SO, i almost don't want to be shouting about how great jennifer is because she's already so booked out and i want her all to myself lol! BUT, she totally deserves it. i have gone to many, and a few very highly praised IG lash artists out there that couldn't do as great of a job as jennifer can. i like my lashes to be whispy yet still kinda full. (not a fan of the caterpillar look) jennifer has been the ONLY person who was able to deliver that with ease and she gets it perfectly every time. she has the most comfortable space in her own studio at a salon. it's private and relaxing, i will gladly pay more for a comfortable and professional setting (i've gotten lashes done at someone's home before and it just wasn't ideal). not to mention, she's hands down the most genuine person ever! i am usually very quiet and prefer to just be in silence while getting my lashes and nails done but for some reason i just can't shut up with jennifer lol! she carries conversations easily and is so down to earth. she genuinely cares and remembers conversations you've had- i look forward to my chat with her every time! her pricing is affordable compare to most lash artists and she offers "mini" lash fills which are amazing for busy people who just want a quick refresher! she also offers fills for those who come from a different artist and that's actually how i found her to begin with. i love how flexible she is and she doesn't charge ridiculous fees for cancellations. she also takes payment on her site if you link your credit card so you never have to worry about the awkward paying/tipping part after you're done. all in all, i love her and she does amazing work but she's mine LOL! read more

I've gotten my lashes done a couple of times, but never with Jen. I was really nervous to get it done again, as my experience in the past was not the best. I bombarded her with questions until I felt I was ready to book my appointment. It took about 1.5 hours, and we chatted the whole time. She noticed the breakage on my lashes from my past extensions, and like a professional, she went easier for this first time, since she didn't want to mess with the breakage I have. I used style seat to book an appointment w/ Jen and it was easy. She also responds to any questions and concerns quickly and it can be via text. I enjoyed my appointment with her. I had a bad experience getting my eyelashes done somewhere else, where the lashes did not last long at all. This is my 4th day with a full set of classic lashes and so far so good! barely any fell, whereas the other place I had a bunch falling off after the first day! She also was quick and efficient and is very sweet yet professional to her clients, we talked the whole time. I was very comfortable. Her office is inside Planet Beauty and it is a private room; she plays soft music, very relaxing! You don't really hear anything from outside. Also her office is around the Market Place in Tustin so after my appointment I went grocery and misc shopping since there's Costco, Target, Tj maxx , and Sprouts all my fav stores in one place haha. I've been getting my lashes done with Jen since August. She is professional, sweet, and nice to have a conversation with. She also does an amazing job! I get the natural volume set. When i got my lashes done in the past, people would tell me "nice extensions", but with the ones i requested for Jen to put on me, people have complimented me and said "You have nice, long lashes.", exactly the "natural" look I am going for. Being a very busy, very pregnant Mom, I appreciate that Jen offers a Mini Fill, a lash service I rarely see other businesses offering. I am nearing the end of my pregnancy, and I can't be laying down on my back for too long. There is no way I could lay down for a full fill. A Mini Fill lasts only 30 minutes, which is perfect, and in the 30 minutes, she always makes sure I'm doing fine and feeling comfortable. First of all let me say that Jen was super nice and professional. I loved her zen environment and how she used a towel on my forehead so her hand wouldn't be resting on my face!! (I'd give 5 stars for that!!) HOWEVER the 2 stars are because I went to her for a fill while my normal girl was on medical leave, in the course of 3 weeks I had lost SOOOOO many lashes, I even had a gap on my right eyelid! I went to Jennifer with a decent amount of lashes still in place because I lose very little lashes in between fills normally, I couldn't believe that I had lost so many when I returned to my original girl!!! My original girl even made the comment, "For it being 7 weeks, they don't look too bad." It had only been 3 weeks!!!! I really hate to leave a negative review, but for a $50 fill, I should have just saved myself the money and waited the 7 weeks to get them done. read more

Jennifer is the second lash extension professional that I have visited. It was like night and day. Jennifer takes her time to make your lashes perfect. She doesn't rush you out the door. She communicates with you to determine what length and thickness you want. Her bonding agent is far superior. The glue from the other location used to always run and sting my eyes.
