Best pizza we've had up in the mountains. It's far better than options in Blairsville, Young Harris, Hayesville, and Haiwassee - we've had em all... We drove over from YH and it was worth the drive. Super small inside, so plan to order ahead and pick up to go. We ordered the Goodfella (red sauce, cup pepp, sausage, onions, and banana peppers) crispy. It had no flop and undercarriage was perfect. Ordered a Pizza to go. The people are very nice there. However, I saw the cook stroking his long beard when we go there. I should have just walked out because its nasty seeing somebody fiddling with their beard while preparing food. Got home and my husband actually had a hair in his pizza. Mostly take out, but they have a few tables and will let you sit. Excellent pizza! Well cooked and tasty! Had the meat lovers and the Athena (white with spinach, sweet banana peppers, feta). Order ahead via phone, come in and wait, or they deliver. The inside needs a few light bulbs replaced, but don't let that scare you off; the pizza is really good and they are super friendly! Amazing Pizza & Salad!! The folks are so friendly here. You can tell they take pride in their product. We ordered the Cesar Salad and a Gluten free veggie pizza. Best gluten free pizza we've ever had and the salad was perfectly dressed. We sat at one of the three tables , it is a small place, mainly for take out as others have said . As a new owner of a home in the area, this is my new favorite Italian restaurant. All I had this time was a meatball Parmigian sub to-go. I ordered it in advance, it was coming out of the oven when I got there, and it was delicious. Not the biggest meatball sub that I've ever had. But it wasn't expensive, either. The people are VERY friendly here. I can't wait to go back on my next trip to Murphy in a few weeks. I'll have to try their pizza and update my review. This pizza joint is located outside the town..we had high hopes after a long day of hiking. We phone in our order and were told 715. Pie was ready at 730....no biggie, it was a Friday night. Pros: pizza bottom was cooked perfectly. I worked in a pizza joint during high school...I know how important this. Staff were friendly but did not wear masks. Payment was efficient. I was trying to get pizza delivered from this establishment. If I could give them zero stars, I would my rehearsal for my wedding was last weekend and the owner left a very nasty voicemail using the F word I have never heard such in my whole life. I am very appalled as a business owner, I would never speak to people like this in general much less being the owner do better. they would not deliver straight to the venue however wanted us to meet them in a Dollar General parking lot literally across the street the most unprofessional pizza establishment I've ever seen. So... my wife and I went in 1 time... there will NEVER be a second! I will say the sandwich I got was Delish! However... it took the better part of an hour to get our food... after we ordered... which took almost 15 minutes for that, with a NOT packed restaurant. They were out of literally everything that my wife and I were wanting to eat... we settled for the sandwiches we got. When I inquired when we were going to get our food (I was already late now from my lunch break because of it) all I got was attitude. When our food was finally done I had to get I to go, again late getting back. As we were walking out the owner of this fine establishment muttered aloud.. Perfect crust (not too thick, not too thin) with a generous amount of delicious toppings. The wings are dynamite! They are meaty and just super good! We are visiting Murphy from out of town and wanted delivery. We placed our order over the phone and the employee who answered was super helpful and answered all the questions I had. I wasn't able to look at the menu due to lack of cell service and no WiFi. He advised that the delivery driver was on a run and it would be about an hour. We weren't upset, it was a Friday night. He arrived an hour later and our food was hot and so delicious! We got an XL meat lovers pizza, garlic cheese bread, Cesar salads, lemon pepper wings, and the delicious brownies! Not a NY pizza, but it's not claimed to be. Having said that, the pizza is really good. They deliver to our home. So that's an added bonus. The antipasto is excellent and quite loaded with goodness.
