3 1/2 years later and I am still coming here! I have since moved to La Habra and am still willing to make the drive out to Orange to get my eyebrows done. They've raised their prices from $7 to $9 a pop but honestly, for the quality of service & talent you're getting, it's still a steal! I admit, I have cheated on Nadia a few times but I have never been as satisfied as I am when I leave Perfect Brows! And for the very rare times I'm in a real jumble and Nadia isn't in (which is never, she works 6 days a week!) or when I decide to pop in when it's uber busy, sometimes I go to her sister Farzana. They're twins! Faternal, obviously! But Farzana does an equally amazing job! I've been reading through some of these negative reviews and honestly I have never experienced anything negative. Yes, they are busy, but I don't think that's a negative thing! It just shows to prove that they have quality women working here and ALOT of people want to get their brows done because of that! If you're not willing to stick it out for 15 mins, then it's really your loss! I've never had to wait any longer than 30 mins, but that was only once! Bottom line - I highly, highly recommend Nadia and Farzana! They do not disappoint! read more

First time comers, this is a good choice!! I recently moved to the US, and was looking for a place nearby to do my eyebrows, i don't trust anyone with my eyebrows at all, I'm very picky about this. I decided to come here to check it out, obviously freaking out as i had no idea what this place was like, the girl that did my brows was absolutely amazing! (Her name started with an N, cant seem to remember) She was very quick and efficient with the threading, it didn't even hurt. She was so quick that once she was done i thought she had completely butchered my brows, but to my delight they were beautifully shaped! Not a stray hair in sight, ill be sure to return to this place over and over! 2 weeks have gone by and my brows are still looking perfect as ever, brava! read more

Not coming back to this place, I should've listened to the reviews I read. The ladies were rushing to get as many ladies as possible in and out quickly. They were taking up to three clients at a time and working on all their brows at the same time. I asked for threading and tint and this lady rushed to to do my brows and didn't do them nice. They don't have a shape and she didn't even cut my long hairs. The tint was an absolute disaster. She just placed the tiny on my brows without making sure it was a nice shape. When she removed it, I had tint on the side of my face and my brows were completely uneven. I had to ask her to remove some of it, but I was completely dissatisfied with them. I had my first threading here yesterday morning, and I went for my full face! I went when they opened at 11am, and I'm happy I did because when I left 30 minutes later there was a crazy line out the door!! The ladies were sweet, straight to the point, trying to make sure people didn't wait too long. I loved my results, we decided to do a waxing on the sides so a full face (which does include eyebrows) with minimal waxing=$30. I thought it was appropriately priced. I was hesitant coming here due to some negative reviews but because there were so many positive reviews I came here anyways. First off the space is beautiful, everyone is friendly, and the prices are good. Although I love the shape of my eyebrows I am writing a negative reviews because of the skin she took off my eyelid. I got my brows done two days ago and it's progressively gotten worse. Day one my eyelid was swollen and puffy. I just figured it was irritated. However, by today, day two I realized she took a chunk of my eyelid off. I will definitely not go back due to this. Thankfully I was not getting my eyebrows done for a special event but imagine if I was. This would be terrible. I would use caution coming here and take heed in the negative reviews. read more

