Pretty good if you're picky with symmetry. I always do the VIP brows because I like revisions without feeling rushed. I like how they take their time, so I'll pay extra for the perfect shape I want. I dropped a star because I always get cut here without fail. It's like they dig in at the ends of my brows for no reason, but I guess it's at least even and how I want them. I've definitely had my brows ruined before, so I'll keep coming back. Hopefully with less cuts each time. read more

Came back for eyebrow threading. The place is always clean and bright. Angie was working alone but only had a short wait before it was my turn to get my eyebrows done. Angie did a great job in cleaning up my brows and was very gentle so there was no discomfort. Afterwards she put some aloe on to moisturize the area. I forgot to bring cash so had to pay with credit card, but had to add a $1 processing fee. read more

I'm so pissed looking at the chunk of eyebrow hair the lady mistakenly took out! Kumud should be fired!

I went there to get my eyebrows threaded, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. First of all, there was still so much hair left on my eyebrows that I had to clean them up myself at home. The girl's nails were so long that the whole time I was just worried she was going to scratch or poke my eyes and face. She did such a rough job that my eyebrows became extremely red and irritated. I told her there was still hair left, and she told me to sit back down so she could fix it. She threaded them two more times and said she was done. I got up and saw that the exact same hairs were still there. At that point, I just told her it was fine and that I would finish it myself at home. My eyebrows were burning badly, but I thought maybe it was normal because I had just gotten them done. But when I got home after 2 hours, it literally looked like a cat had scratched me. I have marks all underneath my eyebrows from the threading. I called to explain what happened, and a man answered the phone -- I'm not sure if he was the manager or not. Instead of really addressing the issue, he just told me to come back so they could "fix it." I told him that if it was going to be done properly, it should have been done right the first time. I asked if they could at least refund my money after I spent two hours with burning, painful skin, but he refused. When I told him I would leave a review so people could be careful, he accused me of threatening him. I'm simply writing this so people think twice before going to this place. I'm extremely disappointed and will never return. The girl told me the bleeding happened because my eyebrow hair was "too thick," which honestly made no sense to me because I've had my eyebrows threaded many times before and never experienced anything like this. Just went to get my eyebrows threaded with my husband. He got his waxed the woman doing the service was double dipping the wax stick into the wax container and blowing on the wax to cool it down?
