I have very thick bushy eyebrows that nearly every brow lady I've gone too has messed up. I have been on the hunt for a good brow lady for 7 months after my former one moved back to her country. And after getting my eyebrows demolished, and thinned out, Ayesha saved my eyebrows. She is the only one I trust now, and I refer her to everyone I know!

I was a little apprehensive because well.. it's a change and sometimes I resist change . When I say that I have not been this happy and confident with my eyebrows for years, I mean it. Since she also does hair I asked if she could book me in and she placed me with Sai. Sai was the one who cut my hair and I asked her for medium length layers and she executed it perfectly. I stumbled upon Browtiful while picking up lunch from a local Mexican restaurant -- I'm so happy I did! I was able to get my eyebrows cleaned up and looking great in no time at all. The woman who assisted me was friendly; not pushy or anything. I visited midweek (not during peak time), so had no issue getting taken care of right away. I've had my eyebrows done here a few times now and I'm beyond happy with the results. My brows naturally grow uneven, and they took the time to really correct and shape them perfectly -- something that's hard to find. This was my first time going because of the good reviews! I went in for eyebrows and upper lip. She seemed distracted but overall nice. I was not very happy with my eyebrows when I brushed them out, not symmetrical and still needed to trim. My left eyebrow looks patchy. Upper lip was good though. My friend and I spontaneously decided to get a Brazilian Wax and found this place through Groupon, which offered an excellent deal. This was my first time and it was a great experience! Aisha was very kind and caring, explaining the proces. I would say I have a decent pain tolerance since the waxing pain wasn't too bad. Very expensive for a simple eyebrow threading. $15? Everywhere else is 10 and this lady also took forever to do my brows which are not hairy to begin with. She left me with some red marks and my skin stings around my brows. I definitely will not be coming back. I ended up tipping 5 dollars. So this definitely was not worth 20 bucks. Highly recommend this brow studio! It's conveniently located right off the freeway with plenty of parking. I came here for an eyebrow threading and am thrilled with the way it turned out. The best threader is Aisha. The other salons in Orange County don't spend as much time shaping brows as Aisha does. She is the best, and I've been threading my brows since before it was fashionable, so I am aware of what a good-looking brow should look like. Since that time I have moved out of, and back into Tustin and throughout all that time I still only come here to get my eyebrows done. That is because not only is she great at what she does, but she will listen to what you want and execute your vision perfectly. Throughout the years I have liked my brows done differently, she always gets it right. On the off chance I really need my brows done when Renu is not working, I have gotten them done with Nita as well and she is also really great. Love walking out of there with my beautifully done fresh brows with aloe Vera gel over to soothe them. :) Prices are very affordable and they do take Apple Pay. I would recommend calling ahead to get wait times if you don't want to come in when it's busy.

Her eyebrows were done poorly, and we ended up taking her to another salon in Garden Grove to have them corrected. If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

If you go a little after 10 AM (when they open), there will be fewer people. been coming to this place for months for my eyebrows, she does a nice job, never made an appointment once. i've called in the past to make one and she just says "oh it's just walk ins u don't need to make an appointment" so i would never call beforehand i would just walk in once a month and she would do them. i tried coming in sunday and she was closed before closing times which was 4:00. im like ok its a Sunday, whatever right? then i come today on a tuesday, closing hours are 6:00, i try walking in at 4:35 and the door is locked, place is closed. um r u freaking kidding me? second time ive driven 30 min to this place for no reason. called her and she basically had no accountability for her mistake as a business owner, no apology, and said i should've called before hand, and that she doesn't take walk ins.... first of all i've never made an appointment...when i try she tells me it's walk ins only. and second it's a business... u have business hours for a reason. once in a while i understand things happen, but this the second time in 3 days. and honestly looking back at it, im pretty sure she has done this before a few months ago, stating the same "oh i had an emergency" excuse. and the whole time making it seem like it's my fault she keeps closing her business early and wasting peoples time and gas lol. looks like other people have complained about this too in other reviews. stick to ur business hours or don't have them at all. period. read more