I had my brows threaded by Gita, she did such a wonderful job. They look so good! I have been a regular at my perfect brows for many years now. I used to frequent another location but I decided to give the Orange location a shot. I usually don't ask for anyone in particular because from my experience, they all do an excellent job. Words cannot describe how happy and satisfied I am with my experience here. I've never gotten my brows professionally done before and so am very cautious about choosing where to go. My friends recommended me to go to Angels Beauty Threading Salon in Westminster, but after discovering this gem on here, my gut told me to come to this place instead and I'm sure glad I did. After my numerous failed attempts at doing my brows myself, I've been growing them out for over 5 months and with sad, sparse, asian brows, I did not want to go to a place that would mess them up after all the time I had put into letting them grow out. After reading others' reviews, I chose Nadia to do my brows and was extremely pleased with the results. I asked her to clean up my brows and keep them on the thicker side, and she did just that. My brows now have a defined shape despite being light and sparse, but once I fill them in slightly with some brow powder, I can now say that they're on fleek. Nadia was very sweet throughout the process as well and happily fixed anything I was unhappy or unsatisfied with. The process was also very quick and painless in my opinion, but I have a rather high pain tolerance. At the end, she cleaned up my brows with some rose water that smelled absolutely divine. Because this was my first time getting my brows done, I was very worried about getting a rash, but that did not happen and the slight swelling and redness went away within 2 hours. Overall, I would definitely come back here and highly recommend this place to others for perfect brows. Great results and great service. Was seated within 3-5 minutes and got my brows done in 5-7 min all for only $9. I was so pleased that I tipped another $5 to Nadia. They also have a rewards program for every time you come. I got $1 off my next brow threading session at the location in Newport, but I'll be coming to this location instead. Couldn't have asked for anything more. read more

I decided to try brow lamination after seeing great results online. My Perfect Eyebrow seemed like a great establishment to go to due the great reviews and great price compared to other locations. However, the experience was not as expected: 1) the technician spent most of the time making negative comments about my thick curled eyebrows. 2) The results were okay but not as great as expected. 3) Did not receive any instructions how to care for them. 4) The salon did not offer any comfort for 1 hour process. The only great experience I had was the welcoming receptionist. read more

So happy I finally got the chance to visit Perfect Brows! I've had this place bookmarked for quite some time, but haven't found myself in the neighbourhood until yesterday. When I went, my eyebrows were $9 (on a Thursday), though I think the prices may have changed not too long ago? (I think the sign above the desk said $11, unless I read it wrong?) I'm not a super picky person - "do what looks good" is my advice - and that's just what she did. All cleaned up and tidy; can't wait to go back next time I am in the area. read more

I wish wish wish I had gotten her name!!! But she was so sweet and before touching my eyebrows asked me what I wanted. Took a look at my eyebrows and made her recommendations! She threaded and tinted my brows. Before she tinted she asked how I do my brows and I explained it to her and she told me exactly what she was going to do. Great customer service and an amazing woman! I love my brows now. They look more like sisters than distant cousins. read more

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised at how great my service with Sam was. She did such an amazing job with my brow lamination- the shape is perfect. I have to say I wasn't sure what to expect because the pricing was so affordable but I thought I'd give it shot. I am so glad I did! I've been a customer of the owner Pooja for well over 13+ years now. Pooja is perfectionist when it comes to brows and only hires the best to work in her studios. When Pooja isn't working at this location I see Maryam whose work and professionalism lives up to the name of the studio. Maryam takes her time threading my brows and listens to me. She's able to give/maintain my eyebrow shape meanwhile keeping its thickness. I personally don't mind driving from Temecula to get perfect brows from these ladies. Overall this studio is worth the time and money spent here. read more

I was in the neighborhood and happen to stop by to get an eyebrow cleaning since it's been like 4 weeks since I had gotten my brows threaded by another place I go to in Anaheim. Came in and waited a couple minutes to be seated with a lady in a blue top that sits to the back left chair. She was rude and not polite, literally did my eyebrows in probably less than 2 minutes and I paid $11 for this service. I'm sorry but the quality of my eyebrows are terrible now and I could have done this at home with a tweezer and she still left hair and brows are not nearly symmetrical. DO NOT COME HERE! if you want to charge more than any other eye threading place then you should actually have a service that isn't less than 5 min. She rushed and I knew based on how fast she was going that I was going to hate them. read more

If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

When I looked in the mirror, it was clear that too much had been cut from the corners of my eyebrows -- an area I've specifically been trying to grow out. I even asked her about it, but she told me it was already like that and asked what I had done to it. It was very clearly a clean, fresh cut, and I know what my brows looked like before the appointment. I'm extremely frustrated because I had been intentionally growing that area out. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I won't be returning.

