I stumbled upon Browtiful while picking up lunch from a local Mexican restaurant -- I'm so happy I did! I was able to get my eyebrows cleaned up and looking great in no time at all. The woman who assisted me was friendly; not pushy or anything. I visited midweek (not during peak time), so had no issue getting taken care of right away. Highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood. Cash or card payments accepted. 2023: 34/100 read more

I have not been this happy with my eyebrows in 7 years. I came in a few days before a friend's wedding and Aisha threaded my eyebrows and asked if I wanted tinting. I was a little apprehensive because well.. it's a change and sometimes I resist change . When I say that I have not been this happy and confident with my eyebrows for years, I mean it. I will for sure be returning. I highly recommend this place. It also only took one visit for me to see what the other comments are saying.. Aisha is very genuine and funny. Thanks again! read more

Aisha is the absolute best. I see her every week for a wash + blowout & have been going to her for almost three years now, and I can't think of going to another stylist for blowouts. She also does my brows and full face threading. She is precise and meticulous throughout the process, and I could not be happier with the results. She's super friendly, attentive, gracious, and very professional. I always look forward to seeing her every week! read more

I cannot speak more highly of this place. Aisha is professional, precise, and knowledgeable. She takes her time while threading my eyebrows and no hair is left behind. Every time I have an event, I will make the drive to get an appointment with her, which is over a 30min commute. Her prices are reasonable and she creates a clean environment for her customers. AMAZING! I have been coming to Aisha for a couple of months now for eyebrow threading and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. After seeing the amazing reviews here I decided to check her out considering I don't let many people touch my eyebrows, but she's so precise and does a beautiful job. Since she also does hair I asked if she could book me in and she placed me with Sai. Sai was the one who cut my hair and I asked her for medium length layers and she executed it perfectly. She gave me great advice on the length as well as how to manage my naturally curly hair! Sai is super knowledgeable and is able to guide you to the look you are trying to achieve. I will be coming back for brows and a haircut! Thanks ladies! read more

My friend and I spontaneously decided to get a Brazilian Wax and found this place through Groupon, which offered an excellent deal. This was my first time and it was a great experience! Aisha was very kind and caring, explaining the proces. I would say I have a decent pain tolerance since the waxing pain wasn't too bad. Very expensive for a simple eyebrow threading. $15? Everywhere else is 10 and this lady also took forever to do my brows which are not hairy to begin with. She left me with some red marks and my skin stings around my brows. I definitely will not be coming back. I ended up tipping 5 dollars. So this definitely was not worth 20 bucks. Her eyebrows were done poorly, and we ended up taking her to another salon in Garden Grove to have them corrected. If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

been coming to this place for months for my eyebrows, she does a nice job, never made an appointment once. i've called in the past to make one and she just says "oh it's just walk ins u don't need to make an appointment" so i would never call beforehand i would just walk in once a month and she would do them. i tried coming in sunday and she was closed before closing times which was 4:00. im like ok its a Sunday, whatever right? then i come today on a tuesday, closing hours are 6:00, i try walking in at 4:35 and the door is locked, place is closed. um r u freaking kidding me? second time ive driven 30 min to this place for no reason. called her and she basically had no accountability for her mistake as a business owner, no apology, and said i should've called before hand, and that she doesn't take walk ins.... first of all i've never made an appointment...when i try she tells me it's walk ins only. and second it's a business... u have business hours for a reason. once in a while i understand things happen, but this the second time in 3 days. and honestly looking back at it, im pretty sure she has done this before a few months ago, stating the same "oh i had an emergency" excuse. and the whole time making it seem like it's my fault she keeps closing her business early and wasting peoples time and gas lol. looks like other people have complained about this too in other reviews. stick to ur business hours or don't have them at all. period. read more

Ayesha is truly the best in Orange County! With over 21 years of experience and having tried eyebrow services around the world, I can confidently say that her work is unmatched. She's a perfectionist who makes your eyebrows look amazing and long-lasting. Although her services are a bit pricey, it's absolutely worth it for the quality and the lasting results. I highly recommend her to anyone who's as particular as I am! It's a nice clean place. read more

They spent around 15 minutes on each of us, and at the end, asked us if we wanted any changes, even though more customers were waiting. The pain was not too bad between your eyebrows and above. It increases a bit when they do below your eyebrow. You feel a slight sting, but it's bearable and worth it for that clean, sharp look. You got this, and you will look gorgeous!! Price: The price for threading was $12, which felt reasonable for how well they did. They also threaded slowly, so we felt less pain. Tips: You can just walk in with no appointment. If you go a little after 10 AM (when they open), there will be fewer people. After you go inside, you write your name and the service you want on a paper at the front desk, and then they will call you to a chair. At the end, you pay and can leave a tip. Highly recommend this place, especially if you are new to threading and are worried about the pain! Please go and support!

