I love the way Farzana does my eyebrows! I moved to NYC but I will grow out my eyebrows months in advance just so she can thread them properly when I come back to visit home. Perfect arch and so clean every time. read more

First time coming here because I was in town in Orange visiting family. I am from Palm Springs. I was serviced yesterday at 5:45 pm by Gayatri, I got the 12$ wax service and this is what happened to my eyebrows immediately once I left. She removed patches of my skin along with my eyebrow hair. It is now extremely painful and has a horrible burning sensation and I cannot even wear make up around the area now. I will be contacting management with this issue but wanted to inform the public as well. read more

Nadia did an amazing job on my eyebrows!! Very happy with her work and this place looks super cute and girly (: Okay so recently I went back and Nadia wasn't there so I thought I would give her sister Farzana a try, not such a good decision. My eyebrows looked pretty funky and they've been growing back really bad. I know now to always wait until Nadia is there, she's the only one I can trust with my brows!! read more

I was in town visiting and needed my eyebrows done desperately! Made an appointment very easy and felt like the place was really clean and everything was running very smoothly. It's always so hard trusting someone new with your eyebrows but the technician I had was great. She did exactly what I asked for. I also appreciated the fact that I was about 15 minutes early and they were kind enough to sit me down right away. I'll definitely be back! Thanx read more

My Perfect Brows - eyebrow lamination - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Orange, California

I'm really upset about how my brow lamination and eyelash lift turned out. When I first left, I didn't really notice it but I drove home and realized I had small cuts above my eyebrows which makes so much sense. When she was doing the brow lamination, I felt sharp pain when she brushed the hairs up. Then she put the substance to laminate the brows and it BURNED!! I thought "maybe my skin is sensitive ". No turns out she had cut me with whatever tools she was using and that's what the sharp pain I felt a few times was. I have about 2 cuts above each eye brow and 1 of them is longer than the rest :( such a bummer. The brow hair is sort of curling up which makes me so sad and upset. That's not how it's supposed to get so idk if that's because of the chemical they use?? My lash lift did not turn out the way I'd wish either. I have naturally long lashes so I don't know why they look like they were t even touched!! :( makes me so sad. I WISH I COULD GET A REFUND. I paid $110 + $10 tip for nothing. I have pictures but I'm so embarrassed to even show them. read more

Love love love my eyebrow lamination and lashlift done by Aysha!! She is such an artist!! Also, Melissa at reception had great customer service! HIGHLY reccomend! My confidence boost once completed was INSANE! The whole team did such a great job at making this a fun process! Coming back soon!! read more

This was my first time coming here after my regular eyebrow threading placed closed due to COVID. Patel helped me out this past week and did such a great job. They really care about their clients and take their time giving each client what they want! They are always my go to brow threading salon as everyone is very kind and thorough! I would definitely recommend as it is one of the best deals on brow threading around and it is always done well! read more

First timer. Haven't had my eyebrows done in 3 months as my go to place has been shut down due to Covid. I'm very meticulous when it comes to my brows so I did a lot of research until I found My perfect brows! I called a day prior and they explained their current outdoor protocols. Filled out the form online and was provided service within minutes the next day. They were very clean and friendly. I usually prefer waxing as I've never gotten threading- it was a great experience. No pain whatsoever and my brows look better than ever. They young lady knew exactly what I needed before I even said anything. Thank you for being open & providing great service during these times. Will definitely be coming back! read more

My go to place I've been coming here for about a year or more and I love the workers they're so sweet and do a great job threading my eyebrows. The pricing is good too and affordable and they always make my (middle eastern) eyebrows look perfect! I'm too scared to ever get my eyebrows done at another place because I haven't found anyone better than these people. read more

I never want to go anywhere else, every single time I go it's like a total makeover. The prices are such a deal and the quality of work is unmatched! All of the ladies are so helpful, professional, and friendly, I always feel comfortable and cared for. I can't recommend enough!! read more

Sheetel is the best!!! My mom has been coming to her for sometime and loves loves loves her!! She gets her bows and tint done. This is my 2nd time with her. She's extremely gentle and professional and I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows ever again. read more

I've been coming here for 2 years and I've been going to the same girl. This past Saturday I went in in the morning and since my girl wasn't there I wrote down someone else's name that I was familiar with she looked at the sheet and completely skipped me and picked the person that went in after me whose name was written after me. Such a shame because I've been coming her for 2 years and it's just a shame to be treated like this :( The 2 girls that were in the Saturday Morning in OCT.20th were not really friendly either. read more