Unpleasant Experience - Not Worth the Bundle First of all, let me start by saying that my recent visit to this brow beauty lounge was far from the pleasant experience I expected. I opted for a bundled service including brow lamination, threading, tint, and henna, totaling almost 90 bucks. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a disappointing visit. Upon arriving, the aesthetic of the place seemed promising, and I was hopeful for a positive experience. However, things quickly took a turn. The staff insisted on bundling services, which, in my case, felt unnecessary. The initial quote left me taken aback, especially considering the services I was told I needed. To make matters worse, during the process, I found the staff's approach to be questionable. The lady assisting me, instead of addressing my concerns, dismissed my discomfort during the brow lamination. I clearly expressed that my skin was stinging, causing me pain and discomfort. However, she insisted that it was all in my head and attributed it to my anxiety. This felt unprofessional and borderline gaslighting, as I've never experienced such discomfort during similar procedures elsewhere. Moreover, the threading was subpar at best. The thread used was thin and of poor quality. My hair started growing back after just a couple of days, indicating a lack of precision and skill. Having been a regular at various brow salons for over 8 years, I can confidently say that the quality of thread matters, and in this case, it was notably inferior. Four days post-treatment, I noticed that my skin was peeling and excessively dry, signs of potential mishandling during the procedure. The aftermath of the lamination left my eyebrows looking scary, far from the polished and groomed result I had anticipated. All in all, my experience at this brow beauty lounge was disappointing and, frankly, not worth the money spent. I would caution others against falling for the bundled services and suggest exploring alternatives with a more professional and attentive approach to customer concerns. read more

I have been here several times and although my eyebrows have been done well, I have noticed that NO ONE WASHES THEIR HANDS BETWEEN CLIENTS. They use hand sanitizer, which is commendable but hygienic measures require hand washing between clients. Today, I decided to ask my aesthetician to wash her hands. She used the hand sanitizer then rubbed her nose, then went and washed her hands. I thanked her for it. But another aesthetician decided to tell me that if they had to wash their hands between clients then clients would have to wait. I did not expect her to say this. She was rude about it too and I asked my aesthetician very nicely. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. I do plan on calling the health department to see what they say. I don't believe eyebrow threading is licensed under Cosmetology but shouldn't hand washing be a no brainer? Have you heard of staph infection? read more

Five star for Nadia !!! I usually don't write reviews but one review about Nadia made me write one.... I have been going to her since 3 years never had any problem... Always happy from her work Thick & even shaped brows.... In these 3 years I have seen working on other people as well 3 years I can't be wrong right ??? She gives every single person time even if it's crazy busy for her... I am a guy and have been told by some guy friends to get a facial and I thought to myself that it was kind of strange. I ended up going with another guy friend who was going to get a facial as well. I must say that next to a massage a facial is probably one of the best things on the planet. The people at Perfect Brows were very nice and courteous. They treated me like a friend rather than just another customer. I really felt welcomed. I mean come on a guy going to get a facial should naturally be uncomfortable but after about one minute in this shop I felt perfeclty fine about getting this done. Highly recommended. read more

I love this place because they are friendly and do a great job. The only reason why I took off one star is because I noticed that the ladies don't wash their hands, and some of them talk a lot when they're doing the brows. For two reasons, I don't like it when someone is working on my brows and talking at the same time..... you know what I mean? Also, when I had facial once, the lady left and when she came back, she did not wash her hands. She probably used hand wipes outside but,still, she had to touch the door knob and then touched my face. I didn't say anything, but I never had my facial done over there again. read more

Before this place, I had been going to the same salon to get my eyebrows waxed for 6 years before the place closed down.. I'm extremely skeptical of random people doing my eyebrows since they're a huge factor in the overall look of my face. I was referred to Perfect Brows by a friend, had never done threading before, and was so happy by my experience here that I've been going here every 3 weeks for the last six months now. I've been going to Pooja for years...when she was just an employee working at another threading salon. Now she owns the place and is doing a great job, so happy for her!
