I bought a CVT rooftop tent off of Facebook marketplace which didn't come with the mounts. I didn't…read moreknow exactly what I should do because I was just getting into the roof stuff. I had them install a rack which went flawlessly and I love it. I also ended up buying the mounts from them which I didn't even know I needed until they explained it to me. Very informative at the main store. I went over to the other store to pick up the mounts and when I tried installing them, it didn't fit on my tent. Very close just a bit to snug. I went back to the store and asked them if there was anything they could do. Turns out, it wasn't the mount that didn't fit, just the rails on the tent were a little warped. In the same visit, they belt sanded my 8 pieces of the mount which after trying to mount the tent again, went perfectly. Very appreciative of their willingness to help me out especially because I didn't know much. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else to do stuff for your car and truck racks.

In the past they did a different job and the cost was high as well but I think they are talented as they figured out what the problem was and they did a great job so I'm pleased. Unethical and bad business demeanor. Never delivered product and refused to refund money. I had to…read morefile dispute with credit card company to stop payment. Go to battery plus instead! #1. I was lied to and told that I could return the solar panel for a refund. However when i went to return it the following week to that same employee I was told that he didn't remember telling me that I could return it and then we were refused a refund and were verbally accosted by the owner/manager/boss for wanting to return the product. #2. We returned the item with the promise of in store credit and delivery of the product we wanted. Which was never delivered. #3. The owner/manager then attempted to sell me a product that he knew very little about and became verbally aggressive toward me until I informed him how incorrect and under informed he was on the product. At which time he withdrew himself from the conversation and left the room. unethical business practices exhibited. I will never do business here again.
