That is because not only is she great at what she does, but she will listen to what you want and execute your vision perfectly. Throughout the years I have liked my brows done differently, she always gets it right. On the off chance I really need my brows done when Renu is not working, I have gotten them done with Nita as well and she is also really great. Love walking out of there with my beautifully done fresh brows with aloe Vera gel over to soothe them. :) Prices are very affordable and they do take Apple Pay. I have had my threading and waxing done mostly by Ana. She does a beautiful job and really makes sure she gets everything just the way I like. She also give the most amazing scalp massages (I've gotten scalp treatments done as well) My favorite is the nice extra massage they do at the end of your threading service. Her eyebrows were done poorly, and we ended up taking her to another salon in Garden Grove to have them corrected. If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

What first got me to come back to this place was how gentle the threading was. I had a bad experience with my first time getting threaded elsewhere and it felt like the lady was yanking my eyebrows. But the ladies here have gentle hands and I have never had that issue. (Special shout out to Alina. She has threaded my eyebrows the most and her work has always been phenomenal). Their price is very cheap, $10, and I've never had to wait too long to get on the chair. They do have a new location! It's still in The District but it is now on the side of PetSmart instead of being across from Claire's.
