I went over to the deli and ask people over there if there's anybody that can help me and they shake their heads no. I walked out and there is a young man sitting in his truck and I walked up to him. He had his window cracked and I said excuse me, sir do you know anything about 1990 Toyota pick ups and he smiled and he looked at me. And said, what choo got going on?" And I knew then he was going to be a help even in my devastation gloom and doom I thought the world was coming to an end overdramatizing so we spent an hour and he change the battery cable which I knew was bad because it was broke it needed to be changed. It still wouldn't start at that point. I called the tow truck. They were there in 45 minutes. I was back home by 2 o'clock feeling safe at my house I thank God for tender hearted, people who help one another. His name was Jeremy. After towing the truck back to Crooked river Ranch, my mechanic said the battery was dead; it was a new battery purchased month ago from O'Reilly's. I called O'Reillys. David said bring it in and he swiftly took care of my need by exchanging the battery and allowing my travels to be in good standing! Thank you David!! Keep up the great work! .

And waited. And waited. "Someone will be right with you!" Waited another 5 min. Saw same guy walk back into bay and ask another guy, "Has anyone helped this guy get?" Finally get a guy over to check my tire. It's got a leak. Park it and check in inside. Here I am 90 minutes later (the lobby has 3 people including me) and my car is still parked in the lot. No timeline was given other than "We'll get right to it." Just asked about the status and of course the answer was "Oh, you're next!" That was 15 minutes ago. Spoiler Alert - I wasn't nextMeanwhile, no fewer than 4 employees standing around in the bays, BSing. I'm done with Schwabs, my biz is going to Point S and Costco from now on. Looked online at Amazon today and the prices range from $9 to $16 for the very best one. And this thing did not even fit properly. Had to use a small amount of tape on the edge to seal it. Occasionally the part is a fluke, but they've always been fair and helpful. This is my go-to store. Highly recommend if you want good advice and decent auto/trailer/tractor parts at a good price. If you need a random auto shop employee to validate your woke liberal insecurities, look elsewhere.

I tried to work through my insurance company to deal with the bumper damage, and Morgan the owner told me to "take him to small claims court"..Not the kind of response you want to hear after spending $3k+ here. When we called and told them the damage that was done they didn't offer to correct it or give us our money back. They took our money, Kept the car too long, and are dishonest. They didn't want my business. I scheduled a repair with them, brought my car in and expected it to…read morebe done in a couple hours. A couple hours later I get a text with a link to an inspection report. They cited a number of repairs the car "needed" including the work I brought the car in for. I declined all the work. They jacked up the price of the requested repair a couple times. None of the other work they said I needed was legitimate. They charged me $165 for an inspection I never requested. The ?owner? waived the fee because I never signed off on it when I dropped the car off. Said it was standard practice. So instead of picking up a repaired vehicle and paying them the very substantial fee I agreed to, I took back my still broken car and they lost my business and all future business. The car developed an exhaust leak shortly after. The header bolts had been loosened on one side. I did the requested repair myself for $150 in a couple hours and tightened up the header bolts. I can't tell you if they know how to work on cars, only that they didn't want to do the requested repair on mine.
