I received several estimates to remove 7 cypress trees that had been growing for 40+ years and to grind the stumps 12 inches. Efrem was the only one that was enthusiastic in taking this job on. He also gave the best estimate. Efrem responded very quickly to my Yelp request for quote. He came by the next day to take a look at the work that was needed. He explained in good detail how it was going to be done - boarding the side of the house & windows to protect them, cutting branches off the cypress trees first then the stumps with chain saw, grinding the stumps to 12 inches, to cleaning up afterwards. This review is long overdue I would happily recommend My Tree Experts for tree and shrub removal. They came out in spring ahead of my front yard renovation and took out two extremely tall palm trees, tons of overgrown bushes and shrubs. They ground up all the roots , and I'm so happy nothing has grown back. Yesterday I contacted Efren to come out and quote another job, and he was able to come this morning to give me another reasonable quote to remove a ton of out-of-control ivy and foliage in a planter out front as well as remove some problematic trees too close to the fence in the backyard, and then his crew came out within an hour or two and got right to work. These guys don't play around. They came with a crew of about 7 and knocked out the lacing of my huge tree in about an hour. One guy in the tree with a chain saw climbing around. Worked with Efren and his team to remove a large palm tree, two large bushes, and lots of small shrubbery from the front of our mobile home which we were selling. His quote was reasonable and he explained the options (e.g., removing or not the tree stump) and how it would affect the pricing. He was thorough and straight forward in terms of scheduling. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, arriving within the agreed upon times and finishing before I came home from work. Really my review is at 4.5 stars only because the terms of payment wasn't clarified with me (paid check instead of CC as it adds - fairly - a 2% fee) and that there were some minor clean up of the area (sawdust and dirt around the pathways) on my end. Of course, they're not there to do landscape maintenance. In any case, I'd would highly recommend this company for tree and plant removal as they're good at what they do.
