Found Efren after searching endlessly for a solid company. He promptly returned my call and was at my house the next day to provide an estimate. He was polite, professional and provided me with a very reasonable estimate to trim my two 25 ft queen palms. We scheduled an appointment, which due to unforeseen circumstances he had to cancel. He called 24 hrs in advance and notified me of the cancellation and rescheduled at my earliest convenience. The day of the tree trimming, he showed up on time with his partner. This was the first time I used My Tree Experts. I called them to remove a small tree and an invasive bush. While they were there, Efren asked if I would like to get my palms trimmed. They needed a trim so we agreed to do that in addition to the work originally requested. The palm trimming was remarkable. I routinely get the palms trimmed, but I have never seen them look this good. Plus, the manner in which they were trimmed was amazing. They basically hoisted this guy 40 feet up to the tree and he cut multiple fifteen foot fronds and pods with his chainsaw in one hand and threw them down with the other.
