The test drive didnt include me going on the highway to test drive because the sales man gave me the directions and im not from the area Well.... the tires needed to balanced because the truck shakes while on the highway. I really feel like I was dooped into buying it I asked them to remove the charges but they said it was too late. They had already done it and it cost too much to take the device off I paid 12k for a truck advertised at 8900 no mention of the extras The woman never called me back. I am so disappointed with the employees there I would never buy another vehicle from them again and dont recommend them to anyone. I in a text to richard asked to have a full tank of gas and he said yes. Yet when I got into the vehicle to come home it only had an 8th of a tank and it was too late to complain. What really concerns me is what happened after I drove the car off the lot. The check engine light came on shortly after, showing a bad O2 sensor. When I got home and took a closer look, I noticed the car had O2 sensor spacers installed. That raised a red flag because those are often used to hide issues with failing catalytic converters. This was never disclosed to me during the purchase, and catalytic converter repairs are not cheap. I feel like that's something that should have been clearly communicated upfront so I could make a fully informed decision. Oh and the A/C didn't work . -_-

I forgot my wallet inside the truck when I was test driving, I went back today, September 13th I spoke to the salesman at first he said we can go check the truck to see if there's anything there but wasn't and then he said well let me go check the back. He brought the wallet back when we checked it. The money inside was gone. He blamed everything on the mechanic, which was pretty weird at least my license and passport card were there they took all the cash I had inside. I'm not going back for that.
