I had a lash lift and tint along with eyebrow threading and henna. I really liked the lashes. But I hated the eyebrows. They were way too dark and they made them a bit lighter when I asked. The shape is off, one eyebrow is rounded in the middle and the other is straight. They don't map like other places, they just eyeball it. I felt uncomfortable saying I wasn't happy because I was so sad I just wanted to leave. Now I will have to keep filling in my eyebrows so they match. read more

I was there last week to have my brows threaded and tinted. I am sad about this as I really do like this place and they do a good job. This last visit began like any other. The stylist performed the threading. She then placed the tint and said it would 5 minutes. She then got in the phone and went outside. About 8 minutes later she walks back into the salon and is still in the phone. Worried about the tint getting too dark I tried to get her attention but she was wrapped up in her conversation. This continued until she finally got back to me which was about 10 minutes later. I had looked at my phone and the time that had elapsed. I though for sure she would end the call to get back to her client but no. She continued to talk on the phone with it tucked into her ear and attempting to also remove the tint. This was such an absolutely awful feeling. It's just really rude and inconsiderate. This truly made me feel inconsequential to her. Before she really finished cleaning me up I jumped out of the chair and just moved quickly to the desk to pay. The nice receptionist helped me and yes the stylist is literally STILL on the phone laughing (I guess she could be laughing at me who knows). I pulled out a 5 dollar bill ($25.00 service in total) and asked reception to give it to the stylist if she ever got off the phone. She immediately said she noticed that and then apologized for her behavior. It is not in my nature to not tip as I believe people that provide services deserve them no matter what. But I left feeling very insecure. I do not speak the language she was using so I have no idea if she made comments about me or not but to leave a client feeling like is just so wrong. If I did this in my line of work I would be out of a job. I was not going to leave this review as it's kind of embarrassing but I don't foresee me returning to this facility after years of coming there. If she is the owner of the practice then this won't make a dam bit of good. However, if there is someone from this group that reads this, and takes it seriously I am sure I am not alone and I am sure this person has done this before. Clients like me eventually add up. I just want to come, pay for a service, be treated with kindness and respect. I hope this makes some kind of difference as you have lost a client which makes me sad. read more

What is this? This is the worse brows i ever had. I had the job done by Maryam. I had the shaping and tint combo. The threading for eyebrows shaping were fine. It was not painful. But the tint was what made the brows look terrible. The edges were not clean probably. They are all crooked. If you come here only recommend the threading or waxing. I regret paying for the tint! This is terrible. Also, Maryam's service was not good. She does not listen about customer's request. She cut me off in the middle of explaining what I want and said she understand. Absolutely disappointed with this brow salon. I have been coming here for years, since Pooja opened. And the quality of service has gone down the drain. I came in today for a lash lift and had the absolute worst experience of my life. The technician was pulling on my lower lids. She put the product in my eyes which included glue. My eyes are now burning. I asked her many times to be more gentle and she just kept telling me to relax. I will not be coming here again Pooja. Your workers are not the same and have no sympathy for your clients. Everything was rushed and not anywhere close to the service you used to provide to your clients. I am writing this review out of frustration because I normally love this place as they get my brows just right (even though the henna doesn't last as long as they say it does). I came last Friday 6/16 for eyelash extensions for the first time, and was assured it would last at least 2 weeks. Well, it's Monday, just 3 days later, and at least 3 have fallen from my right eye, which is making the whole thing look sloppy and uneven. My eyes definitely don't look like I spent $100 on the lashes, and I also tipped Sam really well. It's frustrating because I am now abroad and relied on the artists' word for doing these over fake eyelashes for my brother's wedding. Now i likely have to find some place here to plug the ones that fell, spending more money. Just disappointing overall. read more

This is the only place I feel comfortable going to get my eyebrows threaded. The people are super nice. You don't generally have to wait very long. They're very personable, it feels very clean and they don't charge crazy amounts. Getting my eyebrow thread is only $11, these rose water at the end to make you feel luxurious, and like I said, overall a very positive experience. Parking can be a little tricky here depending on when you go, but I went on a Saturday and was able to find parking without too much trouble. read more