I am SO disappointed. I went in here about a month ago for a Brazilian and she was great so I made another appointment for 10am right at opening and not only was the lady LATE 15 minutes to open her own business but proceeded to tell me that the lady who does the waxing was not there and didn't even recognize my appointment. What kind of a business are you running here? Why even bother making appointments? I can't schedule my whole day around you. I was going to the beach today and ruined all my plans, I'm so disappointed. Honestly what a poop show. Don't make appointments if you can't keep them. This is a terrible business and they do NOT deserve your money. Please learn how to run a professional business, this is ridiculous. read more

My Perfect Brows - This is the conversation I had with the OWNER of the place and they failed to keep my appointment. - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Orange, California

Second time getting my eyebrows done by Maryam and so far I'm loving her consistency! She really takes her time and does a great job cleaning up my brows! I've tried high end brow places like Benefit and have always left somewhat unsatisfied, but for $10, Maryam does an amazing job! FYI..If you are interested in booking an appointment with her I believe she is usually only available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. read more

My previous review was for Nadia, but she no longer works there. I've only ever let Farzana or Nadia touch my brows, because I am pretty picky about my eyebrow maintenance. Farzana is still there, so I would recommend her if you are at this location. Nadia and Farzana are THE best. Without them, I would never keep returning to this business. read more

First off I tried calling several times to schedule an appointment but each time it was an automated message. In the services it says eyebrow threading is $9 and those prices are not accurate AT ALL! They charged me $22 to thread my eyebrows which felt quick and rushed in a couple minutes. After it was all done there were still a few stragglers around the edges and the middle was not even at all. For $22 I shouldve just went somewhere else and got my eyebrows waxed read more

First off all the employees were late. Second I got a lash lift and tint and am fairly certain there were no sanitation procedures. No gloves. She was just using her fingers on my eyes. Also not to confident the solutions used were new. She then gets product in my eye and it burned like hell. I got to check out and get charged $75. I said your website says $65. Oh we apologize if you didn't see this sign right here we had to up prices because of everything going on. So basically I paid $10 more to almost get blinded. Won't be coming back. read more

I came in for a wax service today. I have had issues with my appointment being scheduled with a particular technician, only for me to arrive to find that person is not there. This has happened on a total of three separate occasions. I would appreciate the courtesy of being contacted by phone and informed of this, so I can make the decision to come in or wait. Today, I was actually contacted by the owner and informed that the tech with whom I was scheduled was not in, and I was given the option of seeing someone else, which I did. I am thankful for that courtesy. I had my wax service with Patel, who was very friendly and fast. I am happy with my service. When I went to pay, however, the cashier was a little aggressive. She charged me for a full Brazilian, even though I got a modified Brazilian. When I pointed the error out to her, she got defensive and said "Well, you told me Brazilian!" I'm not trying to argue with the cashier, and it's not that serious, so I worked the issue backwards, and aloud, so she could (hopefully) realize how unprofessional she looked. I asked her how she usually determines the services, she said "when the tech tells me" and then I asked her who's responsible for communicating the service and the charge to her, for her to then communicate to me, to which she again acknowledged it being the tech, and I ended with "so the technician is the one who tells you the service and the charge" and she said "yes." So, hopefully she won't get all defensive and point an unnecessarily aggressive finger at the customer the next time something like this happens. It's not the customer's responsibility to tell her the service received nor the pricing for same, and don't treat a paying customer in a way that makes him or her feel uncomfortable- at least not if you want them to come back. read more

just got my eyebrows waxed and this is the best they have ever looked! They're finally symmetrical and don't look too thin. Sheetal is so sweet and did an amazing job definitely going back! read more

When I was about 12 years old, my mother broke out the tweezers and decided that it was time to introduce me to the painful world of female brow grooming. Ever since that traumatic experience, I decided to let the professionals handle my unruly brows. However, it was never a given that the experience was any more pleaseant. I've had my eyebrows (wo)man-handled everywhere - from aestheticians trained at Anastasia Beverly Hills to over-priced high-end salons to inexpensive nail salons. I've been plucked, waxed, and shaped to no end for more years than I care to disclose. So when my sister told me that I really need to check out threading at Perfect Brows, I decided to give it a go. I can't say enough good things about this place. First, they're cheap. Really, really cheap. But, more importantly, the ladies that work there are all very nice and do a great job. It seems like I go to a different brow tech every time I'm there and they always thread to perfection. I also love that they have convenient hours, are open every day, take walk-ins fairly quickly, and I'm in and out in about 10 minutes or less. The best part of all is that the process doesn't hurt nearly as much as waxing and my eyebrows aren't bright red afterwards. Threading is the best thing I've ever done for my brows (other than keep my mother away from them, of course) and Perfect Brows is my go-to spot. read more

