Not coming back to this place, I should've listened to the reviews I read. The ladies were rushing to get as many ladies as possible in and out quickly. They were taking up to three clients at a time and working on all their brows at the same time. I asked for threading and tint and this lady rushed to to do my brows and didn't do them nice. They don't have a shape and she didn't even cut my long hairs. The tint was an absolute disaster. She just placed the tiny on my brows without making sure it was a nice shape. When she removed it, I had tint on the side of my face and my brows were completely uneven. I had to ask her to remove some of it, but I was completely dissatisfied with them. I was hesitant coming here due to some negative reviews but because there were so many positive reviews I came here anyways. First off the space is beautiful, everyone is friendly, and the prices are good. Although I love the shape of my eyebrows I am writing a negative reviews because of the skin she took off my eyelid. I got my brows done two days ago and it's progressively gotten worse. Day one my eyelid was swollen and puffy. I just figured it was irritated. However, by today, day two I realized she took a chunk of my eyelid off. I will definitely not go back due to this. Thankfully I was not getting my eyebrows done for a special event but imagine if I was. This would be terrible. I would use caution coming here and take heed in the negative reviews. read more

3 1/2 years later and I am still coming here! I have since moved to La Habra and am still willing to make the drive out to Orange to get my eyebrows done. They've raised their prices from $7 to $9 a pop but honestly, for the quality of service & talent you're getting, it's still a steal! I admit, I have cheated on Nadia a few times but I have never been as satisfied as I am when I leave Perfect Brows! And for the very rare times I'm in a real jumble and Nadia isn't in (which is never, she works 6 days a week!) or when I decide to pop in when it's uber busy, sometimes I go to her sister Farzana. They're twins! Faternal, obviously! But Farzana does an equally amazing job! I've been reading through some of these negative reviews and honestly I have never experienced anything negative. Yes, they are busy, but I don't think that's a negative thing! It just shows to prove that they have quality women working here and ALOT of people want to get their brows done because of that! If you're not willing to stick it out for 15 mins, then it's really your loss! I've never had to wait any longer than 30 mins, but that was only once! Bottom line - I highly, highly recommend Nadia and Farzana! They do not disappoint! read more

I decided to try brow lamination after seeing great results online. My Perfect Eyebrow seemed like a great establishment to go to due the great reviews and great price compared to other locations. However, the experience was not as expected: 1) the technician spent most of the time making negative comments about my thick curled eyebrows. 2) The results were okay but not as great as expected. 3) Did not receive any instructions how to care for them. 4) The salon did not offer any comfort for 1 hour process. First time comers, this is a good choice!! I recently moved to the US, and was looking for a place nearby to do my eyebrows, i don't trust anyone with my eyebrows at all, I'm very picky about this. I decided to come here to check it out, obviously freaking out as i had no idea what this place was like, the girl that did my brows was absolutely amazing! (Her name started with an N, cant seem to remember) She was very quick and efficient with the threading, it didn't even hurt. She was so quick that once she was done i thought she had completely butchered my brows, but to my delight they were beautifully shaped! Words cannot describe how happy and satisfied I am with my experience here. I've never gotten my brows professionally done before and so am very cautious about choosing where to go. My friends recommended me to go to Angels Beauty Threading Salon in Westminster, but after discovering this gem on here, my gut told me to come to this place instead and I'm sure glad I did. After my numerous failed attempts at doing my brows myself, I've been growing them out for over 5 months and with sad, sparse, asian brows, I did not want to go to a place that would mess them up after all the time I had put into letting them grow out. After reading others' reviews, I chose Nadia to do my brows and was extremely pleased with the results. I asked her to clean up my brows and keep them on the thicker side, and she did just that. My brows now have a defined shape despite being light and sparse, but once I fill them in slightly with some brow powder, I can now say that they're on fleek. Nadia was very sweet throughout the process as well and happily fixed anything I was unhappy or unsatisfied with. The process was also very quick and painless in my opinion, but I have a rather high pain tolerance. At the end, she cleaned up my brows with some rose water that smelled absolutely divine. Because this was my first time getting my brows done, I was very worried about getting a rash, but that did not happen and the slight swelling and redness went away within 2 hours. Overall, I would definitely come back here and highly recommend this place to others for perfect brows. Great results and great service. Was seated within 3-5 minutes and got my brows done in 5-7 min all for only $9. I was so pleased that I tipped another $5 to Nadia. They also have a rewards program for every time you come. I got $1 off my next brow threading session at the location in Newport, but I'll be coming to this location instead. Couldn't have asked for anything more. read more

I had my first threading here yesterday morning, and I went for my full face! I went when they opened at 11am, and I'm happy I did because when I left 30 minutes later there was a crazy line out the door!! The ladies were sweet, straight to the point, trying to make sure people didn't wait too long. I loved my results, we decided to do a waxing on the sides so a full face (which does include eyebrows) with minimal waxing=$30. I thought it was appropriately priced. I've been a customer of the owner Pooja for well over 13+ years now. Pooja is perfectionist when it comes to brows and only hires the best to work in her studios. When Pooja isn't working at this location I see Maryam whose work and professionalism lives up to the name of the studio. Maryam takes her time threading my brows and listens to me. She's able to give/maintain my eyebrow shape meanwhile keeping its thickness. I personally don't mind driving from Temecula to get perfect brows from these ladies. I was in the neighborhood and happen to stop by to get an eyebrow cleaning since it's been like 4 weeks since I had gotten my brows threaded by another place I go to in Anaheim. Came in and waited a couple minutes to be seated with a lady in a blue top that sits to the back left chair. She was rude and not polite, literally did my eyebrows in probably less than 2 minutes and I paid $11 for this service. I'm sorry but the quality of my eyebrows are terrible now and I could have done this at home with a tweezer and she still left hair and brows are not nearly symmetrical. DO NOT COME HERE! if you want to charge more than any other eye threading place then you should actually have a service that isn't less than 5 min. First time coming here because I was in town in Orange visiting family. I am from Palm Springs. I was serviced yesterday at 5:45 pm by Gayatri, I got the 12$ wax service and this is what happened to my eyebrows immediately once I left. She removed patches of my skin along with my eyebrow hair. It is now extremely painful and has a horrible burning sensation and I cannot even wear make up around the area now.