The only con from this recent visit was there was only one person threading while I was waiting and she was a chatty cathy. Something that usually takes no more than five minutes felt like forever with how much she was talking to the client in the seat. So glad this place is open, I was looking for a threading salon since the one I usually go to is temporarily closed. I can firmly say I made the RIGHT choice. They are currently working outside under tents. They take their sanitation very serious, which I love to see. You fill out an online form to confirm you don't have symptoms of COVID. I cannot recall the name of the specialist who threaded my eyebrows but she did amazing. With quarantine in full effect my natural eyebrows def came out lol all I did was show the lady a picture of my OLD eyebrows and it was exactly what I got. Absolutely horrific and unprofessional results. My hair was frizzy and looked like a bush!! Far from what a lamination should look like. I was so disappointed and upset because I couldn't even leave the house like that the first 2 days. Then I went back in for them to fix it and get a refund 2 days later and the photos that I uploaded here are the result after the second time "they tried to fix it". My skin is burned off, my hair is still not straight or laminated (curled at the roots even though I don't even have curly hair?!) I'm so upset and disappointed in this experience. Yesterday I got my eyebrows threaded after having such a great experience a few weeks prior. I dragged my brother along and originally he was set on not getting his brows done. However, in the end, he changed his mind and decided to get his eyebrows threaded. I wanted him to get his brows cleaned up while having it remain masculine. He's never gotten his brows threaded, waxed, or plucked before. Despite stopping multiple times throughout this process because he thought it was a little painful, they turned out amazing. I really wanted to like this place. Staff was very nice but omg did they mess up my face. This was the first time I've done eyebrow tinting and I was really looking forward to it. Not only are my eyebrows WILDLY uneven and misshapen, they got tint all over my cheeks and eyes. They wiped some of it away after I was done but within 5 minutes of leaving I had dark spots all over my face and you could see where the tint was wiped away on my brows. I called them and they said I could either go to a beauty supply store and buy tint remover or I could make my way back so they could try again. My suggestion, there are a ton of other places to go, I would go elsewhere. And I also learned that if they don't draw out an outline to where they will be putting the product, don't trust it. I came here today for the first time and I absolutely loved it! I didn't catch my technician's name but she made my brows look amazing after 3 months in quarantine. She kept my eyebrow shape natural and thick, which is how I like it! There were a ton of people when I went on Saturday afternoon but everyone was wearing masks which was great to see. Chairs were placed with spaces in between outside the establishment to help with social distancing while customers were waiting. When it was my turn, the chair was cleaned with disinfectant before I sat down. Also, they alternate which chairs are being used so you will most likely not be near another customer when it's your turn. This review is for the business operations and worst customer service, since I wasn't able to use the actual service. I booked a consultation on line for microblading, got a confirmation email with an address and time. Then got a reminder email, same thing address and time. I came to the place and the ladies there said that Farnaz was not there, they called the owner and she responded that Farnaz was on her way and to just wait for her. I waited for over 20 minutes, got a txt from her asking for a picture of my brows. I said I am here at the office. She said "I normally do consultations on the phone, I never do them in person"....I was speechless, how is it possible? how the other people with reviews made their appointments? because nowhere in the email or any other communication says that it is on the phone, how am I supposed to know that? Alright, so months and months ago I had the weirdest experience in the store. I came in to get my eyebrows done and it was very busy. I actually took this as a good sign, because I thought, "This must mean there pretty good!". No one greeted me though or told me what to do. It was until after some girl signed in I saw there was a list for walk-ins. While I was getting my brows threaded the girl asked me to pull harder on my skin. I told her I can't push down on my eye anymore because it makes me feel nauseous and told her and could pull more on top. She continued for a bit and then asked me to pull more on my eye and I told her I couldn't and she, without skipping a beat, said "Ok fine, it's ok if I cut you then right?". My eyes flew open and I immediately jerked my head away from her and said that it was certainly not ok. She told me if I can't pull it tighter she might cut me. I said, "I'm not going to give you permission to cut me!" I've gotten my eyebrows threaded plenty and it's never been a problem, people are understanding. The only reason I know I can can't push down hard on my eye is because, in the past, it has happened several times. This was an awful experience. I have never been back. read more

Sam regularly threads and henna tints my brows here and she is amazing! My eyebrows are naturally thick, and this is the first brow place I've tried that has not threaded them too thin. I always ask Sam to keep my natural shape but clean them up, and she makes them look great! The henna tint makes them pop as well, and I don't feel like I need to use as much eyebrow makeup when they've been tinted recently. Be aware if you haven't tried henna tinting that it can last on the skin underneath your brows for a day or so, at least for me- so I don't plan for anything like special photos or big events until at least day after tinting. I can't recommend Sam highly enough- so glad she's my brow person! The receptionist is always really nice & helpful here too! read more