Eyebrow experts. Love them! I have been here a few times and I actually love their service and professionalism. Eyebrows are only $8 and even cheaper if you find their coupons!! You will be satisfied with any associate you go to. The women here are very nice, and they are great at what they do. I do not like thin eyebrows and are glad the women here shape your brows proportionally to the rest of your face. The only downside is really the location. The place is a little farther than I like, however I would say it is worth the drive if they thread you to your likings! read more

I walked in for the first time at Perfect Brows today. I was instantly greeted by a girl. I never managed to get her name, but I know it starts with the letter "V". Anyway, I was seated right away and I told her to do my eyebrows thick. I have grew out my eyebrows for about 3 months refusing to thread them because it was too thin before. After I told her to do my eyebrows the way I wanted it, she kept breaking the thread! I counted each time the thread broke 28 (TWENTY FREAKING EIGHT) times. She nicked me twice and it hurts every time the thread broke. She blamed it on the thread. But as a threading expert or worker, you should know not to use that thread if it keeps breaking. PLUS, I told you it was my first time at this place shouldn't you treat me better? Any way, after the process, she told me to look in the small mirror. My eyebrows were uneven. REALLY uneven. What can I do about it? Tell her it's uneven and have her fix it again and make it thin? No thanks. For $11 for upper lips and eyebrows is a stealer, but coming here to get my eyebrows uneven, I feel even worse about myself. Thanks Perfect Brows I don't know how you can make up for this... read more

I am lowering my rating for Perfect Brows because of my recent visit to the shop and some other issues I've chosen to overlook in the past. First, I want to say is that this place does great work they definitely know how to shape brows, in fact it's some of the best threading I've ever seen. But I'm having an issue with sanitation. I went in on 9/19 to get my brows and lips done, the girls chair who they told me who to sit at had been messing with someone's hair in another chair when I came into the shop. She came over and immediately went to pick up the thread and start on my face. I stopped her and said she needed to use hand sanitizer before she started on my face. If I hadn't said anything she would have just started! Not sanitary at all! To me, that's a problem. According to my receipt that gal who provided service was Malti. Also, this isn't my first time having to say something. I went during a busy time and had to wait for about 15 minutes in the seating area for my requested gal to do my brows. She had latex gloves on and she did several clients with those same gloves on. I have no problem that folks wear gloves for their work but they should be changed for each new client. When it was my turn to sit in her chair I asked her to please change her gloves and she said she put sanitizer on them between each client. I watched her, no she didn't and that's not how gloves work. You can't sanitize them! I told her that and she did remove them and sanitize her hands to do my brows but not before I got major attitude and now she gives me attitude each time I go in. My next step will be to call the health department next time I witness sanitation issues in the salon. Just want to make everyone aware. read more

I had been wanting to get a Brazilian for a while but was nervous about having a stranger all up in my lady parts with hot wax. A few friends said they wanted to go and we looked up the reviews on this place and they were mostly very positive. When I got there I was literally sweating I was so nervous. Two of my friends had already gone and were really happy with the results. Raja took care of us and she was amazing! I tend to make inappropriate jokes when I'm nervous and she laughed and took it all in stride. One of my friends was so nervous she literally sweat through the paper on the table but Raja was completely cool about it and didn't make her feel uncomfortable about it. She made it pretty painless and didn't make me get into any weird or uncomfortable positions during the process. We chatted the entire time and I felt very, very comfortable with her. The results were amazing. My skin is pretty sensitive but I had very little irritation and haven't had any ingrown hair issues. She only works at the Orange locations on Mondays but I would definitely drive all the way to Long Beach to see her. The other ladies working seemed cold and I wasn't too thrilled about them but Raja was awesome. And for only $30 I would drive hours to see her. read more

Just like the saying goes, "All good things must come to an end" and this place is one of them. Just because something is good and popular doesn't give them the right to treat loyal customers like ish! I've been coming here since June of 2013 and I've never had any problems with them until now. I came in around 6:30PM during a weekday and my mom & I put our names on the waiting list and had to wait outside since it was packed inside. There was about 4-5 people ahead of us and they started to call people so I assumed we were next but they took a girl that randomly walked in AFTER us ( a good 20 minutes after us) and let her be serviced! :O Seriously?! How rude, we waited 30-45 minutes and they did not apologize or even acknowledged the fact that they let her randomly walk in and take someone's place! My mom immediately spoke up and they tried to justify it but never apologized to us, we immediately left and have never returned since, as we were leaving Farzana tried to catch up with us and say some whack excuse. NOTE to popular businesses: JUST because you think your the ish now don't forget where you started from in the beginning when YOU had no one in your establishment! -__- If anyone has some suggestions on eyebrow threading around the area I'd gladly appreciate it! read more
