name. I don't know why they did that to me. Then I had to drive all the way to Pizza Hut and asked them why did they hung up on me? They have no answer to that. I told them that I paid for extra onion and two marina sauces. And that they forgot to do that. They said the onion is extra already. But it's not true. I'm going to call the corporation number tomorrow. Staying at downtown Blue Ridge rental condo, decided to order pizza online for delivery at 9pm on a Saturday. Used Pizza Hut delivery tracker and met the delivery guy at the backdoor. Arrived at 6:00PM to crowd picking up take out. Dining room had not received any cleanup recently. Server was pleasant. Seated us and took the order quickly which was appreciated. Ordered medium hand tossed pizza with double mushrooms and Italian sausage. Order to table time was 22 minutes. Florescent light bulbs over salad bar were dusty and the salad bar not cleaned or wiped down while we were here. Not very appealing so we passed on that. I used to like Pizza Hut, however my experience here is not unexpected as most seem to suffer from lack of attention to cleanliness. The two servers were hustling but not able to keep up with arriving customers and table cleaning. Pizza was excellent and they did start to clean tables as we left. Service time and food quality good. Dining room cleanliness was poor to unsatisfactory. read more

Wow. It was a busy weekend and this was our second choice for Pizza as Blue Jean Pizza closes very early at 7:00. We should have gone home and called Domino's. This place would have been shut down instantly if I worked for Pizza Hut corporate. Embarrassment to the brand. No clean silverware or cups. Ordered salad bar and was told there was no silverware. We were told they'd bring some out once clean. Never happened. I had to suggest a to go fork. It was a light bulb moment for them. They never thought of that. All of the dining room was served drinks in to go containers. What a waste of money for the franchisee and the environment. Floor looked like they just wiped all the crumbs off the tables all day right onto the floor. Oh wait, we know they did because we watched true bus boy do it. He was so thrilled to be at work he put the plastic tub on the booth of the seat and then just wiped all the dishes off and let the free fall into the tub. As you can imagine his created a lovely ambience of loud noise in the entire restaurant. He repeated this again and again at every table he cleaned. I called in our carry out order at 3:37 pm to pick up at 5:30 pm. Clara was very nice in taking my order. I had a major concern because my son has a chicken/turkey allergy. I asked that they change their gloves and I asked if she could find out if the Canadian bacon had turkey or chicken in it. She found her manager and they looked. She came back and said it contained none. We proceeded with our order. We ordered 3 medium pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 meat lover and 1 Canadian bacon. I then ordered a brownie and an order of cinnamon sticks. I told Clara my husband would be there around 5:30....... My husband arrived at 5:20 to get our order it was not ready. The front staff was very rude. He paid for our order and DID NOT get a receipt. He waited almost 40 minutes for our order. When it was finally completed the lady threw it on the counter and said it was my sons fault because of his allergies and she DID NOT let us preview our order she walked off. I will never be back to the Blue Ridge, Ga stOre If this is how they treat people with life threading allergies. The corporate office needs to get people with respect in their Blue Ridge, Ga store. read more

It's where you go to get shorted, lied to and abused. I ordered two items online, when I arrived only one was cooked. I was lied to twice that the other item was almost ready, then after 30 minutes waiting (and watching the delivery driver packing up the item I ordered to take to someone else) the cashier claimed they'd forgotten to cook it. The manager came out and offered me a coupon for free pizza and I said "No just give me a refund" of the $5 item they hadn't cooked. He actually tried to take the now-cold pizza out of my hands saying "Give that back I'm not giving you a free pizza!" Not only was that NOT what I'd asked for, he'd literally just tried giving me a coupon for a free pizza? And now he's accusing me of trying to steal? When I clarified that I only wanted the missing item refunded he said "It's more work than you taking this coupon" then made a big deal of pulling his spiral binder out from under the counter so he could make notes about nonsense. Because now it was my job to wait around while he did his paperwork, after waiting 30 minutes for a missing item. I walked out and emailed Pizza Hut corporate. Never again. Oh, and I didn't get a refund of the missing item either. Apparently the manager was incapable of doing his paperwork unless I stood there in the middle of 10 people now staring at me with my cold dinner and family waiting at home, watching him fill out his forms. read more