From microneedling and Hydrafacials to quite possibly the BEST facial massages ever, I always leave feeling refreshed, taken care of, and so much better about my skin. There is something really special about finding a place where you genuinely trust the people caring for you -- and that's exactly how I feel here. The experience starts the second you walk through the door. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is beautiful, calming, and relaxing without ever feeling stuffy or pretentious. It has also become a family affair! I bring my daughters here for threading, and they absolutely love it. They always feel comfortable, and the results are consistently so good. I love having a place I can confidently recommend for different ages and different needs. Pricing is also very fair for the level of service and expertise you receive. It may not be the absolute cheapest option out there, but it also doesn't have the inflated pricing you sometimes find in the beauty and skincare world. I always feel like I'm getting an INCREDIBLE value for the quality, experience, and care. Booking online is SO easy, which is another huge plus. I can quickly find an appointment that works with my schedule without having to call back and forth. And maybe one of my favorite things is knowing that I'm supporting a WOMAN-OWNED BUSINESS built on years of experience, hard work, and genuinely caring for people. They aren't just helping people have healthier, more beautiful skin -- they're helping people of all ages feel more confident in it. Such a special business and such a gift to the community. I'm incredibly grateful for the care they've given me and my girls over the years.

Take the discount on their website or Groupon before this place gets too popular! Just got my eyebrows done by Monique. The procedure took a little over 2 hours- she took her time mapping my eyebrows beforehand and that was probably the most difficult part because I previously had my eyebrows tattooed more than 5-7 years ago. It was never mapped so they were a little bit crooked and it faded from brown to a red-ish tone. Since the procedure took 2 hours, I got to know Monique a little bit and she's definitely good peeps! She's very pleasant to talk to, and she seems highly educated in being an aesthetic who have furthered her education in Microblading, I appreciated that she's traveled around to train as well. Cleanliness 5/5- she showed me how she uses tools that are brand new and in packages. NOTHING WAS REUSED. I even saw her do a few glove changes and when her phone rang, she never picked it up while she was microblading me. Ambiance 5/5- cute (very clean) suite located into Sola salons. Bring a jacket, it gets cold! Procedure 5/5: I usually get a little bit antsy when getting anything done for more than an hour but everything went by in an appropriate amount of time- I appreciated that Monique took her time with me to get things right and I appreciated that she cared how comfortable I was the whole time. The procedure can be painful if you aren't numbed correctly- I felt a slight pain for litterally1 min when the numbing cream started to wear off only once and I could've gone longer but Monique felt it right away and stopped. I really appreciated that. Service 5/5: I would give 10 if I could! I get beauty stuff done to me all the time and this place had to be one of the most pleasurable places from booking the appointment, to how she cared if I was comfortable or not, to how transparent she was about the whole procedure. Result 5/5: It looks sooo good! It even looks better than if I were to take my time to hand draw it!

BUT, she totally deserves it. i have gone to many, and a few very highly praised IG lash artists out there that couldn't do as great of a job as jennifer can. i like my lashes to be whispy yet still kinda full. (not a fan of the caterpillar look) jennifer has been the ONLY person who was able to deliver that with ease and she gets it perfectly every time. she has the most comfortable space in her own studio at a salon. it's private and relaxing, i will gladly pay more for a comfortable and professional setting (i've gotten lashes done at someone's home before and it just wasn't ideal). not to mention, she's hands down the most genuine person ever! i am usually very quiet and prefer to just be in silence while getting my lashes and nails done but for some reason i just can't shut up with jennifer lol! she carries conversations easily and is so down to earth. she genuinely cares and remembers conversations you've had- i look forward to my chat with her every time! her pricing is affordable compare to most lash artists and she offers "mini" lash fills which are amazing for busy people who just want a quick refresher! she also offers fills for those who come from a different artist and that's actually how i found her to begin with. i love how flexible she is and she doesn't charge ridiculous fees for cancellations. she also takes payment on her site if you link your credit card so you never have to worry about the awkward paying/tipping part after you're done. all in all, i love her and she does amazing work but she's mine LOL!
